The people in the office do not seem to know anything about customer service. I was called twice asking for payment for services. I had paid the service technician when he completed the work. I had to tell the office girl to look at my account in their computer. Then she found my payment. The tech who serviced my doors was great...Chris. He has been to my place before. Let me start by saying, this review is Long overdue! I had a situation with 2 lower panels being damaged. I called several garage door companies and even had them come out to do estimates. Each one told me I would have to replace the Entire door, which runs about $1,500. I called Ankmar and spoke to Jeff. What an amazing company!! They told me they could simply replace the panels and save me $1,000. They came out and looked at it, got the order placed and did the install a couple of days later. While there, a neighbor came over to get an estimate for her garage door...lol. These guys are absolutely the Best! They could have been like every other company and said I needed to replace the whole door, but No. They are super friendly, super helpful and HONEST. Thats the Big one...Honest. They did a terrific job and the door looks Great! If I Ever need repairs or replacement for my garage door, these will be the guys I call. You cant go wrong with them! Very Highly Recommended

What a great experience AnkMar Garage Doors was!! Our door got damaged one evening they sent David F out the very next day he looked it over and gave us great communication on what needed to be done. After talking with Jeff in the office they got our new door ordered and installed in less than two weeks. David F did a great job getting the door taken out and reinstalled on the day they said they would be here. Chad, the tech who serviced the garage door was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and even gave me tips to save money. Scheduling was as simple as a few clicks on their website and then they show up! Also, they communicate very well if something changes or need to move an appointment time and they actually show up in the time window that you select. This company is doing it right.

After I had installed a LiftMaster 8155 garage door opener, I found that it was somewhat noisy and caused my bedroom floor upstairs to vibrate strongly when operated. When I called Ankmar, Chris came out and during discussion, suggested the inexpensive noise dampener grommets as a possible solution, and even agreed to install them after I got them. Sure enough, after he did that the noise and vibration is much reduced! Really appreciated his help.I wish the company had recommended this as a solution in the first place, instead of me having to call and complain... It would have made it a great customer experience right away!

Our experience with Ankmar in Loveland was fantastic. Our garage door stopped closing on a 20F degree day so I called them for service, speaking with Jeff. Fortunately they have a tech in the area, he was here in less than 20 minutes. Dave (the tech) was friendly, knowledgeable and polite, fixing our door and even helping with another garage door that needed some love.Ankmar installed the garage door opener appx 10 years ago and were great then, good to see theyre still at it.

I put in an online service request before 7 am for a broken spring-they were there and the problem repaired by 10 am, and the price was very reasonable. This is the type you shouldnt attempt yourself. I was blown away....will use them again if I ever need door service

Horrible customer service. Tech did not have appropriate parts to complete a warranty repair on scheduled appointment date. I was told hed have to come back at a later date, unfortunately we had to be out of town that following week, which is why it was scheduled when it was. He then offered for me to give him the code to access my house when we werent in town to repair it. I find that very unprofessional. However I did decide to put my plans on hold for them to reschedule for that coming week. Its now currently after the slotted 2 hr appointment window and I have yet to see the tech or receive a call letting me know they are running late. When I called the company about this issue and how I felt about it, my response was that she personally did not know about my appointment.

Dishonest company that takes advantage of the elderly. My mom had a broken spring only and they told her she needed other work done. They showed up, left parts on her garage floor and left. Never gave her an estimate. Didnt tell her if or when they were returning. She had to call the company to find out what was going on.
