Unfortunately this store is awful. Some employees are nice but many often have poor customer service skills. There is usually just one lane open, while the other Krogers keep several open. It was actually backed up to the frozen food aisle today. Just ridiculous. Its as if they want to lose business. Where is management?

Best Kroger’s I’ve ever went to! Lesly the manager on dusty was so sweet and helpful bagging items. Chuck in the nest department was phenomenal! Great customer service.

I am disabled and had a cart with $300 + worth of groceries and there was only 1 register open other than self scan. While I was waiting for someone to open another lane there was a man in a motorized wheelchair that had died in the aisle. He kept trying to get help and when he finally got someones attention they told him there were no more charged carts. I asked for help with a couple of items and I never was properly helped. This store is not very handicapped friendly. My daughter even gave a guy a $5 tip to load my groceries, I had to tell him multiple times to put the cases of water and heavy items in first on the bottom. It was like the young man was never trained on how to properly load a car.

The employees are wonderful and Id love to keep shopping there, but only having one checkout lane open during a Saturday afternoon is absurd. It takes less time for me to shop someplace farther away than to do it at a Krogers that is literally less than 5 minutes from my house. If I only need an item or two its worth it. For my big weekly shops Im going to do it elsewhere.

Most of the associates are very friendly and helpful. Wish they would stop rearranging the store every few months.

This is my local Kroger, its old and they continue to remove items you can find In other big Krogers or Walmarts, Meijer. Ill continue to support them but the variety and freshness of produce and over all continues to deteriorate. I agree the staff overall is not the best, but young people staff are generally more interested in phone and talking to each other. Other reviews on bad staff, I can agree on. Kroger pay more get better staff and dont remove items I buy and your always out of stock on.

Awful service from the deli, an employee named Maria is always rude and her and some of her co-workers frequently do a poor job cutting the meat and cheese. They layer the cheese specifically so it sticks together making it impossible to get a piece out of the bag intact. Ive been going to this store on Loveland Madeira for years but Ive had it, if something isnt done about this soon you are going to lose my business.

Not all Kroger stores are the same. I do however prefer the stores that are? midsized. They usually have a good meat n cheese counter. Recently I looked at several generic products. Compaired to Meijer, Kroger varies from 10% to 25% on common everyday purchases. I will stay with Kroger for a while and keep watching prices!

I use click list Quite often and typically do not have hardly any issues, maybe once in a while items that I know could’ve been substituted were not… Tonight’s experience though left a sour taste for sure. I checked in to the store so they would know that I was on my way. I arrived 4 minutes late of my time slot. Used the app feature to let them know that I was parked. I patiently waited a while and when no one came out I called and was told It would be right out. I then waited another 10 minutes and call the store directly to speak to a manager. Lawrence stated they were working on the order that it was cancelled out and he doesn’t work in click list. I the. Wait another 20 minutes. Did not receive a call with update or anything. I then proceed to call when I should of just left and no one would answer. Aiden then brought out my groceries and apologized and did whatever he could to make the situation better. Lawrence knowing the situation and being the manager on duty should of handled the situation and brought the groceries out or atleast called to update me. Working in customer service I would of handled this situation a lot differently. Kroger is unprofessional and poor customer service.

Produce section doesn’t look the best. Angie who stocks produce is rude. All the other staff is very nice.

Kroger is my favorite grocery store to shop at there is always friendly people willing to help you anyway possible. I saw a young employee who was walking an elderly person down the isle while the customer was in a scooter and she followed here through the store grabber stuff off the shelves fir her and then she helped her through checkout and even to the car. Not many places treat their customers with that much hospitality. They really make you feel welcome and homey.

Kroger has a cashier at the self checkout that either needs to be fired or given a mental health evaluation. She was ignoring me when I needed help with coupons. Another employee asked if i needed assistance, then she ran over to help. After he walked away she said, that hillbilly needs to mind his own business. When she handed me my receipt she said, here ya go dopey.I already quit shopping at kroger because of said employee but I shop for my parents on Sunday and they like kroger.

Much more expensive than the Krogers near me. A couple of people who work there acknowledged it. They said it was due to their location.On a positive note, they use hand scanners so I can bag my groceries as I shop!! Love that!!!

This Kroger needs a makeover. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasnt very crowded. The store organization is crazy compared to other stores. I know its not a marketplace but it still seemed odd. Aisles are pretty narrow too. But it was still a fine store overall.

Small enough so its easy to navigate. I needed a special kind of band-aid, and the pharmacist came out from behind her desk and showed me where it was on the shelf. Very good service. The wait for checkout was not long.

No salad bar. Place is garbage. Why doesnt this place have what every other Kroger has? Cant give a 0 star so enjoy the 1. If I lived by this place is rather drive to the location on branch hill guinea pike. Its not that far for a much better location with a salad bar and proper deli that has lunches

Friendly staff and a great selection of natural/organic and veg. options for the smaller size of the store. I like it better for the fact that you dont need GPS to navigate the store.

Grace at the deli is so nice and professional. Very efficient (also Cory). Dont forget the butcher at the seafood and meat deli.(I love him, he is always giving me great marinading tips!)

Typical Kroger store though a bit on the dated side.That said, while they dont have large aisles or a huge selection of tons of items (like other larger stores do), I cant recall a time when Ive been looking for something and have been unable to find it.They make up for their smaller size/dated facility by offering scan and go scanners that you can carry with you and shop/total your purchase up as you go. When you go to check out, you simply scan the bar-code generated from the handheld scanner, provide your method of payment and youre on your way. Very convenient for keeping an eye on the grocery budget as you go instead of being surprised when you get to the checkout.

Good store. Has mostly anything you need. Friendly staff and awesome meat department. Not as good as the larger Krogers stores because they just dont have the space.

Kroger is a great basic grocery unfortunately the one in my neighborhood has more Kroger Brand items than name brands

Jessica in produce and Rosa at the register are so sweet and helpful every morning I come in!! Every employee here is just wonderful!! Someone is always trying to help you in anyway you need!! The pharmacy is phenomenal !! My son was being silly in the store today and had me take a picture he said this is what Id look like if I would have been a girl lol !!

Set across from the Castle Skate Land in the strip-mall part of Lovelend. This Kroger is one of the smaller stores. A little hard to get around inside. Good parking outside. Gas station is on-site. Food.

My Krogers in Loveland Ohio has the sweetest workers that make you feel welcome and always have that important customer connection that is so needed in so many other places. I enjoy the entire visit truly.

It reminds me of home. My Mother used to shop here. The employee are very nice and friendly and I would underline this very helpful. I have been back in the area for just a short time and I feel very happy to be shopping at Kroger in Loveland Ohio.

After working here couple months I enjoy being part of the team feel like this Kroger is my home but sometimes its feel like it can be little stressful when there a time when the check out get flooded with people but still I love Kroger hope one day I can be part of the piece of this Kroger to hold success- Alex Bishop

All things stay the same! Never no unnecessary moving of items. Always got plenty of stock, easy to find items and store is never over crowded.

1:45 on a Friday afternoon. They only had 1 non-express checkout open. Waited in line over 15 minutes before I was even able to but my stuff on counter. Cant blame check-out girl.Seems like more and more Krogers are becoming like this.Hire more people!

Its a small Kroger that has the basics. If you are looking for that special item, you will probably not find it here. But its great for the normal run in and grab groceries and run back out.

Its close to home and recently remodeled. Hours changed when I was still a kid and its not 24 hours no more and they did away with a lot (toy section for example) to make room for other stuff I suppose?

Great store, would have given it 5 stars but Ive been to a 5-star Krogers before, and this isnt quite there.

The trend of having fewer cashiers is getting annoying. They force you to self checkout and then dont have the staff to handle the inevitable sensor errors by the bag scale. This time there was a price error that took 5 minutes to be addressed and another 4 to be resolved because the lone employee could only handle so much. There where 0 cashiers at their registers.

Nice location would be great if they updated it a bit but other then that a great place to shop.

Under staffed took 20 min to cash a check. Went to get a balloon, no one present at station, waited 10 min still no one. Walked out 30 min to cash a check and no balloon waste of my time

My only criticism of Krogers deli would be that not all Krogers carry the same deli products. Otherwise, no complaints.

I lost my book of stamps in the parking lot apparently so i called the store and asked Shane if anyone had found them and turned them in. He said jjust come back in and they would replace it. My jaw dropped. I was completely taken aback. How kind to help me out.Im just so amazed. Thank you Kroger!!

After yet another visit to The Loveland Kroger, I am convinced that they have become the McDonalds of grocery chains. A question to a produce clerk was met with an insult, and the customer service counter was totally unhelpful. I stopped shopping here years ago due to the decline of staff who cared, and todays visit will probably be my last. 30 years ago, I spent over $1000 a month in Kroger. I now do my major shopping at any competitor, and have only used Kroger as a quick stop for bread and lunchmeat. But, they are big and successful, and dont need us little people anymore. So, Hello Aldi, Save-a-lot, and GFS! Looks like you have gained a forever customer! And, by the way, I am posting here, since Kroger no longer takes customers comments!
