We dropped our vehicle off to get a air bag recall fixed and was told it would take one day to complete. It has been 8 days. Called several times, left multiple messages and no answer or call back! Do not recommend at all!! Will definitely use a different location next time!

Took my vehicle, that is still under warranty, here. I thought instead of taking it to another town, I would try locally. I had an 8 am appointment, so I dropped it off the night before so they could have it first thing. 11:30 rolled around, still nothing. So I called. Believe it or not, they STILL hadn’t looked at it. Said the tech would look at it when he got back from lunch around 1:30pm. 4:15 they call. Told me it had a stored electrical short code, but the “tech” wanted another “tech” to look at it and he would be back after the weekend. Wanted to know if I needed my vehicle or wanted to leave it over the weekend....REALLY?!?! 8 am appointment, “look at it” at 4:00 in the afternoon to tell me the floor sweeper don’t know what he is doing!! Bring it back Monday when we have the only REAL tech working?!?! TRASH!!!

Went in for vehicle inspection. They tried to gouge me for a brake job. Not impressed.
