Best service I have ever received!!! Customer service was excellent over the phone. They got me a technician out the next day and Chad was wonderful! He definitely knew what he was doing and sought out the problems very quickly. After replacing a few parts and leveling the garage door, all was done in about an hour and far less of a cost than I thought it would be. Top notch company with highly skilled technicians, I would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used One Clear Choice, and both times I was very satisfied with my experience. The garage doors look amazing, and their team was easy to work with.

The lack of professionalism is the reason for this review. Customer service includes all persons that represent a business. The lack of professionalism by both the people that answer the phone and the tech who did not follow up on sending me my paperwork. Then i realized that we did not get our the remote control back from him. When I called asking about my receipt she proceeded to say that they had a diiffer email address for me. Hmmm why did I get an email from them prior to the install? I also mentioned that we did not get our second remote back. She said she woukd call the tech. She called back and said the tech said he either left it by a vine bottle or by the garage door. You will have to look for it. I was not there, I didnt install it. I said what if its not there? Why didnt the tech hand the remote back to the person that gave it to him. I was not there either. I would think that returning this to the customer would be normal professionalism. I did have to spend time trying to track down my spare remote and it certainly was not any where that he thought he left it.

My Garage Door broke suddenly, and these good folks came out (on Saturday) and got it repaired right away. Now the door works better than than when it was first installed! I definitely recommend them.

Good experience with this company. Garage door spring broke on a Saturday night, left a message that night (they are closed on Sundays, but have an emergency service which I did not need). They called me back right away on Monday morning and came out that afternoon. The two technicians were very friendly and professional. After the repairs, they walk you through general maintenance a homeowner should do on their own to extend the life of the garage door. Never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I did not need.

I had a broken torsion spring and they were able to get someone out the same day to replace it for me. The tech did an excellent job. The tech even helped me adjust the track so it makes less noise and the door now also moving up and down smoothly. I will definitely use them again and recommend to other friends. Thank You.

I would just like to say I am completely satisfied with the service I received from One Clear Choice. I looked a several other local companies while researching for a new garage door opener. One Clear Choice was very helpful on the initial call to help me get the best door opener with the features i desired, and that would work with my door. I also received an email confirmation of the appt. shortly after the call. Chad, our tech called on the day of the appt. when he was about 20 minutes out. He showed up on time and went over the installation process with me, and then got to work. It took him about an hour to complete the installation, after which he went over what he had done with me and explained all the bells and whistles of the opener. Chad was awesome and I would highly recommend this company if you need garage door work done.

They sent someone quickly to make repairs which he did. He was very nice and detailed. Explained everything. However, he emailed the report and it said that the warranty was no good unless we put in a UL plug which he didnt tell me. Now I have to get a plug so the warranty will be good.

I own a rental home in Loveland. Hired this company based on reviews and an inexpensive $69 maintenance for my garage door. Never again! Poor communication from Tech, only called me wanting to replace the springs on the door, nothing wrong with the “springs” .... he just believes they are old! He did not fix my keypad as requested nor did he call to discuss any other concerns. He just sent photos with pricing ..... and left the location without discussing what he did! I forwarded this information to my Garage Door Company in Castle Rock. I had to drive from Castle Rock to Loveland to meet my Garage Door Company and THEY completed the job. Door was VERY loud and the gear assembly needed replaced, not the entire motor as this company suggested! My CR company replaced the keypad and reprogrammed all the remotes. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent service to install a new door. The installer also explained how I could fix my existing opener for a $10 part that I could install. He pointed me to the equipment on his phone, and I ordered it. He also explained that if he did it, itd cost $29 for the part, plus the $69 for him to install it. :-) So he saved me a bunch of money. When we need a new opener, well go with One Clear Choice. Loved the service (and door) I got.

I have a low-height garage and needed to squeeze just a few inches out of the height of the door to get my SUV in. One Clear Choice was able to make an assessment on the system I would need and how to make it happen. The tech spent A LOT of time on his own making it happen in one visit, all with gear and an opener he had. I was impressed! One Clear Choice is following up this week to double check some gaps (a by-product of the set up, not a flaw in their installation!) and were going to figure out how to make it work.

I got through directly to the company (not the answering service) and described my plight. My door was off the rails and I could not get my auto out of the garage.The technician, John, came out almost immediately and diagnosed and repaired my garage door. The pre and post analysis of the problem and the solution were thoroughly explained and documented with pictures. A repair price was given in advance. I was immediately emailed a receipt and the analysis of my door (it needs to be replaced, but there was no pressure to do so immediately).For promptness, courtesy and expertise, I recommend One Clear Choice without hesitation. These guys are the best! They did my install of new garage doors, new openers, new cables and coils and wires a couple of years ago. Ive had them come out for yearly maintenance, too.Last night, I called them in a panic as a bird had built a nest on my garage door opener, and the door went up, crunching the nest and birds eggs in my opener. And making a horrible mess that I was afraid damaged my garage door opener. I called One Clear Choice at like 8pm, and they got Mario out within 15 hours to clean and fix everything, including the mess. He realigned everything, explained everything to me at the end. The price for all of this work was incredibly fair.This a great company!!

Clear Choice has been working on my Garage Doors for years. They always show up when they say they do which is a big plus. What I realy like, is that they fix my issue, broken springs, door off tracks, new door opener and most recently a new door. We use our garage a lot and I have their number right next to the garage door button in my garage. So if Im not around, my wife can just call them.

One Clear Choice came in to replace a broken Wayne Dalton spring unit. They upgraded the system to a standard spring unit which they claim to be far more reliable. Time will tell but so far the new system has my garage door moving much easier and quieter than it ever did before. Louie was efficient and thorough with the work. Id recommend them for any garage door repair needs!

Mario installed my belt-drive garage opener today with a minimum of fuss. He had come out to replace my chain drive opener with another of the same type, but after a little discussion I upgraded to (what seems to be) a huge improvement. (Hes a HELLUVA salesman!)The belt drive is SO much quieter, and with no chain to worry about taking care of, it is a pleasure to own!Of course, its only been two hours since installation, so time will tell on the product, but Mario did a good job, which is the purpose of this review.

I needed a sensor changed on a 1 year old garage, after the sensor was changed my garage door sounds like its been in use for 30 years. Was told nothing they can do even though they caused the problem. I just wanted my 90 day warranty extended to 180 days. The garage is under my 3year old and 1 year old rooms... So if we use the garage at night it will be sure to wake them! Never told me why the noise is there now. Sucks Thanks for noise!

Once Clear Choice was quick and very courteous. We called them and they were able to look at our garage door on the same day due to a small opening in there schedule. They were also able to schedule our repairs within a couple of days of completing the quote.

After calling the original company that had installed the door and getting it must be the sensors are dirty and you just need to clean and realign them ... even after I had explained that both my brother-in-law and son-in-law had cleaned and checked the alignment. They just did not seem to want me as a return customer.So I decided to search for a garage door service in my monthly coupons I get in the mail and found One Clear Choice Garage Doors. The receptionist was polite, attentive and actually listened to me. She sent me a text with a time and a picture of my service person Mario, who was also very polite and professional. Mario called a few minutes before he was to arrive. He listened to my explanation again and told me what was needed to fix the problem. He also gave me estimates on any additional repairs that he saw that could be needed in the near future and explained their warranty so I could make an informed decision on what to have him fix. Really liked the tech, he tried to repair same day but was missing parts, so he is coming back in a few days to finish. Courteous, on time, friendly and accommodating. If you need customer service, this is NOT the place for you!!! Poor communication! I’ve been waiting days for a phone call, a quote... something/anything😣 I’ve called 3 times and all I’m told is “in a couple of days”...really??? Crazy how company’s function and can stay afloat. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

We have used One Clear Choice Garage Doors two or three times. Their technicians are very pleasant, thorough, and professional. The technician who replaced a lot of our old components was not pushy about upgrades or services/parts that we needed. He pointed out potential safety issues. I was impressed by how quick he replaced the springs, upgraded bushings, installed a new opener, etc. Highly recommend this company.

First, I rarely give anyone five stars, but here is how I qualify this review. I had to pursue OCCGD for about four months before I finally was told that overhead storage was available to install. Not sure if that was a local issue or more regional. Once the product was available we schedule installation and over the course of nearly 9 hours on a Sunday, one person installed three 4x8 and one, 4x4 overhead storage systems. Not too many holes in the walls where studs were missed and now at a very affordable cost I have more than ample, solid storage in my garage and virtually nothing on the garage floor! It was worth the wait.

Im absolutely disappointed with that company one clear choice service and customer care.I called for a broken spring. they told me that I need to replace the other spring if I don´t want to avoid my warranty, so I agreed. then the tech that try to push me other parts while he was working on my door told me that I need to change the wheels. I denied his offer because I know my wheels are fine (they been replace a year ago and still under warranty). for my surprise they refuse to warranty my springs because of that wheels. so I called the other company that change my wheels a year ago they check it out and show me that they are in perfect shape and in a new condition. told me that a spring cant be broken because of that garage door wheels.A word to the owner- you should train your service guys to give a honest service. one customer happy worth a lot more then an extra hundred dollars. I run a small business my self and honesty and customer care should be a priority.answer for the owner response: I am a Real person, and you should tell that to the service guy that be at my house. And your response just show even more what kind of service your customers getting. I defiantly not going to use your company again.
