Rich and Creamy ice cream was very good! There were many different options that all sounded good. I ordered the root beer float and it was excellent! The only downside is the location, it is on a main road which creates loud traffic. I recommend coming here for an ice cream snack any time of the day?

Great soft serve. Next to a park. Its a good summer treat. I had the smores Sunday and it was delicious.

Ive been enjoying this ice cream shop since childhood. I always enjoy the classic vanilla cone. I actually prefer it over DQ. They have a variety of other things but I stick to what I like.

Starting our 1st Route 66 Trip and Joliet has always felt like home.. people are friendly.This ice cream stop is decent, my wife had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I ordered a Vanilla shake, it wasnt the best it was literally just vanilla ice cream in a cup.

New to town and my wife has been taking me around to her favorite haunts from when she lived here as a kid. Rich and Creamy has changed since then but it is still a good stop for ice cream. I like almost all ice cream but this stands out - as much for the experience as the ice cream! Definitely go!

I’ve been coming here ever since I can remember! The soft serve is so smooth and silky and far superior to any other soft serve place I’ve ever been to.

Didnt taste the same this year. The soft serve was weird. Chocolate didnt taste right. All the kids threw their cones away.

It is a super spurious of the beginning of the Route 66!!! so yummy and delicious, not too sweet, and rich Milk aroma.

Got an old fashioned chocolatecovered banana!

Guy has bad attitude, I asked to put strawberries instead of chocolate syrup in the dirt cup for my daughter and he says “idk how that’s going to taste, probably not as good” I just said it’s what my kid wants. He didn’t wear gloves or wash his hands after handling the registrar. Over all the ice cream was ok, next time I’m sticking to walts on Jefferson St.

Not impressed! I odered a turtle sundae that had barely any hot fudge and carmel. I had to go back to counter and asked to be added and worker didnt seem accommodating. He add a little bit only.Definitely was a negative feeling on Rt 66 and most likely I wont go back. I guess if Im in the area and I just want a cup of ice-cream with whip cream and pecans, Ill go back as those items were tasty, but just not complete satisfaction to my full order and experience on Rt. 66 in Joliet.

This by far the best ice cream Ive had thats the closest to homemade/handmade. Their ice cream beats DQ, Culver & Andys..hands down!!

The upside down banana sundae was delicious. The service was fast and the prices are reasonable. Only issue was that I asked my ice cream without walnuts and I found one in my ice cream.

The product was good. But the person that assisted us was not the friendliest and was unwilling to make simple changes to the menu item like add caramel to a flurry.

I give them 5 stars only because Im being nice. Place must be in a high crime area. Guy insisted I show him my photo ID before he would sell me ice cream using my credit card. Plus, they hit you with a 35 cent charge if you dont buy 10 dollars of their ice cream. Be careful at this location because the traffic is high volume and high speed with only a few feet between the ordering window and the street.

Good parking. Picnic tables. Walking paths. Playground. Route 66 stuff. Well priced. Lots of options. Daughter ordered twist waffle cone. She gave it a 7/10. Said next time she will get just vanilla. I ordered an upside down banana split and it was so good. I believe the owner was working. He was friendly. Ill go back.

Make sure you go get a Sunday or cone. Take the kids there take the wife there take your mom there girlfriend their side piece there whatever just get some ice cream you all love it.

We took a route 66 trip in June and came across the site right beside a park. We thought it would be a great idea to stop and take a break. We were right, delicious ice cream, great setting and beautiful park!

The quality of the product has gone down and the price has gone up. Like many businesses now money saving has cost quality. If you want a better quality product for the same price, go to Walts on Jefferson. Although I detest the owner at Walts, I have to admit that he has a superior product.

They wanted an ID for a card that has no name on it. It’s a company card. Sad because we really wanted to try this.

Worst ice cream experience ever paid 4 dollars forsmall cherry dip ice cream first spoon full half of it was already gone i had barely any dip and when i asked for more the guy wanted to charge extra worst icrrM experience ever!!Walt’s or DQ from now on i will never go thier again the brownie Sunday is a cheap ass brownie from the dollar store old and crusty the one you get with lol Debbie.

If you say you are open online and post your start times on the side of the building I expect you to respect your word as a buissness man and be there on time or pay someone else to be there. Im never going back there again.

Mediocre ice cream place. The oreo blizzard per say, uses a generic oreo. Notices from the taste, and the symbol of the generic oreo is clearly seen. You may not care, but i am not fan of generic ore. Would have orderes something different if i had known
