Kenny was so helpful when we came in after getting a new phone at another Verizon location where they forgot to activate the phone and update our account with the changes. Kenny set us up quickly and fixed all of those issues. We will always come to this Verizon store from now on

Today I had them transfer everything to a newer phone. The wait was not too long, they were friendly and competent. My wife is happy with her new phone.

I visited your Verizon store in Aiken, SC on Sunday November1, 2020. I was helped by the nicest and most helpful young lady by the name of Krystal. She is amazing. I am 70 years young and she was so very sweet and patient in answering my questions. Some older people are slow learners and I am one of them. I was blessed by having her to help me . Kenny was amazing and helped with a very complicated phone swap! He was patient and accommodating and his coworker Crystal was super as well.We came here after two or three puzzlingly unhelpful visits to the other Verizon, Southside when we were not allowed inside due to CDC (really? Everything is now open??) the official verizon store on the Southside, which acts like they are guarding Fort Knox, and say they cannot sell me a wireless charger due to liability and say a normal charging cord is no longer made for my S8. All he said exists for it is a two USB-C ends (same at each end)?? No USB-B to go in the computer. How was I supposed to download photos? The Southside guy was also unwilling to assist in my husband moving to my phone after I got another phone, nor to look at new phones as he would have rather done, again every other word was liability!!There was a huge musclebound bouncer at Southside who made sure no one dare question the employee but it makes one wonder what is going on, there were several other employees seen through the window. Customers not allowed! I will not go to Southside any more, only the one near Richland West side of Aiken. It was night and day! Thanks to Kenny and Crystal!!

I went in because I needed a new phone, mine was very old. Kenny was my sales person. He picked out the exact phone based on my needs. Im an older person and dont really understand this technology very well. He spent a lot of time with me even though he was the only one working. And still found time to help others while helping me. It was a great experience and because of his patience and sweet demeanor I will never go to another store

My husband and myself went into Verizon today to change our service from at&t, upgrade one of our phones, and needed much assistance on unlocking a phone. We were completely satisfied with our experience today! Kenny Odom helped us make all the needed changes. Kenny is very qualified, professional and polite. The man that helped me was very personable and spoke to me as soon as I walked in the door. He got what I needed, which was a tempered glass cover for the screen on my iPhone. I just purchased an iPhone 11 two weeks ago and the cover was coming loose all around the edges. I tried pushing it down myself, but ended pulling it off. When I took my phone into this store he had a “tool” that assisted him in placing the new cover on my phone, which was not used when I purchased the phone. I was very impressed with him and the job he did. Thank you.

The entire squad at this location (especially Ebony and Kenny) made our switch from Sprint effortless and worthwhile. We were hesitant to switch worrying about our out of pocket expenses up front, but honestly, the coverage of Verizon in the area cant be beat, and we walked out paying only $20.00 today! My father is a truck driver all across the United States, hes never complained about his coverage; I knew this would be the right choice. We are paying the same price we were with Sprint and have much better coverage.

The guy that first greets you was about the most unhelpful arrogant poor attitude sales/help associate of ANY store I’ve ever been too. Totally useless visit. I will be buying accessories from Amazon and getting technical assistance from Verizon online from now on. A company/corporation should/could do better in finding people with talent with a trainable/learnable/helpful attitude. Very disappointed to say the least.

Because it took way to long to just go in and pay CASH on your Verizon. I know that the Corrona Virus Epidemic is Bad...but it has never taken that long and they didnt Officiate Social Distancing. Everyone I saw that went didnt come out to maintain the Social Distancing Guidelines do to there small store.

This store in general is one of the most friendly stores I’ve ever been to, the employees are so kind, patient, helpful. The manager is extremely well trained and knows all the ins and outs. I highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone nearby and even if it’s a little longer drive it may be worth it. They definitely have taken care of me at this store and I’m sure they will take care of you.

My husband and I just moved to the north side. I needed some assistance so we came to Verizon on the north side of town. Kenny was our service provider. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I am retired from the Air Force and I was over customer service for many bases. When I recieve great customer service, I want people to know. Kenny is DEFINITELY an asset to Verizon! 👍

Came to just look at possibly getting a new phone but was greeted by Krystal and helped with questions s, etc. Ended up getting an upgrade to a Samsung 10. Krystal took the time even though she was the only one the store taking care of five (5) people in the store to check for discounts, transfer contacts, and photos!!! Well I would say they offer some good accessories and phones which is why they get a 3, if you want a discount on an accessory you better be the account holder, no military discount unless you are the account holder or have the military discount on your account, even if you are showing them your military I.D..I have a hard time when people cannot even think outside the box when dealing with customers.So I guess my question, for the company I spent many years working for and giving top notch service through is, do you offer discounts to military or not because there are plenty of veterans and military members that may not even have an account in their name but may still want to give you their business in the biggest profit area you have.

I was very pleased with this location at first. But the customer service there is very lacking when you dont like something you purchased there. They are more than happy to take your money but then refuse to help you when you are unsatisfied with a product from their store. A 14 day return policy on phones and electronics is understandable but not on accessories such as cases. Very unhappy at this point.
