Me and my husband came in, wanted to make changes to our account. A sales representative names Chloe helped us, very unfriendly, and rude. Seemed like she had better places to be. We asked about watches, and she rolled her eyes and was very unprofessional. When we brought it up to other workers there they said they’d work on it and fix her attitude, nothing got done and was very unpleased with this store and their customer service. I’d rather make the drive to Augusta than deal with the rudeness of this Aiken store and their employees. Will not be back !!!

I went to this location and had to buy a brand new phone to which is usually a draining long process. However my experience was not that at all Maurice the sales associate helped me through and through every step of the way! Highly recommend his work and this location.

Horrible Experience by the manager Samantha. She lied and told me I couldn’t bring my number to AT&T just to sell me a new number. Her co worker Payton fixed it for me. Sam was horrible. Looking at reviews this not the first time she’s nasty. If this is the manager I can imagine how everyone else is. Peyton saved me. Thank you Peyton she needs to operate not Sam.

I came in late in the afternoon with a phone that wouldn’t function at all. My screen is broken and the phone was doing all kinds of things on its own. I am a SAHM of three and can’t be without a phone. I didn’t realize the store closed at 7. . Reese stayed almost 20 minutes past close to help me upgrade to a new phone. He was so kind and even though I’m sure he was tired, he was so very patient with me and is a phenomenal representative. Customer service is so much more than doing the minimum to get through the day, Reese went above and beyond for me!

I will start with this ATT store stole my phone. And now the story.Came back to the states from being overseas for a few years. Was looking to get two new phones and a contract. I wanted to trade in my old phones. A Samsung Galaxy S20+ and a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. All was going well until I could only get a Hawaii phone number due to my drivers license being from Hawaii. I picked my two phone numbers i wanted. I wanted them to only have a one digit difference so it would be easy for my wife and i to remember. Well i picked my two numbers and was doing the trade in. Well the manager(she called herself that, Samantha Roache) was doing the trade and accepted both of my phones for the trade in credit. After doing the trade she told us that one of the phone numbers was already reserved for someone else. So we had to pick another number. That was sad but okay.We finish the transaction. She states that it would take 2-3 billing cycles to see the trade in value and the military discount. We go about waiting a billing cycle to see our first bill. We get charged an activation fee for the original two numbers we picked AND the third number... called att and then waived the connection fee for that line we got told we needed to pick a new number for. And since that number was the number i traded the phone for.... att said i wouldnt get the trade in credit. So they stole my phone.. when i called by the way it was past the buyers remorse time frame which is only 14 days... if anyone is smart they know a billing cycle is longer than 14 days. So how exactly is someone supposed to know if they are getting there discount without waiting and if they arent getting it, have buyers remorse?!?! I called att and the said wait another billing cycle to see if the trade credit will be applied. Well here i am writing this review... because im paying full price for a phone and the trade in credit isnt applied. So thank you Samantha Roache for completing the transaction wrong and basically stealing my phone. Without having anyway of me being compensated for a phone that i traded in and got zero credit for.

Today was my first and last time visiting AT&T on Whiskey Rd. UNLESS Kevin B. or Shaniqua W. is working. The manager Samantha Roach has the absolute worst customer service and an even worst attitude. I spent 4hrs in the store with Shaniqua (who’s still considered training) trying to do an in-store upgrade due to an error with the online order. Samantha’s help was the absolute bare minimum, she do not know the meaning of what it means to be a manager, and she complained about a guest frustrations to one of the employees in front of other customers. Samantha walked past me more than 8 times and still have not acknowledged me all conversation was directed to the sales rep vs. me even when I was speaking to her but she was sure to respond with a lot of eye rolling and deep sighs under that mask. Samantha definitely needs training and Peyton is not far behind her, following in her managers footsteps.

Not an experience I want to repeat. opens at 10am. 6 people patiently waiting for one of the 2 ladies to open the doors only to be greeted w/a can i help you? (but said as if they wished they were somewhere else). I was there to look at a Samsung active upgrade. Not a lot of choices. Overheard a customer trying to find a specific cover for her phone. The customer asked the at&t rep if they could go online & check if its available...she was told, Its most likely not available. You can try this one. It might work, but i cant say for sure. You might wanna try amazon or ebay WOW..... There is zero personal feel, but maybe thats what at&t is striving for these days??? This seems to be a trend for at&t. Not the 1st time Ive gone in & walked out empty handed.

The whole Aiken team is amazing! I had an issue with trying to get my number from Verizon and even though I switched my number to AT&T at a different location, Shevy and her managers still took care of me. Most places would have redirected me back to the point of sale, but Shevy took care of me. Im always going to give her my business. I hope she never leaves your store!

It was the best experience I have had in a long time. Justin made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. We are a family that jokes a lot he kept up with us while staying professional.I am probably one of the hardest people to convince to get the newest phone because I drop my phones a lot. Justin not only explained the benefits of the S10+ he even showed me cases that will definitely protect my phone. I was sold. I was assisted as soon as I walked through the door. Tierra helped me choose a new phone and told me about all the plans available to me. She even put the protective screen on my new phone since I knew I would screw it up if I tried to do it myself. All of the staff was very helpful and professional even though they were dealing with incredibly rude customers while I was there. I had a great experience getting a new phone and will continue to be a customer of this store.

Arrived at 6:15pm with 3 people (workers)sitting at a table just having conversation with only one person helping customers and was told to sign in my husband and I would receive a phone call once they were ready. We both were planning to upgrade and get 2 new devices. We sat over an hour waiting. Once someone came out we were then told only 1 person could come in per transaction. I understand COVID is out but we were together and both had PPE on. This was very unprofessional and unethical. At least put a sign up on the door or inform your clients prior to signing in of the policy. Corporate will be contacted!

Not pleased with the staff or help I received, manager was nasty threw everybody out of store I was the first person in store after sitting in my car for 45 minutes the rep that was waiting on me went to the back, she never came back when I inquired I was told she went to lunch at that point manager came in and said everybody had to leave to many customer in the store. I had a very bad experience and I contacted somebody higher about the way customer are handled at this store. I dread going back, to rude, yo nasty, no knowledge or proper training, to much chatting among themselves to wait on customers.

Awful experience. Sat for over 45 minutes before being assisted,.. and I was the first in queue. They are severely understaffed and under trained. Very unorganized. No one seamed interested in helping and all the employees had a “I don’t want to be here” demeanor. Once I got a rep to help, within a few minutes they had to run in the back room with no real reason why.... I just left. Would never go back. If possible go online or call customer service. Place was a mess.

Went in with my handset no longer displaying Caller ID info for incoming calls. Judd was familiar with the problem: he tested the handset by programming his number into the contact list, called the handset. Noting the result, he explained about the application causing the problem and instructed me regarding disabling it. Another call showed that the problem was solved!Judd is very knowledgeable and patient, and is the A T & T representative to look for at this location!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10+ at the At&t store in Aiken, SC. I didnt receive the phone until Thur 04/25 because it had to be ordered. I had no problem with that. I tried charging my phone the same night I received the phone and it didnt work. Went back to the same At&t store the following day and waited for over 30 mins (never greeted or acknowledged by anyone in the store by the way) so I left and came back AGAIN that following Saturday. The representative tried to give me some scratched up charger from the back of the store but I told her I need a brand new one bc this phone is brand new and she says I dont know what to tell you and refers me to Samsung. Called Samsung and they promised to send me out a new charger that I still havent received and today is Wed 05/15. I was told at the time of purchase if I have any problems with the phone to return it within 14 days. I literally came back the next day just to be ignored by EVERY rep in the store which forces me to have to make ANOTHER trip to the store just to be given rude cust service and pushed off to the manufacturer. No one should have to go through what Ive been through for a $1,000 phone that came with a defective charger. I guess quality cust service doesnt matter to At&t now that their Aiken, SC store has made their sale. I hope your company makes this right by doing the LEG WORK YOURSELVES and provide me with a BRAND NEW CHARGER for my BRAND NEW PHONE and not some used scratched up charger from the back of the store. Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years and Im EXTREMELY UPSET with the way Ive been treated as if this is my fault. Also, you need to fire EVERY individual that works for your Aiken, SC store bc all they do is play on the store tablets and get upset when they actually have to do their job and ASSIST customers. They really make At&t look bad. Im HIGHLY disgusted and appalled with this entire experience. Now I see why this company has loss several customers to other wireless carriers. Unbelievable.
