Joslyn scheduled John to come out to my house to do a diagnostic on my spa which has been in disrepair for several years. He was very nice, looked at the spa and said that we probably need a new tub. He said that he would not be charging the $95 fee to come out because he really did not do anything. Joslyn has now called me three times for the $95 and I told her that John said that it did not need to be charged. She is very rude and will not stop calling me. I spoke to a manager there and told him that I would like to order a new spa but he said that if I ordered one it would probably not come in until February 2022. I am so disappointed in the customer service and now have to find another company.

Im so excited that I was able to order a pretty blue semi-inground swim spa! Paul has been wonderful to work with and came out to my home, measured and sent me a diagram to submit to the HOA for approval. Im looking forward to installing everything in early spring.

Came in on a Sunday to purchase a spa. Lafy at desk said someone will be with you. Shortly. She stated they are finishing up and will be with.. store is empty and as we walk to the back we see other other two employees on cell phones. Same lady came to assist us. I Informed THIS lady what we are interested in plug and play. Immediately she asked why not a 210? I told her we arent interested in routing 210 electricity conversation. She give us all the reason why 210 better and why plug in are bad. Despite requesting information about 110, she continued the negative about110. Clearly she is only trying to sell us something we dont want. DID NOT SEEM she wanted to help us at all. So we purchase a 8 person spa for $6k cash. Poor customer service and poor retail service. Would not recommend this store.

Awesome place to buy your spa. They work with you for what your looking for. We’ve had ours for about 3 months now and use it several times a week. Works perfect. Highly recommend this place if your looking for one.

Paul and his team were amazing. From our first interaction with Molly at the showroom to the final install, we’ve used our spa probably 4-5 times a week since the install. Was very happy with final results. Only company I found that does semi in ground spas without spending a fortune.

Horrendous first -- and last -- impression. First, my sister and I were ignored for more than 15 minutes (at least acknowledge were there), then staff assumed a male stranger who entered when we finally were acknowledged was with us, and refused to believe us when we said we didnt know him. Then served him while we were speaking. They clearly didnt want my business. And Im fine with that. Cant give 0 stars, so 1 is because the spas didnt flood. Ive rarely been this infuriated.

First time visiting for accessories for a spa of mine that is now discontinued !! They were absolutely brilliant friendly and knew their stuff(Knowledgeable) RONITA even text me to help prior to driving and hour to here from pahrump!Great service and I look forward to upgrading my spa tub from YOU!!!! My husband and I went in to Creative Spa Designs with the intentions on purchasing a swim spa that day. We spoke to 2 individuals. One was the salesman, Molly Colt. Not only did she make sure to social distance herself but she did everything in her power to assist us in a new spa. We were not happy with the other individual and the only reason I am giving 5 stars is for Molly. Molly explained to us she was new but if she couldnt answer our question, she made sure she found the answer for us. We were not able to purchase because of our location and we were told they could not get a crane to Overton, NV but we were very pleased with Molly. Thank you Molly for being our cushion and for being so kind to us.

Ordered a swim spa on oct of last year was promised it by may of this year. Check status in Feb and was told it wouldnt be delivered until June and checked again yesterday and now they said now July. Cancel my order do to their lack of paul saying that make another customer happy to get theirs earlier tells me if I had a problem with it I would get the same service

A really excellent experience from beginning to end. Installation was performed promptly, efficiently and to my own specifications. The multiple jet hot tub is always a great pleasure to use on a daily basis. And equally important it’s upkeep at a constant 103 degrees is both simple and inexpensive. I highly and unreservedly recommend Creative Spa Designs for the excellence of their entire operation.

Purchased a 20k spa. Looks great. All was good till it broke 4 months in. Its supose to be under warranty and it seems to be worth as much as the paper its printed on. Its been broke longer than it worked. Very dissapointing. Im going to have to find somebody else to come and fix it and pay for it myself.

My wife & I purchased a spa & a pool from Paul, who was both informative and helpful with suggestions on how to improve our vision. although all our well laid plans seemed to find some hick ups in the ordered color and design process, Paul was there all the way to get things straightened out and after some very frustrating concerns not only fixed the problems but also surprised us with a great discount for our troubles .. amazing service, great advise and when I need another spa, CREATIVE SPA DESIGN will be the place to go .

This place is a dump. Don’t waste your time driving here for the slob owner to ignore you. No prices on anything, no customer service to help you, only people are arguing on the phone with unhappy customers. No hot tubs for sell in the next 4 months.

Horrible experience. CSD sold us a spa with a manufacturers warranty knowing the manufacturer was already out of business. The spa required numerous expensive repairs and then failed completely after a few years. CSD refused to either replace the spa or guaranty their repairs. Unscrupulous management. Patronize this company at your own risk. The fact that your current spa supplier is in business does not negate the dishonest treatment that we received--and youre not sorry.
