Transmission was acting a little strange . took it in for service and the service advisor knew right away what the problem was. I was provided a loaner car and they called in about 5 hours and said my car was ready. trnsmission has not acted strange since. The service team at Master Chevrolet in Aiken, S.C. is the best I have ever dealt with.

Took my 2021 Denali in with the right front tire leaking after 2hrs of waiting I was told that a nail was in it and it couldnt patched that it was too close to the sidewall I left and went by a tire shop to check on a tire and told them what Masters said they looked at it and said that it could be patched so they removed it and broke down the tire and patched it the nail was not in the sidewall are too close to it
My experience with Masters Cadillac was a relaxing and good experience because I hate taking my car in for service. I dont mind going to Masters it has a very relaxing feel and the staff is always great. I trust them to get my car fixed right .
Service department is now managed by Charles Williams. If you want someone who cares about you, your safety then you need to see Charles. Dealerships can sell cars but if you don’t have the service right you don’t get repeat buyers. Charles will work his best to make you a repeat customer.

Service Dept. is top notch. They could do better at keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs. We did not get a printout of the inspection that accompanied an oil change. Otherwise, no complaint on the quality of their work.
Visited Masters Cadillac last week to just look around. We were greeted promptly by Travis White. He was warm, friendly and personable. He answered all our questions and if he didnt know then he found the answer for us. We decided to test drive and were very impressed by the Cadillac XT4. We had no intention of purchasing that day but after some negotiations we decided that we would buy. Travis was very professional, calm and thorough. He made the process easy! Very disappointed! I purchased my vehicle in Jan 2020 and I’ve already had to very upsetting incident! I’m a retired school teacher and was recommended by a coworker to check out Masters Cadillac. Well after purchasing the vehicle my husband added extra coverage in case anything would go wrong, I would be covered for the next 3yrs, which was stated by manager and in my contract and was never honored when just this past week, I had to take my car back for a problem and was quoted a price for $500! After I refused to pay, I was then prompted that I didn’t have to worry about due to some foreseen reason my vehicle was repaired, but was nicely informed that they were trying to find out who would be responsible for paying the bill!Well after going home I noticed that items were missing from my vehicle, I immediately called back to Masters Cadillac and of course NO ONE at all had any clues!! I called authorities and took a statement, in which I will be picking up this Friday and taking it to my lawyer! We asked the police about seeing camera footage and of course we were told that there are no cameras in the shop, only parking lot! Prior to this, I called after finding out my vehicle wasn’t going to be ready about coming to get the exact item that was taken and I was told “sure come on, and get whatever you need” we’ll when I got there 24 mins later, my vehicle was going, and I was told it was on the road to be checked! So why wasn’t informed that my vehicle was gone on the phone, but I went there upset and worried! Long story short, picked up my car, items are gone, called police, police met me at Masters, they denied that their workers to the items, locked the door so me and my family couldn’t enter, the service department shut their garage doors, the managers drove by us and never stoped to apologize, and in fact they all turned their heads away, but what hurt the most, the salesperson Travis White that sold me my car, whom I just knew would come and at least offer support, he turned his back, walked out the side door to his car and exited out the other entrance! Not one person came to us to apologize or at least try to speak with me or my husband! I did contact WRDW on my side and BBB and believe me I’m no way finished!
I must say, as a woman, the level of professionalism in car sales has improved over the years. I didnt get that feeling of being shark bait in a broken cage as I walked onto the lot. One person came to greet me in a sincere tone of voice. He listened to what I was saying, and didnt try to push me off onto some fantasy car that I couldnt afford, and was quite respectful in his manner. Even though the car Im looking for seems to be as rare as hens teeth these days, I would surely have dealt here had it been available. I think this might be a worthwhile place to shop if youre serious about what you want.

I see a lot of bad reviews for Master Chevy Cadillac, and on that note I don’t understand why. Me and my wife started car shopping on Thursday 7 May 2020, the night prior we had looked at a 2017 Ford F-150 from The Gerald Jones Auto Group in Augusta. Long story short they told me it was available at 1730 and that the doors closed at 1800 they scheduled me an appointment to see said vehicle the next morning I got there and it was gone. Poor business at its finest. Any who the following night me and my wife looked at a 2019 Chevy Traverse LT with a little over 17k miles. We bookmarked it and the next morning I made a call to Master Chevy. I spoke with Andrew Lokey and he assured me that after the call he’d put hands on the vehicle and confirm it’s availability. I drove 30 minutes roughly and by the time I got to the dealership it was already parked out front ready to go. Andrew Lokey and his GM gave outstanding hospitality extending warm welcomes and ensuring that myself and family were constantly taken care of through out our time at the dealership if you work with anybody ask for Andrew great guy and very patient.Andrew Lokey and the Master Chevy staff get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me and my family, thanks again would recommend them to anyone.

This place is where excellence is the standard. I was greeted by a personable young man who was professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle I wanted had just been sold. Andrew Lokey was absolutely brilliant! He asked me questions to ascertain my wants, needs, and specifications. Then he went through the inventory, and we looked at options for me. He actually found the perfect car for me. Im extremely satisfied with personnel, vehicle, and service, from Andrew Lokey to Jason Krecskay, to Will Parrot. As a woman, I was pleased with the no pressure attitude of everyone there.

I have bought one used car from them about a week ago. They have been honest and friendly. Their service department is outstanding. Have been using them for a few years. Service advisors Justin and Darren are always on point, tell you like it is, and dont try to steal your money like most dealers usually do.
Best place to buy a car
Dealer told me the sold the truck I was looking at and then called me back 5 minutes later to ask if I was willing to go up on my budget for the same vehicle. I couldnt believe it. Then didnt inform me of another similar truck and when I asked them about it they said someone had already put a deposit on it. Called me a week later and said that the fella was unable to buy it and wanted to know if I was willing to buy. I just laughed at them. I feel like the treated me dirty but oh well.
This dealership was very helpful in finding us a car. They were very polite and did not try to force us into buying a car. If they showed us something that we did not like, we just simply told them and they said ok we will call u back if we find something that fits the description you gave us.

The worst. Russ Vernon, Salesperson of the Year, sees us looking at a Cadillac XT5 and walks out saying its his first day on the job. (not true) We wanted to get some information on a CT5 and the XT5 on the lot and he said hed have to ask someone else about the details but hed get us a brochure. We endured the loud music radiating from the outdoor speakers until he reappeared with a brochure and a card. Didnt ask if we wanted to see the interior or take a test drive of the black XT5 we were standing in front of. Yes, Russ was awarded Salesperson of the Year, but why, I couldnt tell you. We will be trading in our Cadillac and buying our new Cadillac from our dealer in Bluffton. Clean up your act Master, its not up to Cadillac standards.

Over the last 15 years, Ive bought 3 cars from Master GMC in Martinez. Always great service to say the least. Last week, I went by to buy my 4th, however they didnt have what I was looking for. Still great customer service though.I then found what I was looking for at Master Cadillac in Aiken. While making the deal, the price they quoted was $41,374. ~ $400 more than what was advertised on the Internet $40,997. Shortly after letting them know, the internet price was changed. I told the salesman and was told that IF I had a copy of the less price, we could go argue with the sales manager. Thats what put me over the top.1) Their original deal (with the less price) was a good deal, not great but good. Like I told the salesman- I was a 4X repeat customer and was looking for a great deal and asked for $1000 off their quoted price.2) I probably would have made the deal if they had honored what was advertised on the internet. ...but when I was told IF I had a copy of the pricing, we could go argue- That made me know NO Deal.3) Even though Master GMC and Master Cadillac are affiliated, there is a BIG difference in service... Go see for yourselves- From test driving without someone holding your hand to the great customer experience.From my experience, I will not be dealing with Master Cadillac of Aiken and they and other dealerships ought to take some lessons in customer service from Master GMC in Martinez.
