I love their sheet masks. I’m a fan of it and I’ve been using it since 2017. This is just a reminder for those who will be buying their 10+10 sheet masks, it’s a good deal but when I looked at the expiration date, 6 of it are expired and was due on 10/2020, 11/2020, and 12/2020. No wonder it’s on sale. I even asked the staff if I can pick the ones on the shelf but she said “everything is in that bag”. Bottom line, some of the masks are expired and some are expiring soon. This deal is good for those who wanna use sheet mask everyday or every other day. Just saying.

Love nature’s republic products on my skin the best products to splurge on is the jeju cleansing wash which will last you for a very long time. In addition, it gives you that nice subtle foam wash to remove makeup and dirt (I hike a lot). And the collagen cream to give me that nice youthful look. the staff are very nice and they also give you free samples on your purchase.

The products are amazing, however I experienced a bad customer service. The worker’s voice was very rude when talking to me, and when I asked a question, the worker wasn’t patient and showed annoyance. I understand that there are some misunderstanding. But the tone of the worker was not professional and instead acted out of annoyance.

They had fruit scented, pocket sized sanitizer, pump sanitizer, fruit scented hand soap, and cute sanitizer holders.

Staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. That are not pushy sales people. The products Ive tried are wonderful. There are no extremely strong scents to overwhelm your senses or people can smell before you arrive.

Everytime I walk into the Nature Republic PearlRidge, I get a friendly greeting along with a friendly smile to go with it! The sales associates are always ready and willing to help when I had questions!! I would highly recommend this location to fill the knowledge of skincare and healthier tips for the future!!

Save your time and money and drive to the Ala Moana location. They are owned by two different people. The manager at this location did not let me exchange a product that I DID NOT EVEN USE. I took it back unopened within the 7 days it says on the receipt. The manager did not even have the nerve to face me as she had an associate tell me I was unable to exchange it because it smelled like I had used the product. I went to the Ala Moana location prior to this and the service was just SO MUCH BETTER. I bought products that I realized were above the TSA fl. OZ. requirements and they arranged to have it shipped to me house and even offered me a free facial cleanser because of the trouble. I was ready to spend more money at Nature Republic at the Pearlridge location but when the lady told me I couldnt exchange what I had brought back (something I bought there 5 days earlier) I just took my money elsewhere. I come to Hawaii every summer to visit family and I sure as hell WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO NATURE REPUBLIC PEARLRIDGE!!! Terrible service. I advise you all to go to the Ala Moana location.
