My clumsy friend had accidentally split his pumpkin spice latte all over the floor. The Starbucks staff refused to let us clean it up, and they went above and beyond to clean up our mess. However, extremely impressed with Carla. Sweet girl who gladly cleaned spotlessly and was super friendly, will be coming back for sure!!

Really good selection of books, particularly the fantasy section. The staff is really friendly, but both times I’ve visited there has been no one at the checkout and I’ve had to go search for someone when I wanted to pay for my books.

Went in here to get stuff for dungeons and dragons. Adam, the guy whom I asked to help me, patiently explained out options and answered my questions thoroughly and genuinely. It was a very pleasant experience.

The place is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Good selection of Manga and various other fictions.

When they were closing I was already at the register paying and my card didn’t work so my friend was gonna pay for it but they wouldn’t let her in the building because they were closing even though it was just to pay for my book the employee that rushed us out and wouldn’t let my friend in didn’t have to be so aggressive when the cashier told me it was fine for my friend to come in and pay just rude customer service on that employees part.

I called requesting a book and they held it at the cashiers desk for me to pick up 3 days later.

Wonderful customer service plus I was glad to found my selection of magda books and tarot and Cunningham books 😊

So comfortable browsing the bookstore. Help is there if you need it. I noticed a few tables available in the coffee shop, this was good to see as the tables were unavailable in the past few months.

Barnes & Noble rhymes with Farms and Hobos. Its a book store. Whattya want me to say? Let me give this a go. B & N as I will refer to this from here forth in this review is a top quality chain bookstore that has partnered up with Starbucks to form a formidable 1-2 punch when it comes to hard-core book fans everywhere. Even though it rhymes with Farms and Hobos, I didnt run into either during my visit. Instead I got lost in the wonder and charm of the different genres throughout the store. The woman at the help desk kiosk was very helpful and took me to the correct section and even helped me find the book. B&N is a clean store with helpful folks willing to put in an honest days work for their own love of literature. All in all this place is a 5 out of 5. I didnt know that Barns and Nobles Starbucks didnt take Starbucks gift cards and for one I think its dumb. If its a starbucks then it should take it, just because its in a barns and noble doesnt mean you cant take it

Great selection, welcoming and helpful employees with a fun environment. You can get in and out with your selections easily or you can spend hours exploring new reads and gadgets. If you do spend hours you can grab a bite and a refreshment while your there. I adore Barnes and Noble.

Always great! I needed an Elf on the Shelf in an urgent situation lol, they were amazing, grabbed the last girl elf on the floor and put it behind the counter for me!! This is just one of MANY examples of the great customer service they have!

It was very organized, clean and the workers there are very helpful. I went to two book stores to find Godly books, with no luck. Then I went here and bingo!

The Books and the variety is great. The staff while knowable are it seems a little judgmental if you ask for help.

My kids found what they were looking for. They enjoy reading manga books. They had a good assortment of board games which we enjoy as a family but a bit expensive. I like biographies and they didnt have a great selection. Great store for any reading materials you may need. And of course no seating available but obviously because of Covid.

In our digital world of books, movies, and music. Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back to feel and smell a traditional book and book store. You can also smell the coffee 😋. The staff is helpful, the store is clean, and you can always find a clearance book at a great price.

This rating is purely for the Starbucks inside of this location. The workers are always so nice and attentive. I have been coming here pretty regularly for a few months and most of them know my order by heart. It’s a great experience every time I come in!

VERY helpful staff.

There is always something interesting at Barnes and Noble. I go here to get a slice of cheesecake and a drink while I catch up on emails and such. However, I always leave time to peruse the stacks for something new. It never fails. I find something that catches the eye and buy it without a second thought. Its just not the same with online stores. If only they had more power outlets in the cafe area!

There was harldly any staff to help and going through a remodel it appears and the books we were looking for they didnt have at all.

Great place with alot of choices

Barnes and Noble is my only go to store for all things books and e-readers. The selection is great and service is always on point. Its nice to have a local store to go to for individuals who prefer paper books that you own. Most of their prices are the same as Amazon or better. I love being able to support a brick and mortar shop local to your neighborhood. Memberships have gone down in price and most deals are for paper books not digital content but still pays for itself.

This place has that little something special that feels like magic. Everyone is super helpful and the ambiance is next level. I will no doubt return to this corner of the world to experience it again. Definitely looking forward to it!

First time back since quarantine, chairs are gone a few things moved around, but still thesame amazing customer service I always receive there.

It smells delicious. I would go again just to sit and smell the air. Besides the deliciousness in the air, theres a wide variety of books; obviously. Theres chairs to sit down and drink/eat while you read a book. Theres a childrens section where they can read. Theres a help counter where you can ask for a specific book youre looking for. Sometimes employees walk around giving samples. Get them; theyre good. Plus they give you a coupon. Now go and read.

Great selection off books and they got various categories. Staffs were knowledgeable and easy to approach. Prices were reasonable and the books were always clean.

Was very clean and neat. Had a comfortable atmosphere and relaxing. A lot of people just sitting in the cafe relaxing. Some people in the book nook reading. Very good place for comfort and relaxation while you find your favorite reading material.

Employees were helpful and very friendly. The book I was buying was much cheaper online. They advised me to make the purchase online and pick it up when was ready. My book was ready right away ( it was supposed to take an hour or so)

Employees are very helpful but they tend to be a little too eager in helping you when you walk around they are always approaching you asking you if you need help. A little overbearing. Book selection was good, and plenty of sales.

Picked up asvab study aid for my nephew in North Carolina. I live in Illinois. They shipped it to him with no problem. Looking forward to another family member serving our country in the armed forces.

Its a book store! It sells books! Todays kids may not know what those are, but we sure do am I right? Check them out. Not only books, but games and stuffed animals and the like. While youre there, teach your kid what a card catalog was, most dont know.

Wonderful and professional staff. Love their recommendations for a “good read”! You can tell they enjoy their jobs and serving customers!
