Torque spring broke at 8am. Called and a repairman was at the house at 930am. 1 hour later and it was running as smooth as butter. Awesome service!! Thank you Brendon!

Matt did a great job. Fully inspected to determine what was causing the issue with opener. A couple of adjustments and all was good, new opener not needed. He really measured twice and cut once. Thoroughly tested to ensure he was complete. Reasonable pricing. Id hire them again if I have any future needs.

Ron is the best. We built a house a few years ago, and like any house, there are issues. But whenever I have ANY issue Ron solves it quickly and reasonably. He has been one of the few people that I have worked with that is responsive, available AND competent.My garage door springs snapped. Jay was a great salesman came out measured, educated us on garage doors told us all the information we needed in 10 minutes. No pressure called him back when we were ready. Price and quality was better than any in the area. Matt came today was prompt and courteous installed the garage door. The door looks amazing. I am beyond satisfied with this company. I was having trouble with my very old garage door opener and needed service right away. With it being a holiday weekend I never thought I would get immediate service, but I did. They fit me in at the end of the day and I was able to get a new garage door opener installed in just a couple of hours with everything I wanted. The serviceman they sent out was Matt. He was very friendly, competant and informative. He even inspected and greased my garage door as a thank you for the business. Steve Sr. came out and helped me with my garage. Steve was so helpful, explained everything to me, so polite and was quick getting everything set up. He really made sure we were taken care of and gave me tips on things to look out for and fix in the future for my garage. Ill definitely be calling him back next year for updating my rollers. Amazing service overall! When backing out of the garage, the door wasnt completely up and I clipped it with my car. The garage door wouldnt close! From the call, it took only about 1.5 hours for service. Kyle was great and very professional. Not only did he fix the issue, he also adjusted the chain and greased making the door much quieter than before...like brand new! Above and beyond service. Highly recommended.

Matt installed a new garage door opener for me today. I called On track a week ago for a quote and the staff was friendly and professional. They gave me options of chain or belt driven and explained the benefits of both. When I called them on Monday they squeezed me in on Wednesday, my day off, so I didnt have to wait. Matt called on his way and was friendly and explained everything including how long the job would take. After install he explained the features and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience. Garage door lift broke so I called On Track Overhead Door in the morning and they said Tech Steve could install in the afternoon. In the early afternoon Tech Steve called and said hed arrive in 15 minutes and he arrived in exactly 15 minutes. He worked professionally, efficiently, and safely. Ill call On Track Overhead Doors when my other garage door lift fails. First company I called said theyd be over in 3 - 4 days and never called me back.

Kudos to Matt N. on installing my door on a non-standard garage with very little difficulty. His 20+ years of experience showed. He was very thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the door. Has an engaging personality.

Ron the owner came out and gave us multiple choices of doors and hardware and then gave us a quote. Matt N. came out to do the installation. He was an extremely nice, informative and explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it should take. When the job was complete he had removed the old doors and cleaned up the whole area. Garage broke on a Saturday, the company scheduled my service for Monday morning with a 3 hour window. Called me the morning of and updated to a 2 hour window. Service was excellent, would highly recommend both the company and Matt.

This company was referred to me by a remodeler who does not do garage door work, he uses them for his personal home. They came in after another repair company damaged my door and then walked away from the job. The technician was so kind and took the time to explain everything he was doing before he started. He did the repair, then lubricated everything (our squeak is gone), changed batteries and fixed the garage door opener and offered to change the light bulbs while he was there. Most of this I would not have asked him to do. The door and opener are working better than they have in years, and the cost was hundreds less than I expected. THANK YOU! A spring broke on my garage door. Called on my ride home from work to schedule an appointment. They had a service tech there before I got home. It took Stephen Jr. less then 30 minutes to change both tensioning springs. Ive never had service that fast for anything in my life.

Great workmanship, reasonably priced, courteous and professional. Would use him again in a heart beat.
