The spring tensioner lost its tension. Rex was very responsive. Spend 30-40 min over the phone to explain the situation and went over the $ part which was reasonable. They showed up the next day and fixed the issue quickly. He texted me the day after to make sure all is working fine. It was apparent that he cares about the outcome and the costumer services.
