Ive enjoyed my service with the Richland ave location. The manager and employees are very helpful each time I come with an issue or problem that need to be fix. They are very kind ans always provide me and my wife with great customer service.

Keisha was amazing. Hadnt used the phone in a while and had issues getting a new one. She helped by calling customer service and getting the issues worked out. She went above and beyond and restored games and contacts. Very happy and will return soon.

I came here to switch my phone carrier from Verizon to cricket for my Google Pixel and I loved their customer service! The people there are sweet, understanding and quite humorous just to let you all know, and the process it took to transfer wasnt so long!The unlimited data plan for 4 lines is what I have right now. My mom said its about $90 or so for all of them, not a bad price at all! (wheras with Verizon, its like $45 a month or so for four lines for EACH LINE. $180 a month...)The service (reception) is amazing as well on data! High speed and downloads whatever I want very fast. I would definitely recommend all of my friends to switch to cricket today. ♡

Ashley and Liuis were awsome at this store. As ten out of ten. They knew all the rate plans and helped me choose the right one. They helped me choose just the right phone, gave me excellent technical support and made my jump from Verizon a painless experience. I also loved the excellent signal strength and low prices that Cricket has to offer!

Find some better workers, went in there and waited and waited, while the guy who was suppose to help me next talked on the phone and when the other guy got done with his customer instead of waiting on me next he started helping others customers who came in after me, and i just had one simple question to ask, the boy acted like i made him nervous are something! Then he didnt even answer my question i asked he just walked off from me while i was still talking!!! Rude!!
