I had to take my car here after an accident and I was really impressed by the level of service. After I got my car back it looked as good as new! I can’t say much about the pricing because I did not compare it to other places but it seemed reasonable to me and it was easy and quick to get a quote for repairs.

My car ended up needed a lot of work. My door needed replaced and repainted, my rear axel needed replaced, and a shim kit needed to be put in. Caliber Collision was very thorough in their process. They had to special order some parts and made sure everything came as quickly as possible. They always kept me up to date on the process and how my car was doing. It took a little bit longer than expected, but it was because they made sure everything was 100% before they gave my car back. Which i appreciated because in the past I have had my cars repaired and have had to bring it back because something wasnt done right or missed. Caliber Collision did whatever it took to make sure my car was fixed correctly and even consulted specialist where needed. They even called to make sure everything was running perfectly after my car was picked up. Very professional, very kind, and will bring my car there for any future repairs!!!!

The repair work on my car is excellent and I really appreciate it it was returned to me very clean and they got all the glass that was on the inside of my car. We had a fender bender and in mist of that repair we found out about washer reservoir was damaged. Everything was taken care of there.once we got our car back we didn’t have to take it to another shop for repair. Everything was explained prior to any action

Jim Smith did an incredible job taking care of my vehicle! They were very timely, and had great communication throughout the entire process of fixing my car from an accident. Nobody likes to need to go to the body shop, but they make the process simple, and as pain free as possible. They always keep you up to date on progress (even with pictures of your car on their website). They do excellent work, my car came back looking brand new. And most importantly, are very friendly and helpful through the whole thing. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I need something done, Ill go to Nagys.

The Best.I was recently involved in a hit and run and left to the mercies of my insurance company. Theyre response was to total the car and give me a third of the real worth of the car, a 1998 Toyota Avalon in immaculate condition. I ended up turning down any settlement from them and taking the car to Nagys and paying for the repairs myself. Nagys crack team old schooled the repair meaning they straightened the metal instead of replacing it and returned the car to its previous glory. I believe i can get another 100K miles out of this car and that I owe it to NagysThe staff was courteous and easy to work with and delivered on-time and the car looks like new. Ill go again if, heaven forbid, I need collision services again.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Nagy’s of green. It was the best car repair experience I have had in my life. I was hit both another driver whose insurance was very difficult to work with. Nagys dealt with the insurance and made the process painless for me. Not only did the repair job look as good, if not better than, new but they also kept the amount right at the quoted value and finished my repairs a day earlier than expected. Megan at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. Stop looking for a body shop and go to nagys!

Very poor experience overall, I took my car there after it was involved in an accident on July 2nd. I expected a delay with the holiday coming up and was okay with it. However, after 5 weeks of hearing nothing from them I began to call them regularly trying to get updates on my car. I finally came in contact with a manager and he promised a gift card when my car was done for the lack of communication on their end. After that conversation with the manager communication got better. Although communication did improve it took another three weeks to get my car because they missed parts and kept getting delayed. When I arrived to pick up my car there was a mistake with the paint that needed buffed out so I had to wait an additional thirty minutes. It took a total of 8 weeks to get my car back and never even received the gift card I was promised, overall it was a very frustrating and poor experience.

A slight fender bender. Scratches, broken headed light, tip of fender creased, etc. Boomer, Megan, and crew went above and beyond. They did far more repair than I thought they would. Their attention to detail is amazing and they made my garage queen look brand new! Thank you.
