Maddie was awesome to work with. From day one she was nothing but friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. I was dealing with a billing issue, and she saw too it that it was handled efficiently and promptly. I also lease a unit in Dallas TX, and their customer service has been nothing short of 5 stars or beyond. I would recommend extra storage to anyone.

Outstanding customer service. I spoke with Maddy on phone and was able to make a selection and secure the unit over the phone. I went by the location to see the unit and sign for the unit. Maddy had everything ready when I walked in the door and knew who I was. She gave me a tour. The entire location was very clean and secure. I highly recommend this location!

I used this company 2 years ago when i moved and they were so friendly that we decided to try them again. Still not disappointed with their customer service I will continue to keep going back to them. It’s also very decently priced and units have a lot of space. My favorite thing about this company is they give you a lot of different choices in units from outside to climate controlled. Highly recommend them.

Loveland North Extra Space Storage is so amazing! I looked at several places to store my household goods between moves and no place even remotely compared for professionalism, safety, cleanliness, and value. It cost only slightly more than some really gritty places with climate-controlled storage that supplied the bare minimum level of climate control. This was like keeping my things at home, in terms of safety, temperature and cleanliness (it was spotless). It is gated, and I felt safe being there alone after dark. Maddie is such a super star of a manager-flexible, kind, patient, professional, and helpful!! She is a genuinely great person, working for a super company! I highly recommend this Loveland Extra Space Storage location at 120 W 43rd Street.

Truly a fabulous organization. I was on my way to get the last two things from my unit on my last day and my truck broke down and I couldnt get there. They gave us the time to get it done the next day. Sometimes things are out of our control and they went above and beyond to help us out.

So sad, used to be a great company but now they’re just very very greedy. I’ve only had my unit 1 year and you guys raised my rent 3 times just because I moved out of state. I’m not paying 110 for a 5x10. I used to pay 65.00. Now I pay 110. I highly recommend going else where if you are against False Advertising. They say it’s only 65 or 100 a month but trust me after a year you will be paying double. Extra Space Storage engages in a deceptive bait-and-switch marketing scheme by offering competitive rental rates for its storage units and representing that the rates only increase to meet “rising costs” without adequately disclosing that the rental rates increase shortly after consumers sign leases.

As easy to operate as any other storage place. Storage kept at optimal temperature. The office worker immediately confronted me when I didnt use the code to get in, just followed a car. So, they care about security.

In our recent relocation to Loveland, CO, some of the many logistics of moving our entire house full of stuff has been a challenge, and Extra Space Storage really came through for us! They have a clean, well-run facility, and the customer service is top-notch. Maddie, the Store Manager, is simply terrific. She helped us secure a large space for most of our things, and a smaller, climate-controlled space for our art work and other supplies. Maddie definitely knows whats shes doing and has made the whole experience easy, efficient, and worry-free, not to mention that shes a kind and friendly person. Super easy and mostly mobile friendly. You have to hold your phone on its side to sign, so I had to scroll to read the agreement, no big deal.Maddie is incredibly kind and helpful, not to mention pleasantly proactive. She reached out as soon as I set things up to answer any questions. Perfect no contact sign up. So far I love it!

I was looking for a large storage unit, I called Extra Space Storage. It only took a few minutes to set it all up. I was ready to move my stuff in the unit in no time. The unit was clean. I am very satisfied with the service.

Super friendly staff in the office, low prices and great deals. They have excellent storage, sizes from a 5×5 up to a 10×30. They have a clean and gated establishment, and 24 hour access with a personal gate code. You really cant ask for anything better than than what they offer, at the price they offer it!! I love the feeling of safety and the knowledge that my personal items and precious memories are safe here and I will 100% be recommending this business to everyone I know.

My stuff needed to be unloaded that day so unfortunately I had to go to another facility. I never got to use the unit and they refused to refund my money. I loved it when it was Loveland Self Storage, friendly and I felt like the owners and staff cared. When they sold it, it became a typical company, including staff that does not tell the truth.Just disappointed and moved out after one month with new ownership. Progess, right? Boo.

Being a college student in Northern Colorado, I have had to put my belongings into storage units almost every year (due to lapse in lease dates). Last year I used this location and it exceeded my expectations. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and were always very helpful. I used a 5x5 unit and the quality of the facility was great. They have regular floor cleaners and available carts which were really nice since my unit was on the second floor. You have a specific code for each person to get into the facility and the building, I enjoyed the extra security!! I will be definitely by using them again this year, highly recommend!!

Easiest process imaginable. I was able to choose my unit, pay online, and sign the contract without ever setting foot in the office or speaking to an employee (which is ideal for me as I am both introverted and only have time to do these items late at night)

During a remodel, my husband and I have been renting 5 storage units at Extra Space over the past 6 months (one outdoor unit and 4 indoor). We have found the facility to be clean and technically advanced. The code-controlled front gate always works great, and the front office is staffed by helpful, well-trained personnel. (Maddie has been particularly helpful.) I never thought Id say that its a pleasure to come visit my stored stuff, but it actually is. Extra Space shows signs of having been engineered with thoughts of the customer in mind. Good job!

I’ve had my stuff here for over a year now and everything is fine except for their outrageous price increases. Originally I was renting a 10x10 for 130 a month. Now it’s up to 166 dollars a month. This is in less than two years time. I was never notified about any price increases. I just saw them on my bank statement. They have my email and they phone number. Whatever rate they “quote”, don’t expect that to be your price. First month free is great... except- they will more than make up for that with rate increases. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that has transparent pricing.

Removing my five star review they force you to do when you initially get on. This is a negative -100 review. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY LIE TO YOU AND YOUR PRiCE JUMPS NEARLY DOUBLE IN THREE MONTHS. All of the five star reviews are bogus because they FORCE YOU to do that when you sign the paperwork. You can’t finish the paperwork until you click the review link in your email and complete it.I was lied to about which unit I could have. I never would have gone with this storage had I known it was on the second floor. I had no choice because by the time I was looking at the unit I already signed the paperwork and I had a truckload of stuff. Also, I was lied to about the price. I was told $56 then as I sign the paperwork I learn it is actually $67. Then, without warning, it jumped to $89. That’s over a $30 increase within months! How asinine is that?? There was no warning and no preparation. This company lies to get people in the door. I am moving my items within a few weeks because I will not give you any more of my money.Also, it’s impossible to get and put items away. The carts and never there. How the hell is someone supposed to move heavy or big items to the second floor in the back without a cart to move it?? The elevator doesn’t work either. You wait and wait and it takes five minutes to come to you. I couldn’t find stairs. Ultimately this is the worst storage place I have ever used.But hey at least you inspired me to get rid of my stuff so I no longer have a need to a with corrupt, lying, manipulative companies like yours!!

Just rented a unit from Maddie West and let me tell you what, great customer service and out standing property. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit from this location, they have all sorts of unit sizes and the units are tall so you can cram more of your unwanted junk in your unit. They do have climate controlled units but i did not rent one of those units so i cannot speak on that aspect. Maddie was fantastic and did an outstanding job.
