An amazing chocolate selection. All kinds of Russian and European food and drink crammed into a small deli / store. I think there is a butcher next door.

Excellent shop! A very large selection of goods! Thanks to Manager Gulya for the professional approach. Most of all I was pleasantly pleased that they bake bread, always a pleasant smell and very tasty. Separate respect to the owners of this store. Vera and Dasha sellers are great girls. They are always friendly and can suggest and explain. In general, the store is very cool, come and see for yourself. Recommend 👍🏼

So I was out and got some bread but the worker said I couldnt cut it. Then some other people came and got bread and they cut it. I wasnt allowed to but they were. I am pretty sure they were friends. Stupid. Never coming back. She said they ahd a rule that only cold bread can be cut. Dont recommend. Garbage store.

I like everything about it -location, assortment and even the music ! They bake bread and it smells wonderful every time I go there . They even have slicer for the bread -Only cold bread allowed to be cut, if the bread is right from the oven or still warm it can’t be cut because the slicer can be damaged by soft hot dough .

NEVER going back! Rude! Selling products without knowing the ingredients. Dear Manager / owner, sharpen the customer service skills of your employees! Having another European store close by, you definitely losing costumers !

The store itself is good and prices also decent but the cashier lady is very rude and even races. When you come to store you feel that you are in former Sovet Union (SSSR) with that customer service. I think the cashier lady forgot thay she is in US. If there any chance there is another store with identical items I and my family never go back to that store.

Great international, eastern European food store. In-store baked bread. Reasonably priced and fresh produce. Very attentive and helpful service from store personnel. Will be back next week.

Lunch combo was Dry, not sure there was any sauce at all?

Over the past two weeks I bought in this store an expired product for my little children it’s good that my wife cut both times and that one of the children would have been poisoned. Both times i returned the product to the store, which caused indignation among the discussion staff. No one apologized and compensated moral damage only for rudeness. If you want to stay healthy, then buy products in another store.

Store is nice, really good. We live close by, my parents and I go there often. But, the cashiers working there are not polite at all, rude and with no customer service. I know it’s a Russian store, but we still want the American customer service. The previous girl with blond hair, every time I or my parents go there, she looks at us like we came from a different planet, not saying at least “hi”. And today we went to the store, there is different girl, I think uzbek, she’s even worse... omg, I don’t care who’s working, but they have to be trained properly, with good customer service. I hope owner will read this review and fix the issue to keep the customers.

Went to Diana Deli yesterday. Very rude staff. Felt completely out of space. Asked the sales associate about the product, she gave me nasty look and kept staring at her phone. When it was the time to pay, she just took the payment and again stared at her phone, no “ thank you” or any sort communication. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back!
