Really loved the shop! The location is perfect. The selection of hair was awesome! All price points and all types. Definitely will be shopping here from now on.

This is the lone beauty supply in our neighborhood. I enjoy shopping here because the staff are like family. Never are you followed throughout the store or assumed to be stealing. This location is always fully stocked. Huge parking lot to accommodate customers.

Pricey Hair wigs! Accessory prices not too bad. They charge 100s for Synthetic wigs. Thats not good.

Nice friendly people will get for you things if they dont have also

My daughter and i was our first time going in there we went to get stuff for my granddaughter hair was clean the person behind the counter was nice. We will be going back there again.

For woc especially in the suburbs close to Carol stream, wheaton..etc it can be difficult finding a beauty supply(city type if you know I mean) that stocks things youd need and this place does justice to that, having a nice selection of items that Sallys may not have. They also have wigs, braiding hair, weave hair, tools for coloring and much more.. the only downside from my experience here was not having more products of some of the wigs that were on display, because they stopped stocking them. So you might end up finding something you like, but the color or exact style might be out, and the only option would be to purchase the one out for display. Which many people would not want. I would expect they should pull down items from the display shelf, thats not available. Overall the store owner was calm, welcoming and willing to assist me find whatever I inquired about.

Just discovered this place, have to say Im very satisfied. Checked the reviews beforehand and liked what I saw. Will be returning a 3rd time!

Customer service is ok, could be better. But they’re wigs are overly priced. I bought a few wigs there for $50 & when I went K Beauty it was $20 there. I only go to this beauty supply for lashes and if I need an immediate wig. Tbh but I won’t waste my time spending as much. Manager could be nicer.

Glad my mother spotted this and I was able to add it to Maps. Its a small black beauty supply store. They have wigs, weaves, extensions, crochet hair, etc. They also have the majority of popular hair care products like Cantu, Eco Styler, Shea Moisture, etc. Hopefully people dont have to drive out to Chicago now to get the essentials. They wont have everything though, as its a small shop. Hope this helps!

Over priced but theyre decent but what do you expect youre in the suburbs.

Theyre over priced for packaged hair. Ill spend the extra 2 gallon of gas b4 I pay a ridiculous amount for packaged hair. Btw 79.99 for DreamWeaver 12 inches. Yeah ok!

It was a struggle to have to travel to Chicago for little quick beauty items but now I can just hop skip and jump 7 minutes away and get everything I need...

Walked in and they had nothing werent trying to sell anything but they did have a lot of head wraps and scarfs but no human hair. I walked out, a waste of my time.

Had the items I needed. I didnt have to go all the way in the city today.
