A yr ago you came out to put a new spring on our garage door. It stopped working I didnt call you again because the man who put it in was unpressionable!I had precision garage door tech at our home and was told the door opener was broken becauseyou put the wrong garage springs in and it couldnt handle it and was surprised it a lasted a yr.😢

Matthew Phillips did an excellent job. Not only did he do a great job he was very cheerful and pleasant to deal with. DGD came out and fixed two issues with my double and single car garage doors in 20 minutes. I had called several other establishments to get an idea with what the costs and problems may be and 1 business said I needed two new units at $1000.00, another wouldnt tell me anything and asked for $99.00 just to provide an estimate. My repair with DGD was under $100.00, no BS, just good people, and good service. They now have a customer for life.

I really liked the saleswoman who came out. She was friendly and helpful. I love the installed screen. I took off a star because my first installation appointment was a failure. The installers forgot the rails. I was then rescheduled for a week later which is very poor customer service in my opinion. If I was managing that shop, I would have had someone bring the rails out so the installation could have been completed as promised.

When all is said and done, the mark of a companys excellent customer service reputation is how one would answer the question: Would you use them again? My answer is a resounding: YES. In a heartbeat! In addition, of course, Ill be recommending DGD to others. The office staff I spoke with, including Brenda and Denise, were friendly and efficient. But not to be outdone was my field tech, AJ. This guy REALLY knows his stuff. AJ seems to carry out his work responsibilities and interact with his customers with the attitude that its not excellent customer service unless the CUSTOMER thinks it is. Most impressive. A well-earned 5 stars to all!

AJ was very good. Explained the problem, knew the solution and made sure I was satisfied. He was running late and both he and the office kept me apprised and he actually came earlier than expected!

My husband and I woke up Saturday morning 5-8-2021 with a full day of choirs to do. When we opened the garage door there was a loud noise that meant a day of trouble and stress ahead. We called our regular company and practically begged them for help. The best they could do was Monday May 10th. I began calling around and stumbled upon D&G Doors. I had to call twice since they appeared to be very busy and asked could they place me on hold. The young lady who assisted me put me on a brief hold, came back to the phone and said that Matt D would be able to assist us between 12:00 and 2:00pm. He came and did a great job, per my husband. We definitely recommend D&G Doors and thank them immensely.

It was a great experience working with Brian and Discount Garage Doors yesterday. Brian was able to address my problems with my garage door, suggested there was nothing wrong with my opener (saving me about $400) and he replaced the door springs at a good price. His service actually took less time than suggested up front. I highly recommend him as he was professional and extremely competent.

My Garage door was very noisy, When it it opened and close. The technlan was able to Id the problem and fix it in less th as n an hour .
