This is a great company they came out the next morning at 7:45 am after I called at 5:30 the night before. They where even willing to come out after 5:30 that evening. My door spring snapped in the early morning as I was attempting to leave for work. I called Overhead Door at approximately 8am and was told (by an amazingly pleasant woman) that they could have a tech out at noon. Well, Matt pulled in front of my house at EXACTLY 12:00p. He was kind, courteous, and above all else, professional! I called this company because there was one of their Company stickers on the door and on the opener, itself. Turns out that Matt was the installer of this unit, years ago. These guys will have my business from this point forward. Thank you so much!!

My 21 year old garage door spring broke in the frigid cold weather 2 days ago. There was a sticker by Overhead Door Company of Joliet on my existing door frame. It lasted this long, so I figured, why not call the company whom originally installed it. They scheduled a tech for the next day between 1-3 pm. Mike showed up at 2 pm. Within 45 minutes, he had replaced the broken spring and cables. Quick & affordable, you cant beat that! Thanks Overhead Door Company of Joliet, Ill call you in 20 years to replace my next spring!

Their service is outstanding! Non emergencies are serviced quickly and reasonably priced. Mike is very accommodating.

This company actually where the original installers when my home was built for the garage door. The spring was broken and they put a better one in. It cost 200 dollars not sure if thats a good price or average nothing to compare too but did a great job and as always will go back to them for repairs. My spring lasted 17 years. Lets see how long this will last I hope another 17 or more.

This is the second time that Ive had this company come out to service a problem on my old garage door system. The first time was a few years ago for a broken spring, this time it was for a broken cable. Repairs were quick and both times I was surprised at how relatively reasonable they were. (I wrote the check today and did not cringe). My door is quieter and smoother operating than it was before.They will be my go to people for all of my future garage door needs.

I pulled in my garage and my spring broke on my door I called Wunderlich and another company they wanted $350 to do the job to change both Springs I called Overhead Door Company of Joliet they only wanted between 189 and 250 he came right out replaced it the same day and did a great job and the guy was very nice and courteous and saved me money from the other two places and they werent able to do the job until the following day so great job thanks a lot

I came home on a very cold Friday evening to a garage door with a broken spring. They came over early Saturday morning and repaired my door in frigid winter weather. I really appreciated not having to take off work for the repair.
