Did not have what we were looking for but offered to order it and have next morning, didnt have to pay when ordered. Ok, they ordered and it was there next morning. Very helpful.

Easy pick up

The store itself is absurdly cluttered, shelves werent stocked, the staff were disorganized and our actual cashier couldnt find the correct part and kept selling us the incorrect stuff repeatedly. Wouldnt suggest coming here over OReillys or Advanced.

Went in to order wheel lug bolts for truck. Told did not have it in stock would need to go to Ram dealer. Looked on napa website, said they could have the part the next day. Went back in to have him order it, was told he could not get them, even though the napa website would allow me to order and pickup next day at that location. Andy is rude and doesnt want to do his job. Will not be back, will just order from another place and have tomorrow.

Very blatant rude and racist...its overbearingly obvious as I watched a white male get great service while I was overlooked and when I finally got acknowledged talked to like I was an idiot and didnt know what I was talking about. After acting confused about what I was asking for the rude guy with the funny mustache taps on his keyboard and pretends to look up the part then looks up and tells me that they dont make it for my car. Mind you, I brought the part a weeks ago from Amazon and just needed another but was told they didnt even make it for my car. And these are the experts? Nah, he just wanted me out of there Asap. Wasnt the first time I experienced this type of service here. First two times I thought it was a fluke, me being a combat veteran Im not quick to pull the race card, but after further evaluation I have to call it like it is🤷🏾‍♂️ if youre of the darker complexion you might want to find somewhere else to buy your Auto Parts

The service given here by the employees is okay. It’s the owner who is rude & belligerent. I will travel past this store to go to any other auto parts store before I give Gary Ham a dime of my hard earned money. Customer service is important! If you think you can speak to people in a disrespectful manner & they will still spend their money with you, you are beyond foolish. Don’t waste your time! Spend your money where it matters!

Napa is the closest parts store to me. Past three times I have been in, they come have come across as rude. From now on I will drive past them and go to Oreilly’s. If I owned this store I would have a serious talk my employees about how they speak to customers.
