Morris was excellent! He took the time to show the benefits of each hair streamer I was interested in purchasing! He even went the extra mile with providing maintenance tips for the hair steamers! Setting an appointment was very easy to do! I appreciate Buy Rite being available on a Monday while we continue to work through this pandemic. I will be returning to purchase more items as my business continues to grow!

Save your money and save your time. I ordered a cutting stool from them. I went online to my account to check the status of my order on the day of the 4 week mark as it was supposed to be shipped 4 to 5 weeks from ordering. My account on their website showed that I have placed NO orders with them. My bank account reflected differently (and immediately after ordering).I called and was instructed via a recording to email my questions concerning my order status. I did and received a sweet, kind courteous response that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks as they were having slowed production. Now they want me to TRUST that they can keep that new deadline?Additionally, did they just now realize on the fourth week after I purchased that their production was slower than normal??This ridiculous company should NEVER take payment until AFTER they produce the item. It might incentivize someone who remembers to take home their salary check and deposit it on time to actually PRODUCE tangible results for them.How rude to take my money, drag their feet, then think sugary words will suffice rather than the product they contracted to provide in the 4 to 5 weeks??

I would give more stars if I could! I purchased my shampoo bowl and back wash unit and was pleasantly surprised with not only the quality of the product but the level of customer service. My shampoo unit is amazing, and you can truly tell it’s made using high quality materials. My clients constantly compliment how comfortable and nice it is. I love it so much I am now purchasing an anti fatigue mat and a hair trolley. I understand that these quality materials do take time to be mad but it’s definitely worth the wait! I love that they notify the delivery company to call you to set up a delivery time that works with your schedule. Buy rites customer service goes hand in hand with how well their products are. Every single person I’ve spoke with over the phone has been nothing short of amazing. Lyle really helped break down all the details, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, this goes for everyone that works for this company. I purchased some equipment back in May during the national shutdown in anticipation of opening a salon. My salon dreams have been put on hold while things settle down out there. I was hesitant to using this company. I saw a lot of cheaper items online. I thought I would give it a try because I had a few questions that I wanted to talk to a real person about. I am so glad I walked in that day. Morris was so knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, helped me avoid making some bad purchases. The prices were way more competitive than I thought. I was so glad I had a contact when all the equipment was delivered. Morris helped me understand how large freight orders work, what to do and be prepared for and worked to ship some of the items at different times. I am going to order two more chairs through Morris next week. Service was just amazing. Great vendor!

Highly recommend BuyRite in Dallas. Morris was great! We were in between two company with styling chairs. He showed us all the differences between each chair and company. We ended up going with the Collins Ashton. We were only in the market for a new styling chair but he showed us the matching shampoo unit. It sits a little higher than our current unit and it makes a world of a difference. Never knew how much better shampoo could be. Will definitely be back for the shampoo unit. Drove 8 hours to find out you have to have an appointment. They have nothing posted online or anything. Also been calling them this morning to try and get an appointment but no one will answer.

Morris was very informative and helpful. I went in thinking all styling chairs are created equally; they are definitely not. I can now appreciate the craftsmanship of quality salon furniture. BuyRite is not a random salon furniture store; they have been in the industry for awhile and REALLY know there stuff. I was highly impressed. Morris really helped me find the perfect set up for my salon suite. I highly recommend going to the actual showroom and have Morris show you around. He showed me all the furniture I liked online. But, they were not practical for my personal preferences . He showed me some great options and I loved it! They were a great fit.Would definitely come back to purchase from BuyRite/ Morris!

We ordered the Stationary Facial Bedfor our daughter who is using it as Esthetician table. The table seems very sturdy (following weight guidelines), and was easy to put together. The table arrived on time as promised. Would recommend the table and buy rite.

I placed an order on the 9th and was told at that time the order was in stock and would arrive before our salon opening date. I was contacted a week later being told that the shampoo bowls purchased were not in stock, so we went with a different color. Today I reached out since I still had not received any shipping confirmation and I was glad I did because I was then told that my stylist chairs were out of stock. The problem was I wanted a uniform look and my stylist chairs to match an all purpose chair also ordered. I ended up settling on a different stylist chair that doesn’t match the all purpose chair. The kicker was there was a price difference in the new stylist chairs offered to me as an option. I was told I would receive the same price due to the mishap. When I received a call back I was told instead that they could “meet me half way on the pricing” and I would be responsible for the difference. Very frustrating as I am a week away from opening, had to settle for equipment that doesn’t match, still haven’t received a shipping confirmation and I ended up paying more even after being assured all items were in stock when the purchase was made. All in all I have been disappointed with my experience and would have just cancelled if I wasn’t in a pinch to need these items before our grand opening.

Morris at Buy-Rite was the best. He patiently helped me through the process of finding solutions for my wifes needs. At first, due to an oversight on my part, I didnt get it right. I was able to return that item with no questions. Morris and I worked out the details of what would work. He helped me customize a supplies cabinet that met my wifes need perfectly. If the need arises I wouldnt bother shopping anywhere else-Im coming straight to Morris at Buy-rite.

I have 3 vintage style barber chairs from Buy-rite. I get tons of complements about them! The whole process of selection and ordering the chairs was awesome. My contact was Mrs. Marilyn Britton, she was a joy to work with. I also enjoyed working with Megan Lingo from customer service for the color selection of the chairs.

I got wonderful advice and help with determining what size and shape of storage station I needed. They made it especially for me quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend Buy-Rite.

Horrible service

Weve been buying from Buy-Rite for the last couple of years for our spa equipment. Products are always good quality and service is excellent. We recently needed equipment repaired after an accident. Turn around was quick and we were able to use our equipment for appointments within a few days.

Ordered my Color Bar Feb 18th, promised a 2-4 weeks delivery. Its now the last week of March (6 weeks) and they cant/wont tell me where my order is. Im supposed to open in two weeks and I cant pass my final inspection with out it. I am screwed! First time I called, they said theyd get back with me and never did. Lets see if the second call goes better.

I love the item that I purchased online which is a backbar despite the cost I paid for shipping. I experienced some problems but the company did make right of the situation and provide the customer service I felt I deserved.
