I love ReLeaf! The prices are good, but their service is top-tier. I don’t remember how many times I’ve been impressed with the service. I spoke to Samantha about my order. Samantha went above and beyond. There was an issue with my IDs, and we had it fixed in a few minutes. I was on a very strict budget and schedule, and Samantha definitely maximized my dollar.5/5, definitely would recommend to a friend/family member. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful! Mark is outstanding! I am new to medical marijuana and I even live OUT of state. He was so very helpful in his recommendations and is very knowledgeable. We will be back next year and I will be visiting Mark and the crew again! The gentleman who checked our IDs upon arrival was very nice and once I told him it was medical, he directed me to the front desk where there was another gentleman who verified medical. That gentleman at the front desk was also great! This is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

I waited patiently for about 10 minutes as the 2 Budtenders took care of other customers. A third budtender popped out of the back room and instead of looking at the counter to see who was next he greeted a man approaching the counter and asked what he needed. The customer was not even at the counter and got great service. I was ignored. I continued to wait and the other Budguy finished and noted that the other fellow had skipped me. He was very helpful though. Im old female.....they should have a counter machine with numbers if the guys cant see who is next. All in all good experience....even the guy who missed me was nice. Grower...52 years. One of the ones who took decades of risks to make this happen for you youngsters.

By far the rudest dispensary I ever been to. I walked in with a smile and a bright hello and the man at the front straight up ignored me and told me that he doesn’t have to speak to me and that if I want their weed I’ll just deal with it. I left. I don’t even understand how even had time to make him give me that kind of attitude in the 10 seconds I had been there.

The company uses bait-and-switch tactics to lure customers. The cashier overcharged my credit card, while armed guards stood by as I perform a transaction. They doctored surveillance video to hide their wrongdoing. The manager was disrespectful and refused to correct cashiers error. They also had the audacity to put me on a blacklist.

Funny story we were at Cookies waiting in a long line. We saw Releaf across the lot so went right over. Super fun staff, really knowledgeable, Eric (maybe Erin) helped us out through the process. Reasonable prices a big selection of products. Skip the line at Cookies (they only let a few in to make the line look longer) and go to Releaf.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the guy at the check in door. Got past the ID check at the door and went inside only to be harassed by the front door guy. He was very mean and treated my entire family horrible. Did not even make it to place an order. We left & went to Reef where we were treated with respect and spent a good amount of money.

For starters everyone from the security guard at the door was warm and friendly. They also had a very good selection and was more than happy to help me with my decision the cashier was very knowledgeable in her strains long story less long i will be back.

Seems like every time I order they either delivery way late even when they give you a window of a couple hours so you waste your whole day waiting on them. Or they dont show at all and when you try to call you have to call like 4 to 5 times to get a answer and if you leave a message they dont call back. Then when you do reach someone they say its to late now. You would think that I order from them every other week they would be able to do something. They only get 2 stars because they do offer a discount for next time. Dont help much when you needed today.

This was the first dispensary that I encountered in Las Vegas from NC. The staff and facility was organized and the associate that helped us was extremely knowledgeable of each product!Please support!

On June 7 2020, I received a delivery order. One of the jars, each of which which was an 1/8 of flower, had an unsealed safety seal inside the lid. I immediately notified the driver, and the dispensary. They said they would get back to me. 4 months has passed. I have placed multiple phone calls to the dispensary & each time was told a manager would get back to me. I never received a response, nor a replacement. This is MEDICATION. If this occurred at a pharmacy there would certainly be an immediate response. I will NEVER order from this place ever again.

03/04/2021WORST DISPENSARY EXPERIENCE EVER!So, I went on the releaf website this morning and made a purchase. When my purchase was verified at, $101.81 (tax included) my girlfriend also made the same purchase because we appreciated the great deal, so thats one ounce each. When we arrived they checked us out together for some reason and it was gonna be $237.00. So, we had to drive back home and get extra money for this hidden charge.(super embarrassing and inconvenient)When we arrived we purchased our cannabis thinking we were getting 2 ounces. I was never told the amount in weight I was getting at check out, they only told us the name of the product(I didnt think anything of it because theyre doing their job). When I got home I noticed it was only 14.0 grams in each bag. I called back to explain to them and they were not helpful at all. The manager Denae, didnt want to refund my money(even though my package isnt open), or give me store credit. I expressed how if I knew the price of what I was getting before hand I would have never made the purchase. she offered me 10% store credit or a preroll!?!Are you kidding me? 2 hours driving back and forth only to get ripped off and basically told get over it. Im sorry, but I am very unsatisfied for both the false advertisement and the unprofessional staff inside the store.

The staff tells you there is a deal on but then you are charged full price. They are also supposed to show you the strain as they package it, and they do not. I called to get some sort of credit or refund, and was told I could get a discount on additional product but no refund or credit. Classic bait and switch. The woman I spoke to was rude and frustrated at me for demanding accountability for their mistake. Dont waste your time or money here. Plenty of great dispensaries in the area.

15 dollars for a pre roll that’s filter was longer than the actual weed in the joint. The audacity of this said establishment is baffling, appalling and to say the least atrocious.

I always receive 5-star service no matter if it is in-store or delivery. I have never had a problem in the 2+ years I have been using them. Seeing the drivers wearing masks really made me feel comfortable that not only do they respect their life, they also respect mine.

Placed an order for a special they were having, they ended up trying to deliver the wrong bud (late), and then tried extorting me for extra money.When the incident was reported to management the management had a no care attitude, and suggested that I shop elsewhere.So I will follow managements advice, and recommend you do too; shop somewhere else, this company doesnt want your business.

Kyle was the one that helped us and he was super cool and explained everything on point to us. I will absolutely come back again. Placed an order at 1:30pm. Said it would arrive between 3-6. I called at 8pm only to be told that they forgot about me. Their site says delivery until 12am but they stated their routes were sent and could not deliver my order until tomorrow afternoon. I have about 500 loyalty points total with them, and this is how they treat their veteran customers. I won’t be back

We placed an order at 4PM. Told us 8PM. Then changed it to between 8:45pm to 9:45pm. Its 10:16pm. Still no one. The delivery line closes by 10pm. Tried to be patient and called after 10pm not knowing that was the cut off time to reach that service. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I like ReLeaf alot. They have good flower, pre rolls, and eatables...Theyre decently priced and my man Anthony aka Gatti helped me out alot. It was cool experience. Nice Covid restricted area, clean, and quiet.

Ordered a delivery order but never came after many hours so I stopped by and they were incredibly helpful and eager to switch it to a pickup order and have me grab it while I was there. Despite all the pandemonium with the virus scare and all the closures they remained positive helpful and so so calming. A++++

I submitted a request for delivery through their website. They called and confirmed it and told me it would be 2 to 4 hours. After 3 hours they called and said theyre out of the particular product but they could replace it with something else but they couldnt guarantee the price would be the same. Under the circumstances I thought they would be more flexible.In either case, it didnt matter because they told me that was too late to reprocess the order for delivery the same day. To me it sounds like they might have forgotten or misprocessed the order and then fed me a lie to cover it up.Its bad business and they know it. They must think that since they have so many customers that they can afford to lose some and it wont matter but it will catch up with them eventually.I noticed in past reviews where this same thing happened to other people and the managers left replies for the customers to contact them in order to address the concerns directly. So it seems like theyve attempted to redeem themselves here and there but obviously things dont get better. Their customer service and their business practices continue to be on the poor side. The bad reviews that say the same thing go on and on over time.These guys should really take a look at the way they conduct business and they should modify their processes. Theres way too much competition to have to deal with this. These guys are not too big to fail.

Went here with my family during the Covid -19 pandemic in early August 2020. We are locals and this was our first visit to this store. We were greeted and asked for I.D. and let into a the lobby, then quickly handed a paper menu, then less than a minute later we were expected to know exactly what we needed. I had two items I knew I wanted before I walked in the door but I really wanted a chance to glance around at the edibles a bit and maybe ask a few questions as to what they had available, and when I expressed this to the staff member, he said Ill give you the 5 dollar chocolate bar thats on sale, usually 18 bucks, youll love it. with out even letting me finish my sentence. And then ushers my family to the counter, so word to the wise rushed at this place would be an understatement. No chance to ask, or explain or even look at anything. Then the on sale chocolate bar for 5 dollars is really nothing more than a lightweight square, and I mean one palm sized square of half cbd half thc and miserably small. Ugh. Im NEVER coming back. My world for a good medical focused dispensary in Vegas that doesnt mind newbies, maybe someday Ill find one that is more welcoming than this tourist place.
