Today, she was there alone & even though she was short-staffed she was patient & hospitable to each customer that came in. This lady deserves a promotion/raise for her outstanding customer service, strong work-ethic & cheerful attitude! Will keep returning to Visionworks just because of Melinda!

Jennifer and Melinda are so amazing! My husband and I both have been there for glasses and both times we were treated with respect. They made us feel at home and we were very well taken care of. These ladies are the best! I am more than happy with my experience at Visionworks!

Went to store about 4pm. Met two wonderful saleswomen. They were knowledgeable and very sweet. Wife and I would come back if only to have them take care of us again. I dont remember their names but they should be recognized when management receives this review.

I went in with a prescription, the worker. In which I dont know her name, but she had on a pink scrub top with nerds on it. Day I went back. Was very nice and courteous. Very talkative and helpful as to answering my questions. Told me my glasses would be in a certain day. They came in early which was a plus. On my busy day of in and out of doctor visits. I was in a rush in and out. Sorry 🤓. Went back to a nice lady who opened the door. I thank you both for my visit. I say you ladies work alot better then the rude ones at Americas Best down the street. I sure do recommend customers and patients to your place of business. Love my specs.🤓

Stephanie and Shelley were great to help me find a pair of frames that suited me and stayed within my budget. I appreciate the changes they have made due to covid. Everyone, staff and customers, wear a mask, all glasses are sanitized after they have been tried on, and they have limited the amount of people who can be there at one time.

I took my son, whos insurance had just expired and was unaware at the time. I thought we might leave empty handed, but the staff there was so helpful in finding me an affordable option. My son would always get glasses but never wear them and he loves this pair. The lady that helped us was very patient and allowed him to try on so many styles, and she did it with a friendly face. I highly recommend!

Way better selection than LensCrafters, easily more than double the number of frame choices. The customer service reps here are more responsive, nicer, and more efficient. No wasted time.

About 1.5 years ago I purchased a new pair of sunglasses from Visionworks. The Exam I got was VERY thorough, I was totally impressed by the examining doctor. When I got the glasses I immediately started having headaches due to the differences between my old glasses and new sunglasses but I could see much better with the sunglasses so I ordered a new pair of regular glasses and have not looked back since. I have never had glasses which improved my vision anywhere near what these do. I am so happy I went to Visionworks!

I have been purchasing my prescription eyewear from VisionWorks in Abilene TX for over 4 years now.I have always received prompt courteous service and I have been very pleased with the quality of my glasses.Anytime I have needed adjustments to my glasses they greet me with a smile and make sure my glasses fit correctly and that I am happy with my lenses (progressive).They always have a great selection of eyewear and competitive pricing (or if you’re not in a hurry awesome 2pair/$89 sale a couple of times a year).Definitely recommend giving them a chance if your in the market for prescription glasses.

Friend staff and great selection on frames.

All non-management staff are unknowledgeable, less than professional, and come off as bothered to assist with fittings, orders, and answering phone calls. The management and lab tech I worked with were both excellent. These are not the people you work with until you complain about a bad experience. As for the one pair of glasses I have already gotten, the reflective layer on the front looks like shoty craftsmanship at best. For 500$ I am beyond disappointed. My second pair of glasses have not been completed on the final day of the shop’s estimate. Sadly, my card swiped before I knew about the quality of work produced here. I hoped the poor customer service was on account of illness or a bad day, however all three times I have interacted with staff here, my experience has been confirmed. Don’t spend your money here, find somewhere else to make sure you receive quality for your dollar.
