Prices arent bad. They just never have anything in stock. The shelves are constantly wiped out no matter what time of day you go. Im not sure if this is a supply chain issue or a staffing issue or just poor management.

We ordered a marble cake with chocolate frosting from the King Soopers bakery at 29th Street and had it decorated for my fathers 91st birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated with powerball tickets, a deck of cards and was absolutely delicious!! We have always loved the cakes from King Soopers. They are fresh, delicious and the decorations are always spot on!!

Not a bad store, has some mix of friendly staff and not-so-friendly staff. Pretty solid most of the time.However, with hours changing they did so little to update them for anyone to know! They changed hours by posting new hours in a spot off out of sight/mind, high, in a darker area... with nothing on the doors before or shortly after changing open hours. Multiple customers left unable to find hours, just gave up, and when somebody finally got their attention it was not until staff pointed out the incredibly poor location for hours that anyone was able to figure out what was going on.The store has some positives, but that really is something that management needs to address by owning up to their failure to properly alert customers to a change of hours, and improving their own service in such regards for the future.

Oh absolutely they’ll correct a pricing error at this store — but you’ll work for it. And there’ll be no thank you and there’ll be no apology!

I ordered pickup and they said they would put a hold on my card in the amount I spent until I picked up. A week later not only is the hold on those funds still in place, they also charged my card for the same amount. They said they can hold funds for up to five business days, even though they already charged my card. So dont do pick up from here because you wont have the money they hold for over five days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding considering the circumstances over the last year and a half but the service is terrible and every single time I go to pick up my pickup order something is wrong and the produce SUCKS! No more, I’ll be traveling to a different store from now on. Shame you guys don’t care about quality.

Great neighborhood store, but why did you change your hours to open at 6am? Incredibly inconvenient for early schedules and you’ve always been open at 5am. Very disappointing

Every time I go to king soopers around 7 730am they have NOT ONE SINGLE CASHIER!! I go to the grocery stores early in morning to avoid crowds. The south king soopers will make u self checkout even if you have a whole cart of groceries. They will even make old people self checkout. I asked the guy why there are so many employees walking around but not one single cashier working. BOTTOM LINE IS MY AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM ARE NOW SHOPPING PLACES LIKE SPROUTS WHERE THEY WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AMD CHECKOUT PEOPLE. Half the time kingsooper out of half the stuff I go there for and their prices have increased DRASTICALLY!! DO YOUR JOB!!! I will be contacting corporate as well

Incredibly cramped store makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. After enduring the stressful cramped isles, I thought “hey, maybe I want a coffee.” I stood in line for 7 minutes at Starbucks and didn’t even get acknowledged by the barista that was standing right behind the counter.

We love this location, they carry the brands we like and almost always have what we need in stock. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We shop in person and do pickup and rarely have problems. When shopping on the weekend though, the lines can get out of control, making it difficult to walk through the store. We try to shop during the week to avoid the crowds.

I am starting to like this store. It takes awhile to get used to all the King Soopers stores since they arent all arranged the same. They have very nice produce and a well-stocked deli area with specialty items. They had a great selection of flowers for Valentines Day, and I was able to get a beautiful bouquet for under $10.

Staff and service are generally great but I’ve gotten very concerned over the last couple weeks about their lack of enforcement for masks in the store. Counted a good 8+ people tonight without masks, and similarly on my last trip. What spurred me to write this review though was that on top of all that, tonight there was even an employee walking around the deli area with a chin diaper.This is my preferred grocery store close to my house, but I don’t see myself returning unless they up their enforcement. Yikes.

I went today to our Orchards King Soopers today, a Saturday. It was quite busy, as it usually is. I needed some broccoli, but the bin was empty.Nick helped me, and he was so friendly and helpful. He was clearly busy with his job, but he stopped everything to meet my needs. On this very busy day he put me first, and he was so polite. It wasn’t about the broccoli, it was about outstanding customer service!Smiles and kindness go far with customers, and Nick was an example of what excellent customer service is.Well done, King Soopers!

This parking area is a mess and it needs to be repaired.The store never stocks up on their sale items, you always have to go back another day when they have received more product or go to their other store.Nice cashiers though.

Very happy with the prices today. Much lower than my last visit. In fact Im sure they were lower than wally. I love that the quality of the produce is excellent, and the seafood is above expectations. Isles are wide enough for two people and staying distances. So clean. I will keep shopping here!!

Omg, King Soopers pharmacy used to be good and never had a problem til these last couple of months. They are worthless. The drive thru has been closed too many times during operating hours. The employees have become very rude, the phone call wait time has doubled than the usual, not filing claims properly and not having prescriptions ready as promised.Im done with them and transfered my prescriptions elsewhere. This is the most cramped grocery store ive ever seen! (And I shop for Instacart so ive seen all the king soopers in the area)All the shelving is too close together, two carts can barely pass each other in the aisles. Corporate please get this manager some help!!!

Does not assist disabled customers if only self checkout is open.

Pharmacy has a broken fax machine and will pretend to look for your perscription while keeping you on hold for 15+ minutes then claim they dont have it because they cant receive your perscription via fax. Most doctors ONLY deliver perscriptions via fax.

Crazy busy, which is fine :-) however it would be nice to have a few people around to answer questions during busy holiday food quests.

We do not use this location often and everytime we do, we remember why. We use Clicklist and typically the 10th St Greeley location. Have never had a problem. However, at this location we have received wrong product and bad produce multiple times. Today we had scheduled pick up at 11-12 a day and a half prior. Showed up at 1130 and have been waiting for an hour now. One person bringing out groceries and they are slow. When we saw multiple cars arrive after us and get their groceries prior to us we had to ask why. We were told that they were still getting our items in store! This is an absolute joke. We have 3 kids, a birthday party in 2 hours and are sitting here waiting still, after an hour and 15 minutes past the end of our pick up time! No one had told us what was going on, had to ask someone. Still no idea when we will get groceries. Always a joke. Poor leadership!Update* Called and spoke to a manager. He said there was a series of things that happened that put them behind and apologized. I asked how long until or order would be available and he said an hour and a half (2pm). So we had wasted our time waiting. No one notified us. Our app notified this morning to pick up between 11-12 and that the order was complete. So I am not sure what happened but not notifying customers exasperated the issue.

This place is a complete JOKE. You people make Walmart seem like a nice place to visit. Nice job covering EVERYTHING with plastic today! Way to make people feel good about where they are shopping and worrying if the food you sell is POISONED.

I bought some juices here, the Suja Organic smoothies to be exact. I got them home and began drinking one, only to realize it had expired over a month ago. You need to keep your shelves updated with products that are NOT expired, and not going to make customers sick. These juices are very expensive. I ended up throwing them all away. A waste of money, a health hazard, and a waste of time choosing this King Soopers to purchase from.

Stood in line behind one person for 20 minutes while the clerk and grocery bagger kept checking prices on stuff. You need to train your employees not to waste time while the store is packed.

I have gone to this location and have known many great employees who are now being phased out by staff that is slow, lacking in customer service and any efficiency at all. I shouldnt have to sack my own groceries when Im not at self checkout as there is never enough help at any open registers. I know business times are tough as I manage one myself but people make that happen stop shortchanging them and all of your customers for the sake of the bottom line!

Nice store, well organized for Thanksgiving shopping. Very nice and helpful staff. Good parking lot. It was super busy with people getting Thanksgiving stuff and they had lots of registers open, which was great! They also had plenty of everything you could possibly need for Thanksgiving. Just a really great grocery store!

Need to add more cashiers, its always a problem. Very frustrating having to self checkout a cartload of groceries or wait in line 20 minutes in overcrowded aisles for a cashier.

TOO MANY PEOPLE! Its impossible to get in and out of this store without having to fight your way past a sea of people. This goes for in store and the parking lot. Its just chaos. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day you go its the same. I simply just stopped shopping here even if they have great deals its not worth it. Every aisle you are constantly bombarded with people trying to maneuver their carts around you and everyone else. There are other grocery stores in town with less crowds and better service.

Great for just about anything and their staff is super nice and helpful, they are always willing to drop what ever they are doing to help me find an item or answer a question. And they never complain or are rude. The products are a little lacking but I think that that is mostly due to size rather than anything else. Still very good for the run of the mill shopping or just running in to grab something real quick. Their food department is quite excellent especially for a quick lunch they have got a fairly wide selection of prepackaged salads, sandwiches, meats or anything you fancy really.

I love the helpful cashiers. Even when I am hurried and worried about not finding my King Soopers card right away, they have patience and kindness. I also really enjoy the Click List. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and usually remember me, which makes me feel special.

Excellent restaurant with exceptional service. This is a great atmosphere if you want to be alone with your partner. No distractions like televisions or loud music. They have very unique drinks, appetizers, and meal options. It is a good idea to look at the menu online before you go. This will give you time explore all the options.

They don’t stock their shelves often. Good luck if you try grocery shopping in the evening. It’s ridiculous.

I find that most grocery markets in the States have their stores set up similar to each other... This store is not. I find the set up completely backwards and hard to navigate. I appreciate change and out of the norm, however I dont find it helpful in a grocery market. If youre new to this type of set up and are looking to get in and out quickly, I would not suggest stopping here. On a good note- Staff are friendly, store is clean and produce is generally pretty fresh.

I really appreciate the compassion and generosity from the staff, especially around the holiday season. Without going into specificities, today a few staff members saved our holiday dinner! Thank you for your hard work, EVERYBODY that works there thank you thank you thank you!!

This bakery is a amazing. They kept my ice cake frozen for a few days because I didnt have room at home. Customer service is amazing.

I had no problem paying for my prescription using my debit Mastercard as a credit card in the pharmacy! But 99% of the time they will not take this form of payment on the front end when paying for groceries. Know one can explain to me why this is. I purchased $180.00 worth of groceries last night. So I then wrote them a check that they declined! Told me it was because I hadnt written a check in the store for a while. Its been about 2 months.I was so upset and on the verge of tears. I just has major surgery last week and got out of the hospital 4 days ago. I was forced to put my groceries on my credit card!!! This is the only store in town who can not run a debit Mastercard a credit card!!!I intentionally dont know my pin number. As I feel its to easy to get cash out for unnecessary things. And I save money that way!Im a very dissatisfied customer who will not be shopping at your store any longer!

Probably the dirtiest grocery store I’ve seen in a few months... decided to try the curb side pick up since they can’t seem to manage cleaning the inside. Currently writing the review from their parking lot going on 35 minutes of waiting for my pick up....

Its a grocery store, but they have some great sale prices, and great customer service. My check out clerk said something I bought was on sale, but it didnt ring up that way, so he took the time to double check, then manually entered the discount. I would gladly pay extra for that kind of customer service, but really glad I dont have to here!

I went there to buy groceries and the staff were friendly even through this pandemic situation. The staff were professional and the bathrooms were clean. I highly recommend this place!

Worst King Soopers/ Kroger Ive ever visited. Narrow isles, dirty, and produce is limited and not very good. Most aggrevating is seeing many customers and staff wearing their masks below their noses. I wont be shopping here ever again.

I love this King Soopers because it has two entrances as well as its in a shopping center with a lot of other places that I shop at already. They have a few Island so I can get my money off with my fuel points from buying groceries here which Penny saved is a penny earned.

This King Soopers always goes above and beyond to be helpful! They help me get out of the store as quickly as possible when Im checking out. Everybody Ive talked to is very knowledgeable and helps me find items Im having trouble finding. They ask how Im doing and genuinely care that Im satisfied with all of my food. On the rare occasions I have had some meat that turned a little early, they always let me exchange it (or I could have simply returned it if I wanted to) with no fuss or hoops to jump through. I love this store and am so glad it is the closest and most convenient for me to go to. Even if it wasnt, Id drive the little bit extra to come here and shop. Thank you all for always making shopping with my 2 year old as smooth as possible.

I know we are in hard times right now. I am a person with compromised conditions. So on sunday i ordered at 2 am for pick up. Not able to get until Thursday. Thursday 2 hours before pick up they text me. They cant substitute bread, hamburger or pork chops. With. 4 days and dont have these items. I cant belive that. I will not do an order again.

My hometown store! I absolutely love these guys. I have gotten to know the staff here since we moved to Loveland and they are the best. Fun, friendly, and real hard working Americans. The produce is always fresh, thoughtfully displayed and stocked. Deli and meat counter employees are helpful and attentive. Checkers are fast, amiable and a hoot to chat with. This place makes Safeway look like shopping at some government food distribution center in 1980s communist Russia.

I love King Soopers for their prices, their friendly people, and their prices. I say that twice because I cant believe some of the sales Ive seen there.Bakery always produces great stuff. Their donuts, coffee cakes, pies, cakes in general, cookies, and muffins are all excellent.Meat department is great, too. Weve had some great deals there, and its always excellent.All their produce is quality and fresh. Only here and Sprouts are comparable in Loveland that Ive seen.And Private Selection ice cream is amazing.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are not friendlylike they claim and it takes ages to get anything filled or picked up. They told me they would have my prescription ready for pick up in 30 minutes. 6 hours later, it was still not ready. I spent 30 minutes on hold on the phone to talk to a pharmacist also. Poor customer service.

Filled my cart to find a line to check out that was the longest i have ever seen. All the way around to the back. I left my groceries. Will never go to that store again. If you can not service the customers in your store stop letting more in or warn people it will take an hour to check out

I moved from one end of Loveland to the other and I miss the King Soopers on Eagle Dr. I’ve used Clicklist for over a year and the service between the two stores is very different. They would follow the instructions I wrote in and find the freshest produce. This Kings does none of this. Got some packaged broccoli last week that was obviously bad. This week I requested chicken breasts in packs of 3 and got packs of two. May seem minor, but when it happens so often, it just seems like carelessness.

This store is really big but they always have what I need at a great price. Friendly courteous staff. Just love it!

The pharmacy at the Orchards location SUCKS. The drive thru moves at a snails pace, and it often takes a long time for anyone to come to the window. The last few times I have called my prescriptions in, I was told upon pickup that they had no record of the order. What the heck, King Soopers? Nobody has time for this nonsense. Back to Walgreens for me!

This is our favorite place to get groceries. The staff remembers their costumers, they are best grocery staff around! Bonus is they know where things are in the store that they work in. The produce is always good, the deli meats are always fresh and yummy and the meat department has great cuts and meats + awesome sales.

I shop here for my daughter..its close to her house. Cashiers tell me when I miss a meat item on sale because they know she is low income. Love the produce here!!!

I have been shopping here for 15 years always good but some of your customers are jerks I was there on Monday 2/11/19 and some jerk was so rude to one of your self check out attendants that I couldnt believe such a sweet girl the guy was a jerk. Been shopping here for a very long time. Before the renovations and all. This place has been, and will continue to be my favorite grocery store in town. Unfortunate that they had to start closing at midnight because people were stealing../: but still an excellent location just the same. They also recently started doing like a carry-out shopping program where they bring your groceries to your car if you preorder them. It seems very efficient and that people dont have to wait long after they pull up for an employee to bring the groceries out to them :)

I don’t go to the grocery store expecting to yelled at, talked down or otherwise chastised by the cashier. It’s July 4th and I was in this King Soopers about 8 am and the checker lady servicing line 13 was my only choice and I knew better. Every time I am unfortunate enough to get in her line she is all over me. “You have so much on the bottom of your cart, you’ve over loaded it” “ma’am if you ask me a question don’t take it back I will get someone” ( wanted a price check but it was busy and only asked politely to just set the item aside), or looks at me and says “oh geez...I just can’t wait for my break” among several other incidences! I know I know, just don’t go to her and believe me I never will again. Maybe the job is too much for her, but everyone else shouldn’t have to suffer because of it!

Jennifer in the bakery at the 29th and 287 store is an amazing cake decorator! I gave her an idea for a friends birthday cake and she ran with it!! It was a HIT!

Constantly out of items we have always gotten there. Even tried shopping at different times. Tried to order them and King Soopers said NO... Had me on the phone for 15 min and kept saying 1 second, and then on hold over and over again. Fianlly after all that they gave an answer. Really....

Was in this store only because I was on the north side of town. Asked for help from the pharmacist and 3 other employees, to my amazement they didnt know where the items were I was looking for and were very rude. At check out the cashier was kind but quickly checked me out and sent me on my way.I went to the King Soopers @the Thompson Valley Center and asked the pharmacist for the same product. The pharmacist actually left the pharmacy to help me find my item. After he asked if there was anything else.I continued shopping and found 3 more people to ask for assistance and e eryone of them stopped what they were doing and walked me to the item. Asked if they could help me with anything else and went back to what they were doing.At check out the cashier made sure I had found e erything I was looking for and, reminded me I needed postage stamps.My choice.....Thompson Valley King Soopers!!!10 stars for helpfulness, 10 stars for caring, 10 stars for making me feel like I make a difference.King Soopers in the orchards shopping center, you have lost a customer, for life.

From the Orchard king soooer in Loveland. The slacker forgot my paid for tri tip unflavored meat. On the sacking stand. I went back 20 min later. And got a replacement that wasn’t even close. the meat guy said he would take care of it. Showed my recipe. Got home and had a flavored steakhouse beef tri tip cab steakhouse cut. It’s 60% fat so my 3lb roast is now a 1.5lb roast and not what I originally bought. Very disappointed. Usually they do take care of me. Totally disappointed 😔!

I rate this store a 1 because I had spoke to the store management Liz and she told me that someone had already had requested the Michael Jackson cardboard cutout three weeks ago. I’ve also requested the Michael Jackson cardboard cutout three weeks ago too and I had already spoke to the person (Luke) that works with Pepsi and I had requested the Michael Jackson cardboard cutout display. He told me that I can HAVE IT!!! and that it’s nobody else’s whenever the display comes down. I went up to King Soopers yesterday to see if it was there and I had seen it was gone. I had spoke to the grocery department I can’t remember if his name was Justin or John. He told me that it’s for an employees party and that it’s up to them to run all displays and he also told me that Luke is just the sales rep. Also he told me that this product was in here 6 weeks ago. I never knew it was in here I come here all the time and I had just seen this product 3 weeks ago. I would of had requested it then but like I said I just seen it at this store. I didn’t know all this until I called and asked about it today. Also Luke told me it’s not up to the store that can keep the product it’s up to Pepsi and he told me THAT I CAN HAVE IT AND HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR!!! I’M SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY BECAUSE I GO TO THIS STORE A LOT!!! Love this place! Fast, friendly and helpful service. This place is so popular on holidays that you should save yourself the line and go a day or two before the actual holiday.

Pretty hit and miss here. The majority of the employees here seem very angry and not very approachable. There are some that are very nice but you dont always get to work with those people. Meat department is awesome! Deli department? Not so much! There can be 5 employees working and 2 customers at the counter and I almost always hear, be with you in a minute. Sometimes I will have to leave without what I came for cause I ran out of time to wait.Very disapointing!

I waited at the service desk for 20 minutes AFTER being sent to the end of the line to cash a check only to be turned away because they supposedly didnt have enough money. I dont know whats up with the service desk there but its too long of a wait to be sent to the back then denied.

In spite of being in a very busy store, the cashiers at King Soopers are second to none in efficiency. Its a great pleasure to shop in their store!

I had the best customer service experience there! All the cashiers and baggers were really friendly and helpful. One of the supervisors went out of his way to make sure i got my coupon. Its not often you get good customer service these days and i was blown away, thank you!

Extremely large section of produce, electric carts for the elderly, extremely helpful people at the self checkout, stories extremely well-lit. I never have a problem going to any King Soopers.

Normally I have a great experience at my King Soopers but tonight my checkout experience was very frustrating!! They only had 2 checkers at the front with unbelievable lines. I made the descion to go to self checkouts even though I had a rather large shopping basket. The automated system about drove me crazy for sure. The associates running the self checkouts did an amazing job helping me. I wish I would have gotten their names.
