Shelves and hangers are all neat and sorted by sizes well. Good Clarence section with decent prices. Staff is very helpful and are easy to find if you need help with something. Good location. Stays moderately busy. Everything is made easy to find and if you cant find what you are in search of staff is around to help.

Oh my gosh their cakes!!!! I got a cake for my son’s birthday and EVERYONE kept asking me where I got the cake. It was AMAZING! It was chocolate with buttercream frosting in the middle and it tasted like a super moist hostess cupcake. New cake go to! Everyone who works here is also so kind and happy to help. Great produce. I think Meijer is good quality for the money. My wife will drive past other similar store to go to Meijer which is further away.

Rude cashier. We spent over $550 and the cashier asked what we did with two price tags as if we were trying to steal them. He name was Mary. Very very uncomfortable.

Always shop here. Bummer about all the manufacturers delays. Not Meijer fault. One of the best thing that I have noticed is with the clothes. All sizes together x-small to 3X on same rack. Easy to find what you need.

Big, bright store. Nice to go to for something different. Kitchen section is extensive. Interesting brands. They carry Yankee Candles among others. They have clothing and electronics too.

Good selection, wide variety and always seem to stock new items to try. Employees are helpful & friendly, usually multiple registers open and they have 2 large self checkout areas that seem to move pretty quickly. Decent seasonal section that rotates often. Good prices, great sales.

Easy to find everything you need, good atmosphere but chilly so bring a jacket, nice employees. I grocery shop here all the time and have never had an issue finding anything or any issues with anything else. Definitely my favorite store to grocery shop at.

Ive been to all of the Meijer stores in and around Cincinnati. This is by far the best Meijer. It is always clean, items seem to be stocked well, bathrooms are clean, employees are nice, promotional items are marked and discounted items are marked and signs removed promptly when sales end. Ive been going to this store for 10+ years and its always remained the best.

. I came into the store to pick up a table cloth for all and thank you cards. I did have to hunt some but was rewarded by my search. I was directed by an associate. She was helpful.

Pretty good selection of everything you may need. They do really have a bit of everything. I found some Kayaks that look pretty good for under$300. They also have the car racks for them in addition to life vests,paddles, coolers, and many other outdoor equipment. I’ve bought a large variety of items it’s better than Walmart for quality too.

I shop there all time, but o am getting upset with them, my husband only drinks diet rite cola and i have been there twice this week and they are always out of it. Also my friend also likes it and the milford, ohio store never has it either. Usually they only have some is if they have a sale on drinks. Great store you can find many items you need. We went and found a swim cap! This was great our daughter needed it as we thought we lost her other one. The store is clean and the customer service is great.

Store is clean and there is a big selection. My problem is that unless youre on the classic Midwest slop diet, the good stuff is consistently out of stock. I get that there have been supply chain issues with the pandemic and everything, but other stores in the area dont seem to have that issue.

Great place to shop. Meijers are larger than Walmart and Kroger stores, although a bit more expensive. However, the larger size permits more space to move around and get more steps in during this pandemic.

In my personal opinion this store needs new management. My husband went to get formula for our baby and the Store Manager Jordan Hickey was rude & unprofessional. He told him the store was closed and that he had to leave. My husband entered the store prior to closing looking for the formula, the light were still on, doors were still open, customers were still checking out and leaving the store. Store Manager Hickey did not approach my husband in a polite manner, did not help him in anyway and was rude. After my husband explained why he was there and what he was looking for, Store Manager Hickey said he did not care. My husband asked for his name and he would not identify himself. Thanks to the internet, he was not hard to to find. Don’t expect any type of customer service from this location.

Every time I go to this location the customer service is terrible. they never want to return anything without a receipt. other Meijers will return without a receipt but for some reason they refuse.

This place is very convenient for the hours they keep. Its a bit tough to find things sometimes.

I really like this store. Their prices are competitive on most of the items I regularly buy. Some items are always cheaper here when compared to Kroger. The K-cup coffee selection is pretty good and often the sales are great on coffee compared to other stores.

This store consistently has food that is expired, 2 days or more past the expiration date on the product (bagged salads, fresh meats and seafood that is turning bad colors). The produce is always in bad condition with fruit flies buzzing around. Was at this store yesterday because its closest after having knee surgery. An employee was watering down all the produce even the wilted stuff instead of clearing it out first. Milk is NEVER stocked, empty shelves consistently. Asked an employee and he said they just dont get it in😐From here on out I will travel the extra distance to spend my money for my family on quality food at KROGER.

I absolutely love this store. They recognize regulars like me and greet them warmly.The store layout makes it easy to get in and out quickly - a bonus these days.

Meijer produce does not go bad in 2 days (or less) like Krogers! in fact I never knew lettuce could last that long in the fridge! Plus, they have everything. I will always choose Meijer over Kroger when possible.

Good store but like everything else the prices have gone way up last time I was in there about 2 months ago I bought something and it went up just over $2 it went from four something to six something thank you Joe Biden

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Found everything we need. Carts were sprayed down to help with spread of germs. The only thing I really saw was random work carts alone in aisles.

Best Fruit and vegetables store clean friendly workers

Must have been awhile since I posted 4stars. I havent been happy with this store for sometime now. Shelves have been so empty I even walked out one day without buying anything. I have been going to the next closest Meijer but tonight I needed a few things, luckily they had them. Other brand stores have pretty much recouped from COVID so why hasnt Meijers?

Love the fruit selection at Meijer. Prices are good. They have a nice clean store staff greet you at the door. Always a pleasant experience. They also have a Great wine selection. Highly recommend place to shop.

While at your store this afternoon I was assisted by a young cart pusher named Uri. He went out of his way to get me an electric cart since he saw it was difficult for me to walk with crutches and carry an oxygen tank. We need more observant and caring people like him.

Good selection of darn near everything. Aisles are nice and wide, pricss are good, store is clean, and all associates appear to be properly wearing masks.

I made sure to order 3 hrs before close and every time they decline my order and then I have no groceries. Should have learned my lesson the first three times this happened but I gave them the benefit of the doubt only to get terrible service. They told me they stopped taking orders at 7:30 and its currently 5:15...

This used to be my favorite store. Seems like their variety has narrowed a bit. Nice bakery. Great clothing, shoes & jewelry sales. Pharmacy department is very helpful

Meijer is mediocre for me. Walked in at 10 pm and not one lane was open. Had to do exclusively check out. Some of the produce was good quality but some was moldy and rotten. Prefer to buy my groceries elsewhere.

Great Covid vaccine staff! They are incredibly nice and helpful.

I dont know about pharmacies at other Meijer locations. But the one here must be at the bottom of the list.My wife had obtained the 1st COVID vaccine a Walgreens in Dayton. Since this Meijer was very near to our home she tried and got an appointment for the 2nd dose. Meijer Pharmacy assured her that she can get the 2nd one at this location (she even received couple reminder texts). Anyway, when she showed up for the vaccine, they flat out refused since she didnt get the 1st one at this place ! The reason was something like if we just give the 2nd dose, we will have too many 1st dose or something to that effect. Even though, the 1st and 2nd doses are identical in all aspects.By then she had cancelled the 2nd appointment with Walgreens, Dayton.She finally managed to get the 2nd dose at a Kroger in Vandalia - absolutely no issues.On our way back, someone from Meijer called my wife asking her to set up an appointment again since they had a cancellation.We said Thanks, but no thanks.I now know why Kroger is a much bigger and more successful company than Meijer.It all boils down to Customer Service, which this Meijer seems to lack in plenty.

Store is convenient though I miss the 24hours it used to be open. Clean, often nice greeters and occasionally a sale.Management tends to be non responsive now and then but were attached to many good workers.

I used the online order with parking lot pick up. It worked out very well and I am pleased with the service. Meijer was offering a promotion when I used that service that provided $15 off a $50 order, so check if its still offered!

My last visit was actually a grocery delivery to my home and was shopped by a Shipt employee. Id had a couple of bad experiences with Shipt in the past but thought Id try them to see if things had improved, and to my surprise everything went very well. The shopper who did my order communicated well by text and if the store has out of stock items the shopper made good suggestions in substituting those items. Delivery was on time and I will most certainly use the service again. Thank you, Chin for being so good at what you do.

Meijer isnt bad. Nice selection. But its my fourth favorite grocery store behind Kroger, Whole Foods and Trader Joes (not necessarily in that order). Not a lot of customer wear face masks here.When we do go to Meijer, we go really early in the morning. And we pretty much have the whole store to ourselves.

Am usually able to find what I am shopping for. Have had a few items harder to find in the pandemic. Overall they have tried to keep stocked.

I called upper management and they were supposed to call me and I never received a phone call back. Poor service! Very rude and makes you feel horrible shopping there. Im a manager and would never treat my customers they way I got treated! Wish I could give them a 0 ⭐ I will never be shopping there or any of my family.

Shopping at this store is the most infuriating experience ever. Id say 75% of the time (at least) their shelves are not stocked, with several basic items being completely empty. Even pre-Covid I would never be able to get everything on my list. The prices are okay but you end up having to make a second trip to a different store to get everything you need so in my mind the savings balance out by the extra trip somewhere else. No matter how busy they are, they usually have about 4 check out lanes open, besides the self checkout, so if you have too many items for self checkout you should be prepared to wait a long time for check out. I gave an extra star because they do send decent coupons every month, most of the staff is friendly, and returns are easy.

Inventory is terrible. Understaffed. Always out of basic products. More empty shelves and displays than anywhere else.

Great selection but customer service has really sunk to a new low! I have a disability and sometimes it’s more obvious than others if I limp more or carry too many plastic bags on one arm or both. Sometimes I am fast getting through store sometimes very slow and lean on cart more than the average shopper. Years ago 2014 to 2016 to be exact, they were more than helpful when checking out etc., but these days I feel like a criminal being searched once when I was with my husband and 4 year old. I get the security and understand measures that need to be taken in the retail world. I purchased a usb do hickey and it was clearly paid for evidenced by the receipt but the clerk failed to remove security device ( again I know this will occasionally happen and usually one shows proof of purchase and the store gladly removes tag and you ho on with life). This time We were all forced in front of store to remove all items from pockets (my husband had only his wallet and keys, my four year old no pockets and I had no pockets either only wearing cotton sundress, I did empty my entire purse which was slightly embarrassing cuz it was a mess). I was in excruciating pain and had to lean against cart and then the entire process took way too long since we had a receipt from having just made purchase in nearby lane minutes prior. They made us repurchase it then go to customer service ( would not let my daughter and I head to the car as my husband requested.) it was ridiculous . This has happened one other time to me and my now 6 year old although not as bad! I feel it’s due to my disability and think it’s a shame. Thanks for reading! I
