I have never seen such horrific customer service. That pathetic Canadian Gecko depot hung up on me 2 times. I started telling him very politely about my issue with the Gecko transformer, I could barley hear or understand him, so which I told him that. He hung up on me twice.. This is the most ignorant human being in customer service..Do not use these people or hope you get someone pleasant!!!
