If I could give them less then 1 star I would. This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I called the. up to see if I could match up a reverse thread bolt that I broke with one that they may have and because it was a Husqvarna they wouldnt even help me. They acted like Husqvarna came up with some magical measurement that no one else uses. They couldnt even bother to try and help me. Ive always know they were poor, but this will be the last time I waste my time dealing w them!

Saw a ad on Facebook about a tractor with trailer package. I messaged Dan to ask if they are a dealer and about in interested in a package like posted, I was ignored twice! I call the next morning and spoke to someone in tractor sales and was told that they are sold out and he can’t help. No problem! What got me is that the gentleman decided to not help when I asked “can they get more inventory or do they know any time frame on new inventory” he simply said, “buddy, just call your local dealer.There’s nothing i can do” I simply just wanted to be steered in the right direction.. best of luck but looking at the other reviews. I’m not the only one

Rude. No customer relationship skills.I made my 4th and final trip into this facility yesterday.1st trip (June 2020) - With my minimal experiences with tractors, I had questions about the tractor & implements I needed. This was going to be a large purchase and I didnt want to regret my purchase. Sales staff was too busy and didnt seem to want to take time to answer my questions. I ended up reaching out to the Orangeburg, SC dealership to help with my research. Now Im ready to purchase.2nd trip (June 2020) - Attempted to get pricing on a L4701, rotary mower, box blade & disc harrow. I was told Dan was busy/unavailable and he was the only one that could provide pricing. A couple days later I called the business & still no success. I was essentially forced to purchase from the Orangeburg, SC dealership.3rd trip (April 2021) - Im now in the market for a 6 tiller. No luck. No tillers available, probably due to COVID.4th trip (September 2021) - Im now in the market for a Finish Mower. I emailed Orangeburg, SC to get a quick price. I then called the Aiken dealership to get a price and availability. Ended up being 10% higher, so I called Dan and left a voice mail and asked if he would sell me the mower he had at the lower price that Orangeburg offered. I never received a call back. I decided to pay them a visit.As soon as I mentioned a possible price match. They replied absolutely not. The 2 sales guys must have been ready and waiting on me to come in because they were in unison with their response. All i could do is respond with was Really!! No effort to keep me as a customer.I understand some dealerships dont sell as much volume and the inability to price match some times, but these guys were irritated and wanted no part in my business.Once again I was forced to take my business to Orangeburg. Me being a small business owner myself and the importance of customer relations, I wish these guys luck and hope it dont run out.

They’ve had our tractor for two weeks and when we called to check the status Jason was very rude! Still not been serviced but the customer service was horrible! We are paying you to do a service in a tractor that was purchased from Holly and to get treated that rude is beyond uncalled for! We will not be doing service there any more!! If it will take a couple of weeks to get in that’s ok just let us know ahead of time but to be treated like we are a problem!!! No that is unacceptable!

I can’t talk bad about there work however I can the customer service. Dropped Chain Saw off on November 11th to have it serviced and cleaned and sharpen chain. Called December 10th and the guy said there are 2 tickets ahead of yours. No problem it was thanksgiving so no worries. Go in December 22 guy at the counter was there asked how my saw was coming along he looks threw his paperwork says your 2 tickets out shouldn’t be much longer. Do Huh? So guess my point is this isn’t away you so business in my option. Piss poor and they didn’t even care or try to make me feel welcome. Will not be going back there again

I just visited holly tractor today. In a word: arrogance. If you need a stihl product, go to derrick equipment the john deere dealer across the street. They are a lot more customer oriented.

Very nice place and atmosphere. Had tractor serviced had to bring back because of grease fitting breaking. But there was no hassle. I will be back there with my tractor again.

Every thing was as stated in the contract. The tool box was missing from the trailer. Our salesman was up front called to order 6 weeks out. Went to Lowes at his request choosing the one we wanted. So far all has been good. Plan to buy more implements from themWould recommend to the home owner and companies.

A small family run business which sells Kubota Mowers and Tractors for commercial coustomers. They have a service department. John the salesman had the LOWEST price of ALL the dealer on the South East cost.

Worst customer service ever! Husband drop off Lawn Mower a month and half ago. Never work on it always a different excuse why! We garage kept the Lawn Mower they left it out in the weather and now NOT only did they not work on it but now it has rust spots. Worst Customer Service Ever. Never in answer on WHY it was not work on! Go somewhere else!

My Company has dealt with Holley Tractor for Years and Today I called and was Told that they had seven customers at the counter and didnt have time to take care of Me. We will be severing all ties with this Establishment. I did find the Help that I needed at J & B Tractor in Augusta, Ga. The Lady that Helped me was Sue Wommer and said that she runs the parts counter by herself everyday. Kudos to Sue Wommer. I had to give one Star in order to post comment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner does not know how to treat a customer ( his livelihood ), very nasty to customers. Not a good place to do business. Should have his Kubota dealership taken away

Purchased my first Brand New Kubota tractor from them. Biggest mistake of my life. Tractor was delivered with rust on it and was almost 2 quarts low on hydraulic fluid. Month and a half later, still awaiting resolution. Worst after the sale service ever.
