This guy (business) Mathis Auto Sales in Aiken basically intentionally sold me a vehicle that he knew wasn’t safe to drive...after owning the vehicle (GMC truck) for just a few days it broke down on me and I had to have it towed...when I got it to the GMC dealership they basically told me the vehicle was unsafe to drive due to all the issues and they even refused to work on it because it had so many unsafe issues. When I called the owner of Mathis Auto Sales he basically admitted to some of the problems even telling me about a wire/plug that was taken a part and his statement was “definitely don’t plug that back in”...and ultimately dismissed my issue. In all this has been the most terrible purchase of a lifetime. I would not recommend this place to anyone, a waste of thousands of dollars!!!LH

Darrell is very upfront and honest. I’ve never bought a car from a dealership before (Always purchased from owner), and he made the process a breeze for me and walked me through every step. Thanks to Darrell I’m in the truck that I needed, and I’m rebuilding my credit too. If you want to buy from someone whom isn’t afraid to talk about God and will be 100% upfront with you, look no further than Darrell. I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase from his dealership. There’s something to be said for hometown, country dealerships. Don’t let the fact that the dealership is in the woods deter you, the service and quality is unmatched by the dealerships in town. I love my truck, love doing business with a good family.

D. Mathis is a honest man with reasonable prices. Ive recommended a couple of people to him and will continue to recommend him. His phone number on his site is correct but he does have a day job but if you leave a message he does get back with you in a reasonable time.
