Will has gone above and beyond in his service to us with helping to salvage and fix two garage doors bent by two teen drivers in the home :), and most recently putting in a new garage door opener that has it working better than it has since we bought our home 7 years ago. Integrity is the best word to describe what we experienced with Integrity Overhead Door. When our garage door spring snapped, our car was trapped inside while we scrambled to figure out the source of the problem and get it fixed. Wilbur came to the rescue with an immediate temporary solution to operate the door until the correct sized spring came in. Integrity had our garage springs quickly back in operation, and working better than they had before, plus the price for the work was more than fair. So friendly, and they truly made it one of the most easy-going and convenient experiences. I would highly recommend them.

Integrity spent the time to review everything about my door, made several adjustments the installer missed and got it working better than ever! Highly recommended!

Thats not the end though, They could have easily sold me a brand new opener, but found that the capacitor was burned up. $25 part and we were back in business! I was very pleased with Integrity Overhead Door. Wilbur explained the different options to help me decide which type of door to get. Then he installed it, even with a modification, in a timely and professional manner. Integrity definitely lives up to their name.

Last week the spring that is integral to raising the garage door broke late one evening and so my car was locked in the garage. I called Integrity early the next morning and their representative was out within an hour after my call. That same morning they were able to install a new spring. I was also having difficulty getting an external key pad to work and asked their help. The Integrity rep fixed the problem in no time. The charge for the services provided was more than fair.

Garage door is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Couldnt be happier with the service we got from Wilbur and the product.
