I just moved my family out here to East Texas and I was looking for a new shop to service out Peterbilt. My wife found East Texas Truck and Tire service. I can tell you, after our first visit here we found a new home shop for our business. The company is full of respect for their customer and made me feel like I was in my buddies garage. I couldn’t recommend this shop more.

Went in for new tires before a long road trip. Thankfully they do more than just change tires. They noticed that my tire rod was loose. It very likely would have broke down on my trip possibly killing us. You see folks all the time on the side of the road and there tire has fell off. Its because nobody pays attention no other tire shops check it out. I am grateful to East Texas Tires and will continue to take my truck there for everything.

Fast, friendly, affordable and very thorough. Technicians really know their stuff, even checked that the torque was correct on each tire. Even the ones they didnt install, and even though I purchased the tires elsewhere. They go the extra mile.

Needed a couple things done, they called with each thing and then told me what could wait and what needed to be done for safety! They made sure I was safe, it was affordable and I’m grateful. Today I had to have it towed and they fixed something that was extremely bad. Within just a small amount of time they had me back on the road. Great people and great work! Thank you!

I love Barbara! We have 4 kids and 6 vehicles I love that I can call her tell her which kid needs tires and give her my CC#. I never have to worry about the kids being taken advantage of. I have no idea what I would do with them ETT!!

I have used East Texas Tire twice for tires. The second time, I was told that I needed some extra work done and I let them no questions asked because I thought they were honest. On my recommendation, my 90 year old mother took her car there for an alignment after buying 4 new tires somewhere else. She was told she needed struts work to the tune of $600!!! My mother is on a fixed income and was a bit panicked. She left and took her car to JO Williams in Gladewater and she DID NOT NEED ANY STRUTS of any kind. On their recommendation she went to another tire and alignment shop. They agreed that there was nothing wrong. She got her $68 alignment and she is happy she got a 2nd and 3rd opinion!!! Be aware and get another opinion!!!
