If you’re considering purchasing a car from Tri City Auto Gallery or Tri City Motors, please read this:I purchased a 2015 BMW M6 at the beginning of January, 2021 from Tri City Motors (aka Try City Auto Gallery) in Loveland, Colorado. It had a clean Carfax and the owner of Tri City Motors told me it was a clean car. Sometime after taking delivery (I live in Florida so I was unable to see it in person prior to purchase), I noticed a few issues. The rear bumper was slightly damaged, the hood was sitting a bit high and the passenger side headlight washer cover was sticking out. Also, both interior door panels were extremely scratched up. I took the car to a body shop to inspect it and the moment the guy at the shop opened the hood he said that the car had been repainted. It was determined after a close and thorough inspection that in fact the entire car had been repainted, including the front bumper, rear bumper, hood, rear deck lid, front quarter panels, rear quarter panels and both doors. On top of this the paint job was of poor quality and there was overspray everywhere. The body shop also found that the font bumper was taped together and the parking sensors were attached to the car with zip ties. The car was in very rough shape.I was then referred to a website that searches VINs that has photos of the car from an auction where the car was sold in the summer of 2020. I wish I had found this website prior to purchasing the car as you can tell by looking at the photos, it had been in an accident. Every part of the car was damaged, the font bumper was hanging off and the passenger side mirror was missing altogether. There were also patch marks on many parts of the car where it had been bonded and sanded prior to being painted.It was never disclosed by Tri City Auto Gallery that it had previously been in an accident, and when I confronted the owner of Tri City Motors and his sales manager, they both denied knowing about it. Being in the business of buying and selling cars on a daily basis it would have been quite obvious to Tri City Motors, its owner and employees immediately after looking at it, that the car had been in a wreck and repainted. No question. If it had been disclosed that the car had been in a wreck in their ad, or to me over the phone, I would NEVER have purchased it. Even if the car had been heavily discounted, let alone sold to me at market value for a similar car that had no previous heavy damage. I honestly don’t feel safe driving the car and don’t want it.Tri City Auto Gallery never offered to take the car back/fully refund my purchase. The owner (Brady) told me that I can just sell the car if I didn’t like it and their sales manager (Jason) told me that they have no legal obligation to take the car back. They only offered to take the car back with a partial refund after I hired an attorney. If they had offered to take the car back and give me a full refund, I would have gladly taken it 100% no question.Attached are four of the images that Tri City Auto Gallery used in their ads for the car as well as four of the images that were included in an auction that was held last summer prior to Tri City Auto Gallery purchasing the car.To anyone reading this, I hope this information was helpful in your decision on whether to purchase a car from Tri City Auto Gallery or Tri City Motors. This has been a very unpleasant experience for me to say the least.

My wife called the dealership on a Sunday trying to find out more information about a car that she was interested in. Regardless of what Google shows that they are closed on Sundays, Brady answered all her questions and we were convinced to go ahead and set up our first-ever out-of-state car buying journey. The plan was straightforward: we drive our trade-in vehicle 1000 miles over to the dealership, purchase the new car, and drive back. For the most part, things went as we planned. We were welcomed by Brady and Jay on Wednesday morning. They answered all our questions, finished the appraisal while we test drove the new car. It turned out that the tires on the car were OEM tires. Although not dry rotting or cracking, they are too old to be driven safely back home. So we asked about the possibility of transporting the vehicle. Jay was quick enough to get us a quote and made sure we were comfortable with everything before moving on to the next steps. Eventually, we sealed the deal, finished all the paperwork, and Jay was kind enough to give us a lift to the rental car company where we booked a car back home. Compared to the typical dealership experiences weve had before, the one we had with Tri City Auto Gallery was such a breeze. They have a professional and respectful staff that prioritizes customer satisfaction to the highest level.Ps, our new car arrived on the following Tuesday safe and sound. Jay did big help to make sure that every bit of the communication was smooth and efficient.

I purchased 2 cars in the last week and traded one in. The staff was great to work with and the cars were exactly as advertised. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. They were very flexible when I wanted to take a car for a pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop. I will work with them again for sure.

I reached out to a dealer in Las Vegas regarding a 2017 Acura NSX they had available. We negotiated for a few days before coming to an agreement. Just before I was to sign paperwork for the car I was informed that it had been wholesaled by the owner, but he failed to inform his employees. I was beyond frustrated.A week later a friend sent me a link to that exact NSX at Tri City. The dealer in Vegas wholesaled in to Tri City. What are the odds of that? I showed up unannounced and was instantly greeted by Dylan as soon as I got out of my car. I told him I was there to look at the NSX, but was informed that the owner kept the car at his house due to the value. Brady was more than willing to go to his house and bring it by and was very accommodating to whatever I wanted to do. Brady and I negotiated on the price for a whopping 30 seconds before coming to an agreement. I expected that part to drag out, as its usually the most difficult part of the entire buying process.I let them know I had a pre-approval and they were able to jump through all the hoops my lender needed. They were on top of their game, but I cant say the same for my lender. I decided to stop wasting my time with the lender and put in an application with Tri City. Within two hours I received a call from Kris in finance. She was able to get me a lower rate than I could find anywhere else. I have no idea how she was able to swing that rate, but I was instantly onboard with it.I showed up the next morning and the car was out front, detailed, a full tank of gas, and ready to go. I went inside to sign the paperwork. Kris was 100% prepared for me and I was out of her office in 5 minutes. Dylan walked me out to my new car, I shook Bradys hand on the way out, and I was on my way back to Denver in this amazing machine.I looked high and low for an NSX in this color with these options. Ive had the exact same car in another color for over 3 years and I knew exactly what to look for and what I wanted. This car is not missing a single option. Every box is checked from the factory and its in amazing condition. A 2017 with only 15k miles is difficult to find.I cant say enough great things about Tri City Auto Gallery. If theyre able to find this car then Im confident they will be able to find any car Im looking for in the future. I hope this is the first of many purchases through Tri City. Thank you again to Dylan, Brady, and Kris for the best car buying experience Ive had (and Ive had at least 20 of them).

Tri City Auto Gallery has a great selection of luxury cars! I have loved getting to look at many of them and was able to even do a test drive.
