Stor all is a reasonably priced storage facility. The employees are friendly and helpful. The one zonk I have is the gate access hours appear to have changed from 24 hours to 9pm. This has put a slight strain on latest move to things out asap.

Mike and Cheri are so nice! Mike took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I have ever seen a storage facility office look so nice and one that offers such high tech, security and detection features! I feel very comfortable there and it will be the storage facility I’ll use from now on!

I have to say, this is the best place I could of ever walked in to. They were so kind and really helpful. They told me direct prices, so there was no guessing on tax or anything. They took the time to show me how and what I needed to do, and were just all around the kindest people ever. I would use this place again and again.

I VOLUNTARILY paid for 3 months. I was not getting any sort of special rate for paying ahead or anything like that, but rather I simply paid for 3 months because I was in the process of selling a house and buying a new one and moving, and I didn’t want to have to remember to pay during this hectic time. I was out in 2 months, and they refused to refund my 3rd month. Even though, again, I had NO obligation to pay for that 3rd month. Do NOT voluntarily pay this company ahead, as they will take it for themselves with zero remorse.

I love this place! Mike is awesome and so friendly. He made the process of signing up and getting moved in the storage unit a treat. Definitely your stuff is safe here, they have continuous monitoring for security and safety.

People that work there are Super friendly and always helpful. My one complaint would be that its not a month of storage for your payment its 30 days. I guess getting that extra weeks pays for the year does add up when you take into consideration the total number. I just kind of find it a little petty. Everything else you rent from month to month gives you the entire month and after a few months your bill that was due on the 1st is all the sudden due on the 27th & they get you for late fees.

The men behind it all here are wonderful to work with! There honest with you and genuinely try to help, Mike and Patrick keep it up :)

I had to move some stuff with some urgency and Mike was more than accommodating for me. A very personable, good man. If you need to store anything, this is the place to go.

I rented a unit for several months from Stor All in Landen and the last month I called and told them I was moving out. The man told me I can just leave the lock off and theyl know I moved out. On my last day that I was paid through, I couldnt get through the gates. I looked up my account and I was paid through that date, but they locked me out unless I paid for another month. I also rented a truck that I lost money on. Ill never rent from Stor All, again.

Service was tremendous. I also wasnt hassled even with the knowledge that my rental needs would be extremely short term. It was painless to close out my account when our needs were complete in between houses during our transition.

The guy talked way too much when I was signing up for service, to the point that I couldnt wait to get out of the office. Other than that, it was okay. Also, later on I found out that my email address had been put in incorrectly, which led to not getting notifications. Then, when I wanted to downsize due to not needing the size I had rented, I was told that I would have to pay admin fees again. When I signed up, the guy told me that once I was in the system, that would be it for admin fees, but that was not true. If I wanted a different unit, it would be like I was a new customer, and I would have to pay them again, so I cancelled and took my stuff.

Only needed a unit for a week. $27 for a huge 10x40 space since they were running a 1st month free special. Could not have asked for more.

Easy to find, right off of the 3C highway. Some say 22 and 3.

The rates are very affordable, the units are safe and secure and access is simple and easy.
