Counter help was friendly & very helpful for questions I had & recommended the product that best fit the type of car

Good parts store. If they dont have what youre looking for, theyll get it, usually next day.

Took 4 visits over 4 days to finally get the part I was ordering. Very little was done to remedy after the first and second trip back, and yet i still had to come 2 more times before they actually called someone to figure out what was going on. I likely wont be back unless there is a part no other store has.

I really needed a car battery and for some reason still bought one from the Loveland Napa after they told me that they do not install car batteries for customers because theyre not a corporate store. Attempted to remove my battery myself at home but I didnt have the right wrench and bolts were worn down. An hour later I returned the battery to the store but the funds were not returned to my checking account until 4 days later....I went to (Batteries+ Bulbs) 10 minutes after leaving Napa. Batteries+ Bulbs is right across the street from Walmart, behind the Verizon store at Denver Avenue, and they were happy to install my new battery that I purchased from them. Their staff was super friendly and it took less than 15 minutes for the Battery+ Bulbs guy to swap out my battery. The Batteries+ Bulbs guy even put some kind of foam under the connectors to help soak up any possible corrosion to keep a better connection in the future.

Worse customer service of any parts store! If you want the wrong part, go to this store. They give you the wrong item, then blame the customer, and wont do a refund! Everything I have ever bought at this store has had to go back because they gave the wrong item. They have lost our business forever, and I own a trucking company so I buy a lot of parts! I will drive up the street more and use another parts store from now on.

The rude parts guy quoted me $133.00 plus shipping! I located the same part online for $77.84. I asked why the difference and was told “shop around if I didn’t like our price.” I’ve been purchasing parts through Napa for years. Today was my last call to Napa for anything. Extremely disappointed.

Rusty is a big help! My husband has known him for years.

My child brought his car to them with battery issues. They didn’t have the battery, but immediately drove to another Napa to get one for him. In addition the employee lent him the tools and completely walked him through the process of removing and installing the new one. Thank you, thank you.

I dont know much about what my vehicle needs and the help these folks give me is as valuable as having a... Uncle Howard, who has been always helpful in a vehicle crisis, no matter what City or State I am in across the USA...just sayin...;-)

Honestly hands-down the best auto parts store Ive ever done business with Mike, Rusty, Kenny. Communication is always great. They can find any part. Ive never had an issue And look forward to continuing business. I love the Napa brand, but honestly. Doing business with these guys. At this Napa location has been joyful.

I called to see if the store had parts in stock for my truck. I was blow away some chick answered the phone they must of had someone new that started she got me exactly what I needed for my truck she was quick,very knowledgeable and she even made sure to pull my parts to make sure that they were in store to pick up thats what I call quality service. Very attentive,knowledgeable and intelligent staff I’ll be buying my parts at this location. Great service you have amazing staff that know what there doing thanks again for all your help I’d recommend friends and family to this location they will take care of you!

Ordered my parts online. Had them within 2 days. Wasnt able to pick them up until almost 2 weeks later. Went in and they were waiting for me. Great and knowledgeable staff. Granted not a huge store front but what you cant find they can find for you or have it ordered. Make sure you check out the online deals as well.

Always have what I need, and its the only parts store on East side of town.

Great staff, willing to go out of their way to find what you need. If its really odd, Kenny will find it.. Parts seam to be higher quality than that of their national chain peers.If the part is for a less common machine, call first, may need to be shipped in from the warehouse

Very rude staff at this location I would not come here to get a part the counter guy must of thought his personal cell phone was more important then his job. Your customers service in Loveland sucks. I left and got my power steering pump from o’Reillys at least they don’t ignore there customers.

The store was a cluster they could probably do a better job of setting up stuff up front. The prices aren’t always correct at all I been to this store twice. It’s still the same way as it was a month ago with everything a cluster on shelves I wasn’t impressed to say the least.

Ive been using this establishment for six years with nothing but the best of service,threw my belt in the parking lot next door and was treated to some of the rudest and most condescending service from Chris I have ever experienced at a Napa facility 12/2/18 around 330pm.This will conclude my doing business and recommendations to this business in the future. Really upset that you let your best quality, customer service fail Rusty.

Its an auto parts store what can I say dont even know what I was doing there I think I was getting a part for my girlfriends car. I would recommend it. I dont have any bad vibes there. Gary V

I was a walk in customer for the Longmont store I needed a part the counter men said my part had to be order from Loveland because they did not have it in stock in Longmont was told to come back with in a hour well I came back the Loveland store never sent my part. So I left and took my business else where. Not sure what happened I hope they figure something better out that everyone can get there parts and myself when we need it.

My husband and I went to this store for a part we needed the staff here is amazing very helpful they even acknowledged us when we walked threw the door. We usually go to the Berthoud store to buy parts my husband was very impressed by the service he got here. Thank you Chris for your wonderful service we look forward to doing more business with the Loveland store in the future for our vehicles.

They were really busy around 5pm they got to me right away quick and friendly service they had what I needed for my car.

The guys there are very nice. They assist me all my purchases.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, they know their stuff and are always accurate. Thank you to the Loveland staff this past weekend on Saturday I got my car up and running again. I called to make sure they had the parts in stock that I needed and held it for me to pick up at the store you guys rock.

Always appreciate the customer service provided by Kenny in the team here at Napa. Even though this visit I purchased hey rather minimum amount of parts, they always seem to treat me as if Im buying a crate engine. This is only one of many reasons why Napa in Loveland is far superior than the garbage places like AutoZone and OReillys! Do yourself a favor and visit the team at Napa the first time and Save the hassle of going elsewhere.

I walked in to this location and was treated fairly and courteously. My Optima Red Top decided to die with no intentions of recovering from a recharge. Roland and his Co-Workers tried to charge it anyway. After deeming the battery dead, Roland took care of me and was professionally courteous.I observed Roland assist several other customers including 2 females. He treated them fairly and did not try to up-sell (in a negative way) or take advantage of them. There needs to be more people like him in this world. Thank you all Napa- Loveland Colorado! You guys rock!

Another store told me they had two parts that I needed so I called to make sure he put the phone down or on hold and then came back and said yes they have them I told him I would be right over I get there and they only have one, oh I only checked on the computer he said. still had to drive somewhere else.
