I leased a 2022 civic and Tina was fantastic! She was quick to follow up with me and answer my questions. She was not pushy like some car salesmen and made me feel at ease working with her. I didn’t wait long when I came to finalize the lease, and the finance manager was also very nice. Thank you very much!
If you simply need to wash car from outside and eliminate most of the check options, please remove the $237 service plan. I now understand why Honda is more popular. Employees should be humble and ready to serve. Covid-19 excuses for every service 😁
DON’T SELL YOUR CAR HERE. I wanted to sell these guys my car. So I filled out Kelly Blue Book’s online instant cash offer, including all defects that my car had (detailed), as well as improvements made, and I got a fair price on the site of $15,500. I take it in, and one salesman tells me it looks great and that used cars are in really HIGH DEMAND, they’ll buy it no problem. Then another older guy comes out and looks at it for a few minutes. Comes back inside and says “Sorry, but I can’t give you any more than $11,000 for it for the repairs”… So let me get this straight - the industry standard (KBB) is just flat out wrong by about $5k? And you’re telling me you OWN a SHOP with professional mechanics and you can’t make the minor cosmetic repairs for less than $5k?I don’t think so… I got an offer from another dealer prior for $14.2k that doesn’t do the KBB instant offer and figured I’d see what the real Nissan Dealer would give. What’s funny is the younger guy said he loved that it had clean Carfax and an upgraded head unit with digital touchscreen. What a money hungry organization
We have a Nissan Leaf lease thats about to expire, got a call this morning with the rep stating Im required for a 4 hour inspection billed at 400 an hour.I was like IF THAT WAS IN THE CONTRACT, We wouldve definitely seen it and no way we wouldve signed the lease.Turned out, on the Nissan USA site, not only was it not required, there is a complimentary 30 min inspection as well. This place gets a 100/5 for being shady.Nice try...
Stay away from this place. I went there to convert my lease to purchase, I was paying with a check and the manager told me he needs to run a credit check and it is not a hard credit pull. Then they did a hard credit pull, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. When I brought this to their attention and accused the manager (Mac) of misleading me, he threatened not to do the deal. This is just preposterous, theyre arrogant and ignorant about financial terms and the guy claims to be a finance manager. If you can, please stay away from this business, they dont care about you as a customer.
Usually I am bombarded with a huge list of things wrong with my car and recommended services worth hundreds of dollars but not here. They do their job and are honest about the needs of your vehicle. I came for a routine oil change and got just that.
My bf and I walked into this dealership and were denied the right to test drive a car we were interested in because we werent ready to buy the vehicle on the day of the test drive. For this car in particular we were interested in getting a general feel for how driving felt and what options would be available to us within a specific price range. Instead of being asked about what specific timelines we would be looking to purchase, we were basically told that it was a waste of time for us to test drive a vehicle unless we were ready to close a deal right after. The thing is we were planning to come back within a week or so after narrowing down a few other options to finalize the deal. The sales rep that dismissed us just missed out on two potential customers.
Noah helped to check in and listened my concerns about tire and wipers. He checked past history of car maintenance in the system to see any action shall be done as well. He also explained price clearly in the front so there is no hidden charge. And when I picked up at the time he suggested, he also walked through the technician check list and suggest to watch out tire thread and may need to change around a year. He is very helpful and I can feel positive vibe from him. He is the best customer service at Nissan Stevens Creek I have ever met (I have been using Stevens Creek Nissan since 2013)
I had a very positive experience, everyone was so genuine, kind and attentive. From test drive to the person showing me all of the tips and tricks, this was a great experience.
Service was fast, efficient, professional and personable. Excellent young man at the service desk. Car was ready an hour before anticipated. Huge bonus for that!!
Thank you Steven Creek and Alberto for all your wonderful service making my Nissan purchase a very smooth transaction.
Great communication and follow-up to provide updates on the status of warranty repair, Car was repaired on time as communicated. Service advisors were extremely helpful and provided timely status on repair status.
Job was performed good but wait for 4hours for 3rd cars service with advance appointment (was a long time for a basic service )
I just bought a used car from Alberto and Ash. They are a friendly, professional and knowledgeable team. Easy and fair process.
I had an appointment for and arrived at 9am. The work should have been completed by noon (two new tires and a diagnostic for intermittent Ev system warning). I was not given an estimate at drop off as to when the work would be done. Furthermore I was not called until 4pm (I had called them at 3 and was told they’d call ‘right back’), when they told me they were in the middle of the diagnostic and would need to keep the car overnight. I was frustrated by the fact that I had an appointment and the work obviously didn’t commence until hours later. Also I feel like I was overcharged ($450 for two tires and $250 for the diagnostic). For these reasons I’m planning to look elsewhere next time I need to service my car.
The sunnyvale NISSAN dealer is out of business so I have to come here to service my 3000 mile Rogue under warranty. and I quickly found out why the brand is falling...I came to this dealer couple time to get the front pillar fixed, but they couldnt get it right. The front pillar just keep coming off. What a shame. NISSAN.Would not recommend.
I recently had a routine maintenance check on my vehicle. And as usual, Charles and the team are amazing!
Nissan dealership serviced my car for free under warranty. Sal Solimani at Service department helped me figure out what parts of my warranty are still available. Sal was very helpful and professional. He called and texted me several times to update me on the status of my car. Thank you Sal.
That relialoxen the test is fine that they charge if I do not take the repair service there, but if I take it, do not charge it
Bought a used car from them. The GM was very straightforward and involved through the process. Made it easy for me and answered all the questions I had. My salesman A. was responsive through text during and after the process. Made sure my appointment with service was set as promised. Was busy when I bought the car but got the process done.Service took great care of me after buying the car. They followed through with their promises.
I had the most wonderful, easy and seamless experience at Nissan Stevens creek!! And all thanks to Danny. He was extremely kind, thorough and accommodating and really went the extra mile to show me the best customer service experience.
I drove 1.5 after confirming appointment with 2 people, up on arrive they don’t even have the car that I was looking for, I was told to come back next day… Do not trust these scammers, they will waste your time at this place…
I brought my car in because it was having problems with the transmission. I was feeling really stressed and nervous about the situation but as soon as I talked to Sal Sulimani he was able to help me and make me feel at ease. He was super nice and assured me my car would be diagnosed and he would get back to me. Not only was he able to get my car a new transmission under warranty but he called me multiple times during the process to inform me about what was going on. I was super satisfied with the service and Sal was amazing!
Alex Troung was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He kept me updated and my car was ready to pick up sooner than the expected due time.
I came in for at 8AM for a 30,000 mile service and the tech said it would take about two hours. I went up the street to get some breakfast when i got a call saying the rear brakes needed replacement. When I asked how long that would take he estimated an additional 1 1/2 hours. Since it was a nice day I walked to a park a few blocks away to wait. I was pleasentaly surprised when I recevied a call that my car was ready at 10 AM, the original time estimate for the service only. I was back on the road enjoying my day much faster than expected. Great fast service!
The Nissan representative, Sal, was very helpful. He described the work needed clearly and advise us. The job was done in the expected time. They even wash my car at the end, happy.
This may be the worst sales/customer experience i have ever gotten. I was pre approved for a car before i even walked in the door, Discussed financing with someone before about how much down etc.... and then was told when I got there that the car that we were runnning your credit for which was 10k more than the car you requested to come and get. I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me without even having any regard for what would be best for both parties. After I said that I dont want to use my downpayment for the car that was 10k more than what was discussed.. I was told to wait as they will go and check on the ACTUAL car I wanted. I waited by myself for another 1 hour and 30 minutes with nobody there for a representative to tell me to go home as I am wasting my time sitting here. Worst experience I have had... even with someone who is already pre approved.... has the deposit and the credit to get approval for a car 10k more than what was even discussed. Dont come here unless you want your time wasted, people to disregard you and then to be told to leave after wasting your time.
Best experience Ive had at a Nissan dealership! Thank you for taking care of my GTR
Mr. Sal was very friendly and took care of the entire service with a professional approach ...
15000 miles serviced. Be back next week to replace new AC blower because the old one is not good. I am hearing a loud noise when the AC fan is on. The parts were ordered and I am waiting a call from Nissan. The service is good
My HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Stevens Creek Nissan:Purchased a used Nissan Leaf in Oct 20201. Though I had excellent credit score, they made 4 Hard Enquiries which is effecting my credit score now.2. My GAP insurance($895) contract is cancelled in Feb 2021 but havent received the refund yet, in-spite of multiple phone calls and email follow ups. So I raised a compliant in BBB but still no response.3. The Finance guy(Eric Lam) will trick you and try to sell you unnecessary premium contracts like GAP insurance, Extended service warranty, etc which are totally use less if you are buying a car with pretty decent miles on it. Please dont fall into his tricks just reject all of them.I hope this dealership goes out of business soon.
I bought a Quest minivan from them many years ago. The salesperson then was new, and she was very patient. They didnt have the trim we needed but they were able to get it from another dealer. We got more or less the price we negotiated for. A few months ago, I went to look at the newest models that would have Propilot. Again, it was a new salesperson, who was very willing to help although he was not very knowledgeable about Propilot. Today I took my Quest for service, and Ron the advisor was very gentle, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and did not push for repairs. If I were to buy another Nissan, I would go there again.
Great experience with Stevens Creek Nissan. Dropped my 2017 Nissan Versa off because it was feeling sluggish. I was quoted around $200 for engine diagnostic. Found out we needed a transmission rebuild. We purchased the car used and were unaware that CVT transmissions needed a little more love and the Nissan dealership that we took it to after we purchased the car said nothing about the CVT transmission or that it was in need of servicing. Luckily my adviser Alex assisted us with Nissan corporate to get the transmission covered under the existing warranty. The advisor informed us day 1 of the issue and mentioned he just had a few rental come in if we wanted to come by and grab one. Luckily because the transmission was under warranty the rental was included. Alex was the first service adviser in my almost 30 years of getting a car serviced that didnt make me feel like i was bugging him. He always gave me rough idea of when we should have answers on issues and although i never got a call back about that time, there was never any issue or attitude from him or the operators when i would leave messages and I always got a prompt return phone call usually within 10min of leaving a message. Would definitely return to Stevens Creek Nissan for future service needs.
The adviser is very nice and gets me the right proposal as the maintenance knowledge.
I went here for a check up on my Nissan Altima and they quoted me for $3300 to replace front struts and control arms.I have already found two quality mechanic shops that will do it for less than half. One of them said that they could not believe the quote I received from Nissan. Do NOT take your car here for service unless you want to be price gouged. I personally will never come back after my experience.Update: ended up costing $1300. Do NOT come here!
I didnt have a ton of expectations given the market segment the little car sits in. But service was fast friendly and efficient. Raul who take care of me was outstanding in terms of communication and service.
For my Nissan the kbb.com Kelley Blue Book® Instant Cash Offer was $9,060. I also checked with Shift and they offered $9,900. Easy decision. I then got several messages from Farahood from Stevens Creek Nissan. Being polite, I respond that I will go with Shift to not waste his time. He responds suggesting that he can get me more than Shift. So I drive to the dealership, he checks the car (which he had already seen photos of all around and inside), then he comes back and offer me $8,000. Complete and utter waste of my time. I spend one hour going to/from the dealership for a complete waste of time offer. I will never do business with Stevens Creek Nissan again.
My partner and I leased a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport from this dealership about two weeks ago. The experience - in particular contrast to multiple other dealerships we visited - was exceptional. Brendan, the sales associate who assisted us with our purchase, was incredibly knowledgeable and warm. He welcomed questions and provided honest, straightforward answers. I had the impression more than once that he truly wanted us in the right vehicle and at our budget more than he wanted to simply make a sale. The dealership itself is clean and brightly lit and the process of test-driving cars and getting transparent figures was not a hassle. Id strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, and be sure to request for Brendan.
Service person Sal gave Very good advices.
Found ridiculous reasons to not apply the coupons I came with.Did not properly communicate at check out. I was waiting for my car to be handed over and the service guys won’t give me the keys unless I went in a specifically asked.
Don’t waste your time here. You’ll regret it. Tried to buy a used car from salesman Naveed. Got the runaround, changing stories, obvious lies, while they claimed to be preparing closing documents. Finally gave up after 4 days. Disorganized, incompetent, unfriendly organization that seems to view customers in a very negative light. Avoid!
They charged $1500 for a 60k service. Which is really insane. The quote from dealer at San Jose is about $800.Bay area labor is higher than other places, but it cannot explain charging twice the amonut for the same service, comparing with another dealer a few miles away.To Nissan owners: please take a look at the recent comments, I am not the only one charged with insane amount for service.
Good service. Fast. Car was washed too! Thank you!Extremely happy with my Nissan Leaf. Best car ever!Note: I’m an old guy and have owned many cars !
The service and care was more than expected from car dealerships. This is our Nissan, and experience at Honda, Lexus, and BMW was not as good as Nissan, even though we needed a small thing, we were treated like it was a very costly job.
Engineering was OK. Rep was friendly and I liked him. The only and the largest problem was the bill. Over $3k for lube/belt/plugs change (The labor for changing plugs is $100 per ONE plug!) is ridiculous and double, triple or more than other shops would charge. Even my Mercedes V8 wasnt charged that much.
Very good experience buying a car 2 weeks ago .Branden was very helpful .I would recommend that car dealership .
I am very disappointed with this dealer. I made a appointment to look at a car. Emailed and called the dealer to make sure the car is there for me to see. I received a email from Val the manager telling me he sent me to his sales rep Sam and that he would help me out. When I arrived Sam had no idea of our appointment time and the car was not available to see, it was in the shop for service. I called twice to make sure the car was there and drove down in rush hour traffic to see car. Both Val and Sam should have made sure the car was ready before they made a appointment for me to see the car. I didn’t not get a apology or anything from the dealer.
Im doing a very basic maintenance on my Nissan Rogue, and the cost they ask is freaking $450! When I asked them whats the service they included, they said it only contain the very basic filters + tire rotation. Then I ask them to show me detailed printout, and it includes all premium services. This is the single worst dealership Ive ever experienced, totally and disgustingly liar! DONT COME to THIS DEALORSHIP!
Dealership Was Great, recommend being willing to have most of your day available as financing took kinda forever even though i went in their knowing exactly what i wanted. Naveed was great people to work with.
Thanks for my new car, people in this nissan at stevencteek nissan very friendly specially my sales man naveed its awesome and also Eric for finance ther are very good guy compare to nissan fremont people there is very rude if you want to fine your car look for naveed he take care of you very nice guy awesome thank for Eric and naveed
Blatant lies in trying to upsell on a 30k service. Falsely claimed several items were manufacturer recommended when they were not. When I showed them the owner’s manual they still argued. Then tried to claim that the side view mirror glass (that fell off) wasn’t under warranty because we didn’t have it to show and tried to claim the part was $125 when Nissan website said $50.
A service center that always sells you EXTRA that you don’t need. Pushed me to get a break shoe replacement at ~14K miles saying they are worn out. Took my Car to Sunnyvale before it shutdown and then to San Jose Nissan. Been 18 months and three service and no one mentioned anything about need of break pad replacement. They got some highly skilled scammers !
This place will rip you off. Payed 1,300 for a 30,000 mile maintenance. Charged me premium with no consent (will have to look into if that is even legal). Saw another review saying they payed 800$ and even they were outraged, imagine 500 more. They up prices because the sunnyvale dealership closed which was the best. 1,300 is rent money, not a maintenance for practically a new car. Hope this place gets shut down. FOR 1300, I expect new tires and a new leather interior. Frick this business.
Called service dept to get an estimate for service, and the rep said someone will call me back. Of course never called me back (as Traditional American Work Attitude). Called service dept back again, they transferred to another person, and never answer (kept ringing forever.) I know this is just regular stupid American system, but I dont want to waste my valuable time to stupid USELESS GARBAGE American. That is it. No more inquiry to this AWFUL dealership.
Great service and time from Charles Catbagan our service advisor.
Horrible experience at this dealership. Spent a good time of the morning with a great sales associate. As we were sitting down to pricing, one of the managers walks out angrily and starts yelling at us. I asked whats the cost factor on the lease, which as a customer I am well within my rights to ask. The manager gets visibly shaken and starts raising his voice even more, banging the sheets of paper on the desk.Pathetic service, really no way to talk to a customer. could not have imagined a worst experience at a car dealership. This Nissan dealership sucks. Save yourself a trip from this place
General maintenance was due, and had no problems. Staff is friendly and work was quickly done!
Used to be one of the best dealer in the bay are for Nissan GTR.I bought 4 GTRs there, including a NISMO, the most expensive car ever sold by Nissan. Then, the new management come in, they refuse to take my Nissan leaf back ... Then, they seem to have laid off the best service advisor in Business, Ron. Cant trust the place anymore, as during those hard time, they did not support their good people and got rid of them.
Came in for a test drive, I was thinking about trading in my camry for a nissan, excellent service by thier team they showed me all thier models, explained all the options these cars have, I never felt pressured, even though I was just in for a test drive they treated me like I was a VIP customer, even thier GM ALEX stopped to talked with me about my needs while he was heading over to the service dept. talk about taking care of thier customers I didnt expect that kind of service from a dealership soon as my lease on my camry is over, Im definitely coming back to get the nissan leaf from here by far the best experience iv had at any dealer
Fast friendly professional service cheerful reminders
My experience was good. The staff made me feel comfortable and they went to work to help me get a car that can fit my budget. My overall experience was very good.
Good experience when purchasing a lease there, but recently I had a really bad experience when trying to return the lease.Called the dealer more than one month before the end of lease, and I was told that I could drop the car without making an appointment. However, a few days before I was about to return the lease, I was told by a (probably different) dealer that there was no space for more returned cars. He was not even willing to tell me the earliest availability, and directly pushed me away to other Nissan dealers, which can still allow me drop the car with a wide availability.
HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I took my car here for an emergency tire repair after my usual (great) shop in Sunnyvale closed. I tried calling three times and no one picked up. I then went on their website to make an appointment and they were booked three days out. I finally called the sales department who hand delivered my message to service just so I could get a call back. The service guy said it would be no problem for a quick tire repair and asked me to bring it in now. I arrived 15 minutes later, at 10:15 for drop off. The same service guy quoted an hour to get it done. An hour and 15 minutes later, my car hadnt even been brought to the back yet. I had a hard time getting anyone at the service desk to help me or provide a status update. They told me 5 more minutes, go sit down. Another 15 minutes passed and still nothing. I went back to the front to check and the UNMASKED manager chastised me (at less than 6 ft distance) for not making an appointment, that they dont take walk ins. I explained that I called ahead and was told to come in. He continued to argue with me I should have pre-scheduled my emergency tire repair. I will NEVER go here again. Not to mention they charged me $45 for tires I purchased from Nissan.
Fast, professional service. Tried to offer/sell other services which I think all dealers do.
It felt like the place was short of staff but Alex mad great efforts to communicate and compensate for it. I was very pleased with his assistance. The service department did not update the sticker on my windshield for reminder of next service due, that’s kinda disappointing.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE car buying experiencing! Left me feeling disappointed to have even bought anything from them. Bought a used car in cash from them back at the beginning of November and have had layers upon layers of issues. Still dealing with them :( It used to be a cash customer meant something, but regardless of cash or finance my overall experience was horrible and continues to be so. Sales Mgr was rude and condescending. The car was left there for 3 additional days and was not properly cleaned (hair and crumbs in the seats), double edge blade and some other tool left in the vehicle. Wasnt told the vehicle only had one Key until I picked it up, so requested a key and was basically told I get what I get with a used car. Right before Thanksgiving I received a call from them to bring my car in for SMOG, which should have been done before I left with the car. Cancelled my extended warranty a few days after buying car and still waiting for my money. I called last week and have not received a call back. I just called today and was hung up on.Thats just the tip of the iceberg. Even leaving a one star is nice at this point.
Danny Nguyen was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all of my questions and made the sale process very smooth. I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. Thanks Danny!
The advisor Charles did a great job.He treats customers with great respect and patience. We are very satisfied with Charles service.
Great staff. All we’re friendly and very helpful
All work was cool completed to my satisfaction!!!
Very Bad Customer Service and Charging too much to customers.I wish there is a option for 0 Star. Nissan Stevens creek is good in duping customers. Their Web shows different price then in store. And they dont own the online discounted price or the coupons they offers.Last time during the annual service they forget to put back cabin filter lid cover. And when I asked they said, its extra part. You have provided your generic number to resolve the issue??Thats pathetic.
Danny Nguyen explained everything and made it a seamless experience. No high pressure.
Leased the leaf and Randy was really helpful to complete the process
Roy, our sales person, was an absolute pleasure to work with. My Mom is 81 and we wanted to avoid unnecessary contact with others. He helped us to arrange a private test drive not just once but twice. He fought to get us a good deal even though he didnt have the specific car we wanted. Once we agree on price, he set up a private signing and even pulled a table outside for mom so she would avoid unnecessary contact. Couldnt be happier with our experience.
Overall I had a great experience and my car was fixed up to the maximum awesome job guys specially the service clerk named Charles. He will go above and Beyond for your warranty services go to him ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I purchased my vehicle at Nissan Sunnyvale in January 2017, and for over four years, they performed my Rogue services every six months. Due to its closure, this is the first time I got my vehicle serviced somewhere else. The customer service I got this time from Stevens creek was not even close to the customer service I got from them on their worst day.
Mike was Wonderful and Daniel! Very kind and professional, quick to help and assist with service needed. Also want to mention Jose in the back and another lady went Above and Beyond to help get some residue off my vehicle. Truly Appreciate that they took the time to ensure my vehicle was completely clean and to my expectation. I don’t recall her name but I wish I would’ve taken a before and after picture! They were Awesome!! Very Kind and Hard Working! Thank You to Service!!
After the closure of Nissan Sunnyvale, I elected to bring my LEAF to Stevens Creek Nissan for its first service, and I was pleasantly surprised! Although I had a to wait a bit too long to be seen by staff, once it was my turn, the service was quick, friendly and professional. My car was ready in less than half the time they told me to allocate. They even washed my car!
Prompt return. Made adjustments as requested. Good communication and gave frequent updates. Appreciate the car wash!
Horrible service experience. Their price is significantly higher than other places which provide similar services. Please be kind during pandemic time and not suck blood !
DONT GO THERE! Theyll rip you off, overpriced like crazy. They charged me thrice the amount I usually pay for a regular maintenance. When asked the staff passed a rude comment and I was a bit taken aback at the way they treat their customers. Very RUDE people and NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. I have never had a horrible experience like visiting this service center, not going back again!
Customer service on the phone is very rude, I called about returning a leased car and the person who answered was extremely rudeEdit: I went directly to the branch and they were extremely helpful there - so the review is only based on their phone customer service
Raul was the representative and he was great. Very polite and helpful.
DONT GET SERVICE at this location.I made the mistake of not inquiring about pricing first and assumed that they were a reputable service provider. We bought my daughters Nissan Rogue here and had a pleasant buying experience but the service is completely over priced.I checked the same 30,000 mile service at a number of places including the Capital Expressway Nissan dealership in the same city and Stevens Creek charged us about $500 MORE for the same factory recommended service as was at the other dealership.Needless to say, we will not be repeat customers here. I voiced my complaint and asked if they could do a price adjustment and the service manager refused. Pretty short sighted and bad business in my opinion. I Will not be returning or recommending anyone to this service location.
I took my car for repair and when I was there to pick it up my representative wasn’t there, but there was an other employee who did not even acknowledge me I was there standing for more then five minutes waiting for him to say something like I’ll be right with u or something but no he was doing his business like if I wasn’t even there. I had to bring back the car because it wasn’t fix properly and again when I when to pick it up same think my representative wasn’t there and there was this other employee who was doing his business did not acknowledge me but then right after me and other customer come in and he right away acknowledge and proceed to help him even though the customer told him I was there first also and other customer came behind the first customer behind me and also told him right away that he’ll be right with him, look at me and did not even ask me if I need it help till I when off on him and told him I was there for help too. Very disappointed with the customer service there if it was my choice I will never came back.
My experience with their service was bad. The service department was very slow to respond while the car was under servicing. The information given by their so-called service professionals is confusing and does not corroborate what the mechanic is finally reporting in the service report. This may be a good place for sales but definitely not for service. Look at yelp reviews to get more details about their poor service.
Danny Nguyen was very helpful and courteous.
I tried no less than 3 times to tell this dealership, I was interested in one of their vehicles (from 2 different car sales sites, including their own website) and still have not heard back from any my inquiries (and its been over a week). I guess they are selling so many cars (and making so much $), they cant answer my inquiries? Made my choice where to purchase my next vehicle, very easy.
Very nice and knowledgeable people. Great service all-around
I think Charles or Charlie is the man that helped me-great customer service and honest. He would be the reason any customer would recommend Stevens Creek Nissan and return for future purchases. He made my time pleasant and kept communication clear and open. He even threw in a free car wash after my multi point inspection. He honestly made my day because it was previous change of ownership various times and the level of customer service or lack of attentiveness that made me stop coming as frequently as before. He and the last gentleman that helped me when I got my battery three years ago were great.
My service advisor Alex Troung did a great job to make sure my request is completed timely. He is efficient with great attitude.
Had an amazing experience selling my car here, with their associate, Farahood Oregani, very fast, professional, polite, I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a good deal and great buying/selling experience.
I was not informed about the price of the car in detailed and will not service my car here either.Very disappointed.
Just got a 30k miles service for $800...I dont know how it can be soooo much more expensive than a regular oil change, its just feels so wrong. Labor is $250/hr. So mad at myself for not thinking it through. If anyone sees this, plz go to a Firestone or something to do your service.
They are very expensiveI paid $750 for normal maintenance on a car that only did 15,000 milesAlso I bought maintenance with the car thinking that my first few years regular maintenance will be free for sure didnt expect $750
Terrible customer service. Avoid this place!!
Our experience was better than we anticipated. Danny Nguyen was a pleasure to work with and gave us a lot of confidence that he was working hard to arrive at the best deal possible, not just for him, but for both of us. My only complaint was with Finance, but Danny was great at trying to overcome the difficulties with the finance team.
We were very pleased with Ray!He definitely needs to be admired for his commitment to customer and going many extra miles to make us feel home. He did a very fantastic job to provide what we needed. Not every one in the loop was as helpful but he(Ray) definitely is a great salesman and acted like a family member to us. He went and bought us dinner at his own cost to make sure we are satisfied with our extended stay.Way to go and Kudos to him.Steve/Mahnaz
I was disgusted that there was not one single bottle of hand sanitizer in the entire place. Customer after customer used the same pen without it or the counter top being cleaned. It amazes me that this place open for busy due to the lack of infection control standards. I provided this feedback during my previous service at the beginning of the pandemic, and I was hopeful things would have changed, but they haven’t. If you care at all about stopping the spread of COVID, DO NOT take your care to be serviced here.
I have seen very friendly and warm customer attracting from sales Danny Nguyen. It is a pleasure Nissan to have best employee like him.
