After getting quotes from multiple body shops in town, I decided to give Riverside Collision a try, and they didn’t let me down. Not only they have competitive quotes compare to other body shops, the level of service you will experience is second to none. Had a good experience working with Kerry throughout the process. He shows professionalism and take good care of his clients from start to finish. My car had some paint damage from removing the cracked factory racing strip, they did an outstanding job repainting my hood and rear spoiler. They also work with a local PDR, who helped me remove the ding and dents on the door panels. While the wait time is quite long from estimate to drop off to pick up, but it’s all worth it. Strongly recommend!

You know I wish I would have met these amazing people under different circumstances. The quality and professionalism is beyond the best. I am so happy for the results. They left my car looking brand new. Highly recommend them.

I have had 2 cars repaired by this shop, Tahoe after hitting a deer and my 2017 Ford platinum with aluminum body. Both cars turned out awesome! I have sent lots of people to riverside and everyone has been just as pleased. Always on time and great employees. Give them a try you will not regret it!

I just had my car fixed by Riverside from getting rear-ended. The employees here were all very professional, helpful and pleasant. The repair went great, the car looks like new again. Id shopped around for other body shops and Riversides estimate was competitive, nearly 30% less than the most expensive quote Id received. They ultimately ended up charging me less than their estimate and less than the insurance check. I still cant believe they charged less than their estimate. In my experience, businesses tend to nickel and dime you and come up with excuses why the final bill is more than the estimate. That didnt happen with Riverside, so Im glad I chose them.

I wanna give this shop a big shoutout! Took my Subaru in to them for a fender repair, wheel, bumper and door repair. They gave the car back to me looking better than ever, I’m a very picky person when it comes to my car, everything was spot on. Paint match was perfect, body lines lined up perfect, everything was working properly. Staff was super friendly as well, highly suggest them if you want your ride in good hands.

This could five star after my van is repaired. Kerry is the gentleman that looked at my van, he stayed a little late to be able to finish helping me with the quote and explained everything very well. I still believe the deer that hit me I think her name was Jane Doe should be paying for this not my insurance company but I dont think her insurance company will ever pay it.

Impressive work and customer service. Had a clear coat issue that was still under manufacturer warranty, with a very reasonable estimate. Dealership beat them up over the price(which was already $300 cheaper than a different auto body shop estimate) in which they still agreed to do the work. After beginning the work it turned out the entire paint job was defective on the bumper. Instead of just doing the quick spot that needed repaired, they stripped the entire bumper and gave it fresh new paint and clear coat. Im happy to see the professionalism and customer service. I will be returning to only them for any auto body repairs or paint. Joanna and Kerry in the office were fantastic. Color match was perfect and smoother than the factories. Thanks!

Stopped in to get an estimate for a bent in fender and they offered to fix it right there as a courtesy at no charge, even though I offered to pay something! Everyone was polite and professional. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Will definitely return in the future if needed!

Cannot say enough about the positive experience I recently had. They do business the right way. From customer service to quality of the repair, I’m extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called RC today to ask for a simple ballpark estimate ($200-$400? $400-$600? Just some remote idea) to have my bumper repainted IF I brought the bumper to them.I was told, We dont do ballpark estimates, youll need to bring your car in for us to give you an estimate. Okay, can I get an appointment for an estimate? We dont do estimates by appointment. Okay, what time do you close? We stop doing estimates at 4:30 p.m. Okay, Ill be there.So, I took an hour off of work (-$50 in wages) so I could be there by 4:30. I arrived at 4:10 p.m., whereupon I was told that they could not look at my car until 5:00 p.m. Can you wait 50 minutes? Ummm, I thought you quit doing estimates at 4:30?No, I wont wait 50 minutes just to have a guy look at my bumper and give me what they could have given me over the phone. Absolute B.S.Ive always taken our cars to RC for collision service. But I wont again, not after this. They take care of you so long as its convenient for them. As far as Im concerned, they owe me $50.00 in lost wages.

I found an old truck on car-part.com that riverside auto wrecking had. I talked with Miguel, he was able to help me with the parts that I needed and provided shipping. The parts were as described and exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the fact that Miguel went out of his way to help me out. Great customer service.

Wonderful place!! Had my rear window repaired with them and it is PERFECT!! The ladies in the office were the nicest people. I will be going back for ALL my car repairs. I never got to meet the actual people that did the work, but I can assume they are just as great. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with Riverside Collision. I brought my BMW to their shop for some etching that had taken place in my paint job due to bird droppings. The affected area was about 2 inches by 2 inches and had been previously sanded by another shop. These guys were willing to immediately attempt to sand away the spot and did so for free. I waited a week or two to leave this review to see if the spot would return and it has not.I offered to pay them for the repair because it probably saved me at least $500 (repainting of an entire door). They would not take any payment. It is good to see a repair shop with such integrity. I will definitely bring my cars here in the future.

Quality service...

Had to take my wifes vehicle in after a minor fender bender. They did a thorough estimate and were timely with the repair. They kept us in the loop throughout the process, and they even handled most of the insurance paperwork making the whole thing as convenient as it can be.

Riverside was beyond amazing for me! There was a GM strike that pushed my repairs back but I was communicated that early on. Johanna (I hope I spelled it right) was there with me every step of the way from estimate, scheduling, calling the insurance company, helping with the rental cars, and being so helpful. The repairs are PERFECT!! They detailed my car as well so I got a like new car back when I picked it up. They even found my favorite chapstick and left it in my cup holder!I would 10/10 go here EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I need repairs.

One of the Most Honest and Best auto body shops Ive used. I have taken my Columbia Basin Satellite company vehicles to them on several occasions and they also fix the issue quickly and never up charge of fix things that dont need fixing. I would recommend them to everyone.Theyre not just good...theyre GREAT at what they do. Mike, the owner is a stand up, honest guy who holds the highest of standards.

They did a good job on my new truck that had some paint defects from the factory. Excellent communication with myself through out the process. I would have given 5 stars easily but my truck was dirty on pickup from dust in the doorwells, windows, and hand prints all over the door handles. I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Riverside collision. My car was backed into with a trailer hitch and the insurance company recommend them. To make an appointment they asked that I brought my car in for them to look at. They were booked pretty far out do to how busy they are. I wasnt too worried about time and they made sure that there were no problems that would damage my car further by waiting. Every time I spoke with someone there they were very friendly and helpful. They did amazing work and they even finished my car early. They went over and beyond any expectations I had and highly recommend them!

I recently took my truck to get some dents fixed and Riverside Collision took very good care of me. Not only was the top of the truck fixed like it was new, but they detailed and made sure it was spotless when I came to pick it up. In addition, they were faster than they had estimated it was take to fix the damage. All in all, I highly recommend this friendly team of professionals.

Dissapointed in the job they did repairing my bummer. When I picked it up there was a dimple in the paint where they reworked and they said it was fine. Also there was a new ding in the door when I came back to pick it up and I was told the owner would call me and after 3 weeks I still have not received a call back after leaving messages. Poor service. I had this accident looked at by 3 different shops and these guys were good the get my business but fast to loose it.

Amazing. Most accommodating estimate experience Ive ever had. I knew more than I let on about my damages when I went in, wanting to gauge their honesty. it was just some minor fender damage & we shaved some off the original estimate to avoid insurance totalling my vehicle.UPDATE:The price difference between estimate & actual repair cost rose 25%.. almost exactly to what they wanted before we shaved off some of the cost.. Also, the estimate said that it would be in their shop for 6 days; its still there 39 days later.With the exception of the wheel well molding that still hasnt been done, the repairs are top notch. Im just dubious about their billing practices, but I suppose that is to be expected of any company that has the opportunity to try & squeeze insurance companies for money.

Paid $2400 in paint corrected on our pick up and there is clear coat over spray everywhere. Well they told me they would stand by and fix their work so we brought in my 19 Durango for 2 rock chip repairs in the paint. Again. There is over spray everywhere on the paint. I am 100% unsatisfied and when I brought it to the attention of the QC guy he went off on me for being early and not giving him enough time to look at it prior to me showing up. On top of that he walked inside the office and slammed the door loudly screaming have a nice day what a horrible couple experiences here. The entire reason we came here to begin with was because they came so highly reccomend. The office staff was great. But the quality of work is horrible and when called on it I was told that I was 20 min early.

They always work us in fast at convenient times. They save us money where they can and they take good care of our familys four vehicles.

I had them fix my vehicle because they are a certified repair shop from my insurance. But when I picked the vehicle up after being in the shop for nearly 2 weeks there was a nail in my left front tire and after over 5000 dollars worth of repairs they played like it wasnt their fault and it was up to me and my insurance to get it fixed.

Riverside Collision is the best! They took great care of my car and it was a thing of beauty when I picked it up. I would trust them to do paint and body work on any of my vehicles, but especially my Mustang. Thank you for doing a great job, Riverside!

Was really happy with the repairs done on my Tiguan and they are very friendly whenever I had questions. The only thing I feel frustrated about was that I had and still have a wheel vibration in my front passenger side that started right after an impact collision with a very large dog on I82 @73mph. It did a lot of underbody damage. I stressed about this vibration as I drive to Yakima for work 3-4x a week. I got the vehicle back with the same vibration so I took it back, they couldnt find the problem so they sent it to Overturf VW who also did not correct the issue and fixed a damaged motor mount. Car still had the same problem afterwards. I had to do communication between Riverside and Overturf VW and now I am fighting my insurance to cover a damaged axle that should have been fixed in the first place because it was told to my insurance it wasnt caused by impact when the problem started immediately after the incident. I just dont understand how the car was returned to me with a very obvious vibration... they did great work otherwise and were all very kind.

Repair 2 cars like new.

I dropped my truck off on December 8th. Because of the holidays I was told that my truck would not be ready until the 2nd to last or last week of January. They later told my insurance that they would be done on Feb 1st. On February 1st I called and was informed that I would not be ready because they are missing parts. As soon as I told the receiptist, Joanne, that I was disappointed to hear that, she quickly cut my off, said goodbye and hung up the phone while I tryhing to her not to hang up. I regret taking my vehicle to such an unprossional establishment.

I am very IMPRESSED with Riverside Collision. My car got rear ended last year and I was driving around with a huge butt hole in my white bumper. I found out about Riverside through a couple of friends that had brought their cars in to be fixed, so I gave them a shot. From the time I called to schedule an appointment, to the time I picked it up and paid for it THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Treated me and my car with full respect. I was afraid that my new white bumper would be a total shiny hiney and stand out from my dirty white car but to my surprise, when I picked it up the WHOLE car was shiny again. Thank You Mike and his Crew for a wonderful job. You will continue to get my business and I will for sure refer you out to everyone I know.

UPDATE: these idiots put a mismatched tail light on my car.... how incompetent can one company be??!?!?! And its STILL NOT FINISHED!!!!(now 5 days past initial completion) This company is MINDBLOWINGLY incapable of doing their job.The first time I was going to use them, the guy was unbelievably rude, so I left. That was 3 years ago. So now, I was FORCED to use them through my insurance and was hoping to be able to have better things to say.... NOPE! I should have had my car back Friday... its now Tuesday afternoon and STILL nothing... NEVER again will I use them. Every time I call they sound like they have no idea what is going on. The part they ordered didnt fit..... doesnt sound completely right to me. Sounds more like they ordered the wrong bumper or thought they didnt need a new one until they went to put the old one on (or just completely forgot to order the bumper)... when my dad calls, they tell him something different than when I call. Idk what kinda show they are running but I hope to never have to deal with it again!!! Thanks for ruining my spring break plans! On the other hand, I had a amazing experience with Mels intercity collision in kennewick. ☺️
