Strawberry Shortcake was good. It didn’t have the ordinary sugary strawberry sauce, much richer.

Young kid with his huge wad of gum was such a turn off telling a customer he didnt give her the wrong ice cream was enough for us leave. Didnt even order and the selections were lame. Terrible store, nothing like the ColdStone they are trying to be.

This location ask you to wear a mask not one person has a mask on including the employees. Employees are not wearing gloves they are going from touching money to touching your food and not washing their hands. Tables are covered in ice cream and dont look like they have been wipe down.

First time in SC, friend took us here for ice cream. Large selection of different flavors and choices.

Me and my daughter are having to sit outside in a long line like we are at Six Flags and there are 4 people working inside. I understand it’s Mother’s Day but this is ridiculous and shows lack of customer service. I called the store to see what the issue was to determine if we needed to go someplace else but nobody is answering the phone. This is absolutely absurd we having been standing in line for 30 mins. You have to get some faster employees in here immediately. The Summer is here and they are too slow to keep up with the flow of traffic.

The only place in town where you can buy rainbow ice cream for your little girl. This is always our final stop when we have a day out.

My son and I have loved this place since we moved to SC!!! We try to visit atleast twice a month. They have the sweetest, kindest staff ever!! Not to mention fantastic ice cream! Cold Stone Creamery ain’t got nothing on this hometown ice cream shop😁

I’m going to give this place a 2 only because the ice cream is really good but other than that customer service was wack!! We came in with 5 people there were only two other people in front of us they got their ice cream and went and sat down . Now we are standing in there with no help! Two other girls walked to the back and one girl had her back turned to us the whole entire time making waffle cones ! Heard us talking about not getting help and still didnt even help or have the courtesy to say someone would be with you. Two other ppl walked in and the girl came from the back and immediately helped them !! They left and now we’re complaining and all of a sudden we can get help now. Smh. We were 5 people deep it’s hard to miss us so I don’t know why we wasnt helped off the back I don’t want to say it was a race thing but it definitely felt like it because once they start helping us you can tell they didn’t want to. It’s a Great place to get ice cream from but customer service definitely sucks!

We visited Marble Slab Creamery on July 1, 2020. The website indicated the store/restaurant as closed. We called to confirm the status and did not get an answer. A few minutes later we received a call from Marble Slab Creamery confirming they were open at they did not answer the phone when we called as they were serving customers at the time I called.Now, as far as the product and service, YES, I RECOMMEND and will return to Marble Slab Creamery in the future. The ice cream is outstanding. The service is excellent.

Good ice cream shoppe for the sweet tooth in all of us. Very popular with the locals, especially the high school students. Their outdoor patio is great to hang out on during the warm months.

Oh! Their ice cream is the BEST. I SELECTED A BUTTER PECAN FLAVOR ICE CREAM. They scoop it up and place it on the marble slab. Then (at my request) they added delicious caramel topping, and mixed it all together, then put it in a waffle cone!!! Mmmmm, so good. Definitely an enjoyable experience!!

Reopen. But they could be better at cleaning tables. Inside and outside ones keep getting used but no one is wiping or cleaning them after each use or even ever couple times

Overall, I had a great experience with the staff. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was super disappointed in the waffle bowl that I was given. It was so stale that I honestly couldnt eat it. It wouldnt break apart and had a very rubbery texture. I dont feel comfortable trying it again in the future.

Sorry to even give this rating but the associate just finished ringing up another customer and started making my banana split with his bare hands. Had it been scooping ice cream I would have overlooked it but he was handling the peeled banana with ungloved hands which is not acceptable. I left the restaurant rather than shame him in front of the other customers. Thinking I’ll try Flanagans now.

This place can get busy, however we have never had a bad experience from any of the waitstaff. They try to get through customers quickly, however the nature of having adding mix-ins to ice cream takes time. I am a fan of their shakes, especially since you can add Heath bars to them for a little crunch while you drink. We have been trying to cut back as we would go a couple times a week. Well definitely be back and would suggest it to anyone. Join their club for $5 off your purchase.

They must pick anybody to be the manager. She was so unprofessional. The banana for our banana split was green. She put nuts when we didnt ask for them. She had an attitude and scraped the nuts off. She was pissed and slamming stuff when I asked her to fix it over. You could clearly see the nuts were still there. Such a bad experience.

The ice cream is fresh and there are plenty of toppings to choose from to be mixed in. The staff is always friendly. A good place for an ice cream. Well be back!

I went in Marble Slab on Wednesday and asked the owner if there was anyway possible they could make me a red velvet ice cream cake for my sons 18th birthday. I believe he saw the desperation in my eyes and worked overtime to get it done by 3:00 the next day. Im retired Air Force, my job in the AF was running customer service for all of Andrews base. Lovely place. All the employees are sweet. Lots of great flavors to choose from. All ice cream is made in store. My daughter lived all the mix-ins. Haha.

I ordered a small vanilla with reeses cups added in. It wasnt reeses cups. It was heath bar, but the young lady behind the counter said I was wrong. I asked to talk to the manager after speaking to the young man behind the counter as well. The manager fixed the issue after finding that heath bar had accidentally been added to the reeses container. I guess the saying that the customer is always right proved out with this. Cant believe they didnt even check until I got the manager involved.
