Jay was very knowledgeable and professional when I went in to have my battery checked. He went above and beyond in helping me find one for my budget and installed it for me. I highly recommend this auto part store!

Opened my truck door and the weather seal over the door frame popped off and landed on my feet. No problem. Went online and not only found the exact adhesive I needed, but also in just the right size. No need to waste dollars on a tube of adhesive with much more product than Ill ever need just to have it go bad over time. The online ordering process is easy-peasy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I realize that a $5 order wasnt the big sale of the day but I was treated as though it were.

First time I went the GM was great he told me everything that I needed for my cars headlights at this time I didnt have the money to get them so when I went back to the store the other day I was telling the employee what I needed for my cars headlights after what the GM recommended to me . So the employee told me to go to Amazon and get the headlights I am looking for ...really? Amazon? I dont need 100 dollar headlights just something so I can see better at night . I can tell you I wont be going back there again ...maybe I should had stuck with AutoZone instead .

Been a loyal customer for advanced auto parts for over 15 years and never been as displeased with any of their stores until I went to this one. The managers here are snotty little bratts with a complex that have no interest in helping the customer. DONT GO TO THIS STORE.

Good place to go managers were helpful knowledgeable and Im sure the others are as nice and knowledgeable and helpful ideas got the managers at that time

Normally a good parts store but today I just felt pushed. Trying to get me to buy something I didnt want and or a different brand. I dont like feeling like Im being told to buy something I dont want. Need to work on customer service I do understand most people need help but no all are beginners or even novices. Judging a book by its cover not always a good idea.

Very nice place very friendly very helpful I was buying a new battery didnt have the car but they love me too bring one in when I was done. When I arrive there a man was checking on a customers car with a computer, that plugs into your car. So I would definitely go there again for any car needs

My battery completely died in the king sooper’s parking lot unexpectedly. The sales gentlemen went out of his way to help me jump my car so I wouldn’t have to push it there. He explained why my battery went out and replaced it with a much better one. Everyone here is very kind and honest. They also have great product knowledge. Thank you for replacing my battery for me! My corolla is running stronger than ever! I wish I got the gentleman’s name, because he deserves a big kudos.

When every I need anything for my car I always come 95% of the time. They always are happy and friendly there and can answer any question you have about a vehicle. They also do a lot of things for free from helping my put on my license plate, we had to cut off the old bolts, to check/ changing my battery, or changing my wiper blades. They also let you recycle your oil there and they let you dump it out yourself, OReillys on the other had doesnt and the guy who took my old oil only drained about 4/5 oil I had. I would say their speed perks app could be a little more user friendly, all points earned can only be used online. last but not least if you need a part for your car that they dont have they can order it for you, no charge until you pick it up, or they will call around to other mechanics store to see if they can get it for the that day.

Have been going to Advance Auto Parts for many years. Never disappointed with their service or their parts.

Staff was friendly enough.Bought a car battery online, and when i arrived, they stated they could not install the battery on a 2003 Jetta, even though right on the homepage of the site, and a big enormous banner in store says so, they would not install it. When I asked for the battery itself, it also was not a fit for the Jetta the battery not a fit for my vehicle, even though the site matched the battery to the car.Lost a customer here.

Appalled at the rudeness of the employee assisting me. Checked online before I went in to be sure the store had the oil filter I was looking for, and the monthly flyer showed a oil change deal for 5 qt. Mobil 1 EP and Mobil 1 Oil filter. The ad in the store did not show the deal, and I pulled up on my phone there was a monthly flyer and monthly ad. The flyer showed the deal. The employee was extremely rude and was acting like and whats your point, what do you want me to do about it - so I asked are you saying you are not going to honor the deal in your flyer I just showed you? He didnt respond and stormed off to go get my filter and oil. Then came back and said they dont have the oil in stock. I told him forget it anyway, ill go to AutoZone and get their deal instead, and left.I used to work at an auto parts store many years ago, and this level of service is unacceptable. I am putting in a complaint to the store manager and district manager as well.

These guys are genuinely helpful and will definitely take their time with you.

North location is better than south location. Staff is friendly and more knowledgeable than Lovelands south location.

They are a hub store, so they have a better selection of parts.

Went there to get scratch fix paint for my Truck. The guy said theres a code somewhere on the truck. I asked where it is on my specific truck. He said no idea but he said its labled paint. Thanks for the help when my truck was parked 20ft away..not. Anyway i went to Autozone and the guy politely walked out and found the code for me..which was not labeled paint.
