Body shop managwrd got fooled by criminal gave away my car illegally to a person. Who was arrested charged for attacking me multiple times. Did not verify w state farm that car was ok ti be released with me oy though was a protected claim then has refused to even speak to me or help me or even call rental company on my behalf a total lower will be sued soon.no one else at Montrose Ford would help me just put me on hold refused toes me speak with anyone in charge avoid this body shop and dealership Ike the plague and lots werent wearing masks appropriately or at all or maintained social distancing and hand sanitization sneezed into hands did not sanitization or wash. Uggg.

This shop was professional, courteous, and moves expeditiously to alleviate the pain of your collision! Julie at the front desk was great and engaging, Rachel (my estimator) was also positive and great and made me feel very welcomed and taken care of.My only concern was immediately handled by the production manager, Jimmy, and I left with a smile on my face and my baby back in one piece again!Thank you guys so much!!!!!

This is without the easiest place to work with for auto collision repair. It is very convenient because there is an Enterprise Auto rental onsite. They do excellent work and there is a lifetime guarantee on all of the work they do. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I took my Fusion in to have the interior detailed. When they were finished the interior looked great until I noticed the left edge of the steering wheel. I could tell that about three inches of the smooth leather had been hit by something rough and was severely abraded (see photo). I asked for the manager to come out & look at it and he had the nerve to say I brought it in that way. A completed pre-service checklist form for obvious interior spots needing special attention that THEY completed didnt mention it...because THEY did the damage. After the manager came out, the form disappeared off my passenger seat. He refused to take responsibility and refused to replace my steering wheel that they damaged.

I called at the beginning of the week to schedule something to get an estimate on my car. I was told on the phone to come anytime on Wednesday. I took off work. When I got there first thing in the morning they told me they didn’t have time for a walk-in. Don’t count on this place to get you in even if you call ahead.

Customer Service is non-existent! Rude receptionist who states her boss would go off on her for not finishing her data entry, so I could stand and wait till she was free without greeting me.Quality of work is shoddy at best, be prepared to be lied to as well.They claimed to have washed the car prior to picking it up, however the shop used salvaged parts on our vehicle, complete sticker lining of a dog sticker on the window from dirt and grime, scratches on the door handle and orange peel all over the handles. Used to be a good place...not anymore!!

As a new comer to the northern Ohio state area, I was pretty hesitant about whether to use one-stop service from the insurance company, or just to be paid for the estimate and repair my car separately.But, after a little research on the internet, I decided to choose the Montrose Collision Center and use the one-stop service there. The fix was awesome in every detail and they even provided the life-time warranty for the fix.I am quite satisfied at my decision to have visited 25 miles away office from home. And I am considering that even when I need to change my insurance company later, I will choose one that is connected with this collision center.

I had repair work done on my car in 2011. I had extensive damage to the entire right side. Fast forward to this year. My repair came with a LIFETIME warranty for as long as I owned the car. Recently the paint to one of my doors started fading. Initially, I wrote it off as wear and tear as my car was getting older. However, I noticed that it was only the door that was replaced. I contacted Montrose Collision and was less than pleased with the customer service of the staff there. Reluctantly, they had me come in (a 35 minute drive) to have it looked at. Two men inspected my car and determined that the shop had failed to put a tape on the door during the initial repair. They agreed to fix it “as a courtesy.” They said they would call me when the tape came in. They took my phone number. I waited. 6 weeks went by. No call. I called them and was told the tapes were sent back and they called my old number. I gave the correct number again and they were to order the tapes again. I was told it would be a day or two. A week a half went by, no return call. I called them again. They didn’t have the tapes, but they would order them. I spoke with Jim, the manager regarding a loaner vehicle as it would be “a day or two” for repairs. At this point, I was told I “waited too long.” Jim used words such as “negligence” and even made the comparison between me noticing the corrosion and putting it together that it was the door they “fixed” to a chest pain patient who has chest pain and doesn’t go to the doctor. Whose at fault? The patient or the doctor?As a nurse Jim, if the doctor didn’t complete the procedure correctly (as your shop didn’t if we’re comparing apples to oranges here) and as a result, the patient developed chest pain, then the doctor is STILL at fault. Especially if said patient did contact the doctor 3 times in an 8 week period (as I contacted your office.)When I requested a loaner vehicle, low and behold.. they could do the work in under an hour as opposed to the 1-2 days I was previously told. The tapes are clearly visible on my car, the work rushed. The air leak in my door, completely unaddressed.Prepare to wait, well past your appointment time (25 min for me today.)Be prepared for condescending attitudes.I wouldn’t take my bicycle to this body shop again.

I recently filed my first insurance claim after striking a deer; and though I had prepared myself for what I believed would be a horrible experience, Montrose Collision in cooperation with State Farm was nothing short of amazing. Every detail was covered with minimum interruption to my families daily life; estimate, rental car service, routine updates, and a final product that was showroom quality. A great team to work with!

The staff is accommodating and friendly, the inspection, repairs and costs are clearly and well explained, the shop procedures are efficient and easy to comprehend, and onsite car rental really adds to the overall convenience of this repair shop. They should get 6 stars but thats impossible. I mean the only downside is that I DID in fact have to pay them, but I wont hold that against them.But seriously my car came out of there looking great, and they even went above and beyond by washing it and vacuuming out the interior (which was in deep need of a cleaning) so by the time I got it back it almost felt like a new car! Id swear it even drives better now, but thats probably a placebo effect of sorts.

I was very pleased with my experience, especially in light of the accident that led me to need repairs in the first place. Insurance was a breeze too, no hassle.

HAD PREVIOUSLY GOTTEN REPAIRS MADE TO A BUMPER ON MY WIFES NISSAN ROGUE AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE REAIRS AND WITH THE HELP OF THE STAFF.HOWEVER OUR SECOND VISIT WITH ANOTHER ISSUE WAS NOT SO PLEASANT.THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN A HEAVY COLLISION AND HAD TO BE TOWED TO COLLIAION CENTER.MY ORIGINAL CONCERNS WERE FRAME DAMAGEFIRST OFF THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. MY WIFE AND I HAD TO CALL AND GET UPDATES. THE COUNTER HELP WAS NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER AND EXTREMELY RUDE.THE YOUNGER LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEED TO BE REEVALUATED AS SHE MAKES IT HER POINT TO VERBALLY ABUSE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY DONT THINK WERE LISTENING. AND HAS A TERRIBLE MOODWE DEALT WITH JORDAN THE ENTIRE TIME AND HE DID HIS VERY BEST TO KEEP MY WIFE AND I UPDATED. WERE AWARE HES PROBALY BUSY BUT ATLEAST ALLOW ONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES KEEP US UPDATED. OUR ISSUE ISNT WITH HIM ITS WITH THE YOUNG LADY AND THE QUALITY OF REPAIRS.MONTROSE GOT OUR VEHICLE ON AUGUST 2,2019 AND STARTED THE ASSESMENT QUICKLY.WITHIN A DAY OR TWO THEY STARTED REPAIRS.ONCE WE FINALLY GOT THE VEHICLE BACK AUGUST 23,2019 I MET WITH JORDAN AND WE TEST DROVE TOGETHER. IMMEDIATELY I NOTICED THE ALIGNMENT WAS OFF AND MY TALK WITH HIM WAS THE FRAME DAMAGED. HE STATED NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE FRAME, THEN WHEN BACK AT THE SERVICE LOCATION I INSPECTED THEIR REPAIRS AND WAS EXTEREMELY DISAPOINTED. JORDAN WENT TO GRAB ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHOM I ASSUMING IS THE SHOP MANAGER WHO CAME OUT WITH DISGUST AND INSPECTED MY CONCERNS AND AFTER EVERY ITEM I POINTED OUT THAT WAS WRONG HIS RESPONSE WAS OK WHAT ELSE NOW THATS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AS IM ALSO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WITH SUCH EXPIERENCE HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISGUSTED THAT THERE SHOULD BE ANYTHING WRONG. ON OUR LONG TRIP MY WIFE NOTICED THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS OFF BUT YET AGAIN AND AS SHE CLOSELY INSPECTED THE REPAIRED AREA SHE NOTICED SOME PAINT RUNS ON A PLASTIC PANEL WHICH I MISSED AS SHE KNOWS HER VEHICLE BETTER THAN MY SELF. AGAIN MY CONCERNS ARE FRAME DAMAGE WHICH THEY SWEAR UP AND DOWN THAT THERE ISNT ANYTHING WRONG AND THEY STATE I JUST NEEDED STRUTS TO FIX THE ALIGNMENT. THE VEHICLE HAD NO CONCERNS PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. I JUST FEEL AS IF THEIR HIDING SOMETHING.IM VERY HESITANT TO CONTACT MONTROSE COLLISION CENTER AGAIN AS I POTENTIALLY MAY HAVE TO DEAL WITH LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER AGAIN. Montrose did a great job fixing my tiburon. Not a single bit of hassle there. It was done in the time frame quoted even with a slight issue. Geico on the other hand... bleh. Keep up the great work guys and if anyones looking for a body shop this is the place to go. Great staff all smiles and even my dog liked em haha

I was the claimant in a rear-end collision. The insured (girl who hit me) has insurance through Geico. So, Geico sent me to one of their approved collision centers where an employee of theirs inspected my vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with Montrose Collision Centers inspection of my vehicle. They stated no damage and refused coverage (with no explanation as to why) for a clear dent to my bumper caused by said accident. Geicos inspector (Victor) even had the nerve to laugh in his voicemail to me informing me of no damage and Geicos refusal for coverage. He also was very snide and sarcastic in his comments to me when leaving voicemails on my phone. I will not recommend this collision center to anyone and will be obtaining an attorney to dispute Geicos lack of assumption for fault in this incident. Horrible customer service by the girl at the front desk as well. She displayed a very uncalled-for sarcastic and rude attitude toward me and was incredibly unhelpful.
