Went in for a estimate today. Didn’t know this business would not touch certain cars. If that ain’t the case then I left with the wrong impression. But anyhow wanted some paint chips and some dents fixed. Literally nothing major. I got told to take the money and use it for a down payment on a new vehicle. That the vehicle isn’t even worth fixing cause of the mileage which is only 178k miles. Tried to leave a complaint over the phone but the lady hung up before I could get a word out. So here’s my complaint/review out in the wide open. Enjoy!

Shannon at Kendrick’s is amazing! He make sure you understand everything this is going to take place and makes sure the process is easy and understandable. My car came back looking way better than expected, they even washed it for me!!! I was extremely satisfied and thankful for Shannon and the crew at Kendrick’s. Thanks so much.

This is my second time getting work done by Kendricks. The first time was at the other location and I liked them both. From the nice woman at the front, to the guy who took my car keys, and all the people behind the scenes, they were all great! They even washed and vacuumed my car which they could clearly see was desperately needed 😅 The whole process from start to finish was easy for me and they did a great job! I had someone hit my car in the rear. There was more damage then I thought. Kendrick provided an estimate for and successfully replaced/restored the damaged front and rear bumpers of our 2003 Mercedes 55SL. The work took about 13 days from delivery to completion as the supply chain was slightly backed up and skilled labor was in short supply. The finished product was well worth the wait! Throughout the process, Kendrick was very professional providing valuable advice in dealing with insurance companies. They continually kept us updated and informed and the project was completed on the date promised. We are quite pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company to all requiring auto body work.Ken, Aiken, SC

Great service/very professional. Short delay due to required parts not arriving on time. With current delivery problems due to personnel shortages I recommend that ordering parts be given longer lead times. The delay was short so no problems. Kendrick expedited repairs once all parts arrived. Great work, customer service and being kept informed regarding repair status. Highly recommended.

Worst treatment of customers ever. Shannon was the rudest man I or my husband have ever dealt with. From the beginning he made us feel like we needed to thank them for giving them our business. Someone hit our car on 6/15 and they couldn’t take it until 7/26. After inquiring if I could drop the car early because it was undrivable and we were getting a rental. Shannon was so rude and unprofessional and told me I could go somewhere else but I could not go ahead and have the car left with them. He said he wasn’t going to deal with anyone especially insurance bugging him to get it done faster. I was not asking for faster work and neither was insurance. Then, after waiting a month, we dropped the car off only to get a call around lunchtime from Shannon saying he didn’t realize he had to replace all 4 tires on our Porsche and didn’t include that in the estimate and insurance wouldn’t pay. He said we had to come up with $1100’for the tires or he wouldn’t do the work. This conversation should have taken place before we waited a month, before he took the car in for work- we should have been given this choice. Ultimately, Shannon refused service without $1100 and we had to go to another body shop that worked out the fire coverage with the insurance . Because of Shannon’s unprofessional treatment and the wrongful demand of $1100 we had to start the process over again and are waiting on our car from another body shop to this day because they had to reorder all new Porsche parts . Again, we were not at fault in any way on this accident. I would have given 0 stars if possible and my husband and I are making it our mission to tell as many people as possible of our experience with Kendrick’s. Not one person has ever reached out to us from their shop concerning this matter also. And example of a company that started good and grew beyond their management so they have employees like Shannon treating people in such an awful way with no oversight or customer service.

My car was hit on the drivers door by another vehicle. I was advised to take the car to Kendricks by friends and ask for Jeremiah on Richland Ave. He explained the process and when I picked the car up it looked like it had never been hit. Great job Kendick. Good employees and great job done!

The Kendricks experience was exceptional. Never have I dealt with an automobile company with customer service standards so high. The communications were accurate and consistent. After our Honda Accord was rear-ended, we took it to Kendrick Paint and Body on Richland Avenue in Aiken. They repaired the damage quickly and perfectly. I’ve had body work done here before and this time they did great work as usual! I was amazed at how well they were able to match the metallic burgundy paint and that they were able to remove the crease in the bumper without leaving even a trace. There’s no other shop I’d ever take my car to for body work.

Ladies at the front are very nice and respectful. Body shop did a good job on fixing a dent but I had to go back and fix the interior trim because clips were not replaced.

They have repaired my vehicle in the past work was excellent. They were honest enough to tell me it would be a couple of weeks before they could do work my car is drivable.

My car was hit, by a tree, when a storm came through. The insurance company deemed it a total loss but it wasnt a total loss to me. They really make it as painless a process as possible to get body repairs done. Had some non-insurance work done as well, and they did it for a reasonable price. Shannon was very helpful personally, and their coordination with the car rental service is seamless. Unfortunately, through the years we’ve needed Kendrick (teenagers and other people’s teens; inconsiderate other drivers) for repairs. Their coordination with USAA and Enterprise car rental makes things easy. They’re our go-to for body repairs.

When my car was in an accident Kendrick was suggested for the repair. They were wonderful from start to finish. They gave me peace of mind which is exactly what I needed.

Geico scheduled me at another Kendrick Paint and Body Shop in Augusta. I tried to switch it to the Kendrick’s here in Aiken but I was told it’s not on their list. It was last Sunday when I was finally scheduled here in Aiken. I was happy I took it here because they did a good job. I was done in just two and a half days. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Love this place
