I am new to Texas. My daughters can has an issue so we had AAA tow the car in. Tim and Riley were absolutely amazing. I was a difficult car to diagnose, However the crew knocked it out of the park. Always pleasant fair prices and quick service. I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs.

I have had great results from day one. They are honest and will not let you spend money on something that does not need to be done. I went in once and told them a laundry list of items the dealer said I needed and they inspected and found I only needed three services and told me so I didn’t have to spend the 800 dollars the dealership was trying to charge.

They’re always so nice and friendly. They do a good job. I recommend them.

Tim and the crew know me by name and always greet me with a smile. They always take care of my pickup by servicing it correctly. Never once have they tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. This is the only shop I trust with my truck! It helps that these guys love vehicles and will talk about lowered trucks, sports cars or even football with me. I feel welcome when I walk in every time!!

This team at Kilgore, most of the time is accommodating. Of course there are those moments when everyone gets a flat at the same time and a cue line begins, but they have a great waiting area and work hard on getting you back on the road. I am extremely happy with their service and products.

I came in with a tire that was leaking air. The gentleman at the front counter was very courteous. They got to my car very quickly. They found a small screw, and patched it up. Very pleased with their service!

The employees at ASC Kilgore are always nice and professional. I have multiple vehicles and only take them here because they are friendly and have always been fair with pricing. All of my new tires come from here and if there is a problem, they fix them for free! My daughter is the queen of flat tires. They fix them every time no questions asked. They have even come and met me when my vehicle had issues! I would highly recommend using them!

Today I woke up to a flat tire. I called Kilgore automotive super center since I have been buying my tires from them for years. I spoke with Chandler. He came all the way out to my house, got the tire, put on my spare and took the tire back to the center . He later returned with my repaired tire put it on my car and I was up and running again just like that. I have never had better service in my life. I would recommend their service to all and everyone I know.

I took my Jeep Cherokee in for a full inspection turned out after inspection I needed a radiator so I authorize the radiator to be fix . Then I get a call saying well we fixed the radiator but your freeze plug popped out and now you need a freeze plug so I authorize a new freeze plug . I pick up my Jeep get it home and the same day I was leaking oil all over my drive way. So I called and brought it back turns out the fixed the oil leaking then I get it home and now my transmission fluid was leaking out the front . Turns out the didn’t tighten the lines correctly to the cooling system. So after taking it back they said I need a new water pump. After already coming out $1,075.00 I told them please don’t touch my any more I felt gouged for money.. well yesterday that freeze plug I paid an extra $400 blew out while I was on the hwy driving and basically blew my engine.. I will be calling corporate and filling suit

Called to make an appointment for an alignment the night before. Told them I would be waiting on the car. I was told to be there at 7:45. After waiting an hour I went to check on my car. It had not even been brought into the shop. When I asked how much longer he told me one and a half to two hours after they get it on the lift. His excuse was they dont open till 8. Wasted an hour for nothing as I didnt plan on showing up 15 minutes before they open to wait for them to even start work.

Great Service, People and Atmosphere. Would recommend them for any service needed for your car or truck.

People skills are 10/10. I have been using this shop for several years now. A couple of bad (costly) experiences in Longview left me skeptical of all auto shops, but I feel comfortable that Kilgore ASC wont overcharge me or do work that doesnt really need done.

Went and got a leveling kit installed and put on aftermarket wheels and tires in the same day. Very low wait time.

Disgusting. Practices none of the safety standards. No mask. Coughing everywhere. Seating too close to other seats. Absolutely just wants to kill or get you sick. Spend your money here, might be your last time you get to spend your money.

Without going into to much detail this company could have left me in a bad spot. But that is not what they did. The most fairest I have been treated in a very long time. Top notch professionals and a owner that is a truly fair, honest business man. Your money will be well spent with these guys! I give them a 10!!

I called because my car wouldnt start and got a jump start from Riley who was on his lunch break. Told me to take it over to the shop and they would run a dianostic on the battery. Needed a new battery. These guys ARE THE BEST!!!! They are curtious. Chan is always pleasant to everyone one the phone and they dont make me feel like they are taking advantage of any one. I highly recommend them.I had done my homework before getting a quote to have the front hub assemblys replaced on my truck, the were fast, honest and I have found my new auto shop. I now am getting a quote for brakes.

They advertise that they will meet or beat any competitors price on tires. NOT TRUE! When I asked for a quote, I advised them that I could get the same tires at Discount Tire significantly cheaper. They asked if I could get a written quote. I stated that I could. Another employee stepped in and said that he would NOT match their price and that I should buy from Discount Tire. Bottom line, if a company is going to advertise something, they should honor it.

Long wait high prices

Seems as though theyre too busy for their old regular customers. I spent $700 on car repairs but they were too busy to work me in for an alignment the next day. I have brought my vehicles here for three years and have been a good customer. Recently Ive tried to get 2 of my cars in for them to look at but they are a week behind. Ill never use them again.

I’ve taken my car here on numerous occasions and the staff has always been friendly and helpful and polite and their rates have been extremely reasonable every time. They speak plainly but aren’t condescending which I really appreciate

Dont go here if you are a female. I was almost in tears because these men are so rude. I can be patient but having me sit for 2 hours and saying nothing is ridiculous. I was told I could get my vehicle fixed the next day to only show up and they ordered the wrong part. I had expressed to them how much I work and its hard for me to find the time to even show up there. The part I needed was $111.00 at o reilly but they refused to get the part from them. Then the part was $142 but after it was said and done I was going to pay $276!!! That is insane. I went to o reilly and ordered the part and will get it within 2 hours and I will just change it myself! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Kilgore location: I have used the company in general (Henderson and Longview location) for many years and have recommended them to several people in that time. But not the Kilgore location. Twice in the past month I have brought my truck here. The first time they would not even allow me to drop it off. Because the computer was downI guess old fashion pen and paper was too complicated. (Ended up taking it to Kilgore Muffler. in and out same day service breaks rotors and exhaust . No computer required.) Today I called and asked about an oil change and inspection. I was quoted a 20-30 min wait time. Told the to hold me a spot I was on my way. So I dropped it off before heading to the gym. I spent just over an hour there. When I returned thinking my truck should be just about finished it was still parked where I left it. at an hour and 40 min after I dropped they finally pulled it into the shop. So much for the 20-30 min wait time. Total time from drop off to completion over 3 hours on what should have been just over an hour job with the wait time I was told while I was on my way there. While I was there waiting we watched a worker driving an acme trucking vehicle to be pulled in for service back into another customer’s truck and never got out to check for damage. He just drove off. It took the customer seeing it before anyone walked out to check on it. I 100% refuse to ever come to the Kilgore location again the level of incompetence is staggering
