Where to even begin....to start with Amy and Steve are nice people and all they run a great shop BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT EMPLOYEES (previous employee no longer working for them being I had Covid and have no choice to miss or not and had a family member pass away so I was let go for these reasons)......Amy and Steve state they care for there employees (certain employees they care for) but that’s a really big lie.... as being a previous employee of theirs I think people need to know the truth about what kinda people they are working for and buying products from. They may look like great people on the outside but they aren’t.

Very Professional and great to work with. I had an issue with a New Bike that I bought at a Dealer in Denver who tried to fix it under warranty, unfortunately it kept having issues. I brought it to Elite and they were able to take care of it, with a fast turnaround.

I cannot tell you how incredible LG, Clay, and Tom have been to me on multiple occasions. I was not aware but THANKFULLY a few years back Elite was acquired from the prior owners and WOW, a totally different feel. This team they have could not have made me feel more welcome, or been more helpful if I was family to them. I purchased a used SX for my son from a private seller, and they treated me like I purchased it from them. I asked them to go through the bike to see if it needed anything, and LG and Clay were completely honest with me. They literally said its in great condition and only did the few items I asked of them. Pretty tough to top that experience BUT they did. Two weeks later a bolt sheared off the kick starter and needed to be drilled out. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon with a packed house, they seriously told me if I wanted to wait they would do it right then and there so my son could continue riding this weekend!!!! Seriously I was floored, AND then refused to take money for the repair! This is old school treat people like you would like to be treated! Customer for life!

Friendly folks! Bought a KTM from them, they worked with me somewhat on the price. In the end support your local dealer. The 890 was so buttery smooth and powerful, I havent had such a lovely machine since my 80s Honda.

Owner Steve was very helpful and continued to offer wise guidance, “sounding-board” counsel and suggestions even after it turned out that the motorcycle I was interested in turned out to be the wrong size for me.I visited this shop because a competitive shop recommended them! (I now add my own recommendation to theirs.)

Wow what an experience!! I was trying to find a larger bike for my son and there was a mix up as to what I was looking at online and I was very disappointed at first. This was a suprise birthday present after his older bike decided it was time for rebirth of the motor. The team and especially Jordan who helped me throughout the process, went out of there way to make it right and I ended up with a sweet deal and the upgrade he needed . Visited the dealership to look at a bike or 2. Rode quite a distance, as their reviews were good. Wasnt planning on buying on my first visit. Bradley the Finance manager and Kolbie in the parts department were very accommodating. They both answered all of my questions, as well as made me feel comfortable. No pressure. Test rode 2 bikes that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Jordan in sales was also very nice to speak with and simply talked about common interests. Again, no pressure. I was able to test ride both bikes and returned excited about the proposition of owning either of the 2. Bradley explained the difference, of which there were only a few, and this made my choice easy, as the Husqvarna had an additional years of warranty. He got me a great price on my trade in and also provided me with a great interest rate on the remaining balance. The service support was also seamless. Levi made a few adjustments at no charge and made me feel confident that I would be comfortable on a 130 mile return home. After only a few hours upon my arriving at Elite, I started up my first new vehicle. Auto or bike. I was also given directions to a better way back home, without having to take the interstate, to allow me to get to know a completely new type of bike. Having worked for many years in the powersports industry, this experience was exactly what all dealerships should provide. The owners of Elite have put the Aces in their Places. Good job.

Good group of guys and Elite will continue to be my go to shop for my GasGas and KTM bikes.Nice shop and good in person customer service. Purchased 21 GasGas couple of months ago. Only complaint is online and over the phone response. Requested fan kit part availability information through website, no response (went elsewhere). Having ongoing engine idle issues, left two messages for service manager, neither one returned.

I highly recommend Elite! I live on the west slope of CO and when I couldnt find the bike I wanted Elite has delivered twice now. Once in 2013 and again on my new 21 KTM. They are my goto, and well worth the trip over the hill and driving by the large box store dealers in Denver. The difference is you can tell that the folks at Elite live & breath the bikes they sell. Elite is my favorite motorcycle shop! I just bought a TE 300i and the service was exceptional. Parts went out of the way to get my steering damper mount ordered for my bike. Sales was no pressure and made me a great deal.I just saw the bad review below for employees not wearing masks.The guy complained about no masks should stay home if he is that paranoid. giving them a bad review for that is ridiculous. We have lots of options about çovid and basing a business review on your political opinionis not OK.

Pretty disappointed that there is a sign on the door saying masks are required and not single sales associate had a mask on. I even pointed out the hypocrisy to the young sales kid and his reply Yeah, well, we do things differently around here. No way am I buying a motorcycle from people who dont believe in science. Its unfortunate because I purchased a 690 Enduro R from this dealership (and currently ride a 2019 KTM 1290 SuperDuke R) when it was under the previous owners, wont be going back.

I had a paddle tire that would not seat and all the other shops around wanted to charge me $60 to seat the tire I went into Elite Motorsports and the service guy asked to see it and took it back brought it out five minutes later seated and didn’t charge me that was very awesome and in a very financially troubling time as I didn’t have much money to pay. I would do business with these guys anytime I almost wish I would’ve bought my bike from Elite motorsports. But better be sure that when I am ready to get another bike or parts and gear they r the place that will come to my mind. Thanks Elite Motorsports you really are a great shop.

This was my first visit to Elite. The new owner Steve was a really nice guy who was happy to answer all my questions, roll out bikes for me to sit on, and was overall very pleasant to work with and talk bikes and riding. The place is clean, laid out very well, and has a TON of beautiful models. Ill definitely be stopping there when Im in the market for my next bike!

They lied to me about price and ordering a part for me and had me come back twice to tell me that no one even ordered it you have lost my business i dont remember who i talked to over the phone but they said that an armadillo pipe guard was going to be 50 bucks and that they would have a black one for me by Tuesday or they would call me no call no guard

Expensive and service takes about a month during the summer. But, they do ok work if you dont have time to do it yourself. You can tell who the bike experts are here and who arent.

Steve and his wife acquired it from Roger and they seem like really good people.

I had a problem with a new/used bike that I purchased there. They could have easily said that its not their problem and made me pay to fix it. But they did the right thing and repaired it free of charge.

I can’t say enough about the folks at Elite Motorsports. It is a locally owned shop and Steve and Amy are the heart and soul of the business. I came in to look at a KTM dirt bike as an upgrade from my Honda cRF 250 and inquire about a street bike. I had never even been on a road bike, but Steve walked through all of the ins and outs and set me out to try some motos. I really enjoyed the Duke 690 and Duke 790. I elected to go with the single cylinder machine as a beginner, and Steve arranged a really good trade in for my Honda.On my ride back to Boulder, I had some buyers remorse about choosing the less powerful bike. When I spoke to Steve the next day, he couldn’t have been cooler and bent over backward to make arrangements to get me the bike I wanted. I know he had to cut into his profit margin significantly to accommodate my mistake, but he made a customer for life.

Rip off! 60.00 to install a battery! 50 to clean up their mess. Oooh hell no. Did the work without approval. So much more.

I went in a while back to have a cam shaft bearing replaced. They called me back sooner than expected to tell me my bike was done. My bill was higher than they originally quoted but that can be expected. However on my first ride after getting it the water pump gasket they replaced started leaking coolant and oil started leaking out of the head gasket. Im taking it back this weekend and hopefully they will make it right or else I will not be taking my bikes there again. **Update- After taking it back they fixed all the problems and recognized that it was their fault. They charged me nothing and gained a long term customer. This business has integrity and stands behind their work.

My experience with Elite Motorsports was beyond great. A friend of mine and I ordered new KTM 690 Dukes which are hard to find. They got both, prepped them immaculately and had our parts and paperwork ready to go when we showed up from Kansas to get them. They were friendly & knowledgeable.
