Aiken Ice Cream is the best ice cream shop in the area! I love an ice cream shop which makes their own ice cream from scratch and their own cones. Aiken ice cream does both of these things well.When we walked in the store, we were greeted by an employee who was rolling fresh waffle cones. The fresh waffle cones make the store smell great. We had never been there before and she was able to answer all of our questions about the different flavors and the shop.My wife had the Oreo ice cream and I had the Whiskey Road. Both flavors were great. The ice cream was perfect, sweet and not too fatty. The waffle cones were also good; classic waffle cones, nothing fancy. Also, they have non-dairy flavors for those who are avoiding dairy in their diets! Thats a pretty nice touch.I wish there was an ice cream shop like this in Augusta but Ill definitely stop in any time I go to Aiken!

Aiken Ice Cream has the most amazing home made ice cream. If you like coffee ice cream, this place has the best I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot of coffee ice cream. Of course all of the ice cream is awesome. They also have a flavor, Whiskey Road, which I assume is unique to Aiken, that is pretty unique in its self, and incredible tasting. They stay open till 9 most nights, making a great place to walk to for a light dessert after eating a meal in the Alley. If you like ice cream you have to check Aiken Ice Cream.

Delicious icecream and nice and clean. Also I learned that they are about to add a Deli sandwich bar.

I havent been, passed by there on my Bicycle. Will go there soon. It appears to be nice. The only reason it only has one star is because I havent been there.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. They make all of their own ice-cream. Your regular flavors, but some specialty ones as well. Cant wait to try more of the specially flavors!

Decided to check out this new ice cream place. So glad i did. The coffee ice cream was sooo good. Ill be going back for more. My niece loved the superhero ice cream. Her new favorite flavor.

Absolutely the best homemade ice cream Ive ever tasted and located in this adorably eccentric location! The owner operator is passionate about her product- I should know, shes family. Seriously, delish- check it out!!

The Oreo and lemon flavors were excellent. They make their own sprinkles too!

Im giving 3 stars bc the ice cream was delicious, but it took forever to get any whip cream bc she obviously didnt know what she was doing and sprayed cream liquid all over our ice cream. To top it off, she didnt even have any sprinkles. My wife and kids were disappointed since we were looking for a nice ice cream parlor all wk and settled on this place, plus only a few flavors when it seemed like on the website there were many. Could be nice if she (which I believe to be the owner) knew anything more than how to make ice cream.

Wonderful ice cream shop that recently opened in downtown Aiken. I had the Orange Cardomom and the non-dairy Chocolate. Their Orange Cardomom is hands-down my favorite ice cream ever - from anywhere! The non-dairy Chocolate is made with coconut milk, and tastes exactly like a Mounds bar; the texture was also much creamier than any other non-dairy ice cream Ive tried. My friend had the Oreo ice cream, and it was the most richly flavored, creamy cookiesncream Ive tried. I cant wait to go back and try more flavors!

She has the best icecream i have ever had. It has so much flavor and is different from any ice cream ive ever tried.... it also doesnt upset my stomach like some ice cream does and the owner is super nice and welcoming. You can tell she pours her heart and soul into making this icecream.
