Very disappointed with quality, professionalism. Accurate replaced the windshield on my 2008 Honda Civic a week ago. The installation was not good- it was obviously rushed, and they left sealant/adhesive on my hood and roof, left a mess in my driveway and car, and didnt replace trim- the old trim is now loose and clips showing. I called Accurate on Monday, advised them of problem- owner Jay is going to call you right back. Now Friday, no response whatsoever. On a positive note, Tara, who scheduled appointment was very helpful. Thats the only good thing I can say at this point...

They came recommended by our dealer. They were very accommodating and thorough. They worked well with our insurance company. They also had the truck completely done within an hour! We were expecting a longer time frame and were surprised by that. When we picked up, everything looked just as it did prior to the damage! My husband was highly stoked over the fact that they put a Mopar windshield with all the exact, same detail and emblems.Our family will definitely use them for future occurrences - should they be needed.

Excellent Customer Service. Tara and the team efficiently corrected an issue another glass company caused by incorrectly installing my windshield in Virginia. The windshield was not properly sealed causing air and moisture to enter the vehicle while it was driven, and to top it off the incorrect moldings were installed. Huge thank you for Accurate Auto Glass correcting these issues for me and at a more than reasonable cost.

These guys rock! I just found my new go to organization for any auto glass issues I have. I live in Streetsboro and will gladly drive the 35 minute drive to Coventry to utilize their services. They saw me today despite an extremely busy schedule. They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the “Regulator“ had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn’t ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! I’m a fan.

None of them wore masks there! My husband was very careful for 11 months and to encounter no masks was not acceptable. He said something the person was not professional at all. And there was no one in charge there. They were also inside car without mask.

I called ahead to explain I had an old work truck with rust around the windshield seal. I was told no problem, but there would be no guarantees it wouldnt leak and I agreed to that. When I got there, the tech took me back and explained there would be no guarantees and again, I agreed. 10 Minutes later he takes me back again and has removed the seal exposing the rust, he points it out and AGAIN, we agree on no guarantee. 10 minutes later, after now fully removing the actual windshield, I was told they were now REFUSING to put the new one in. After THREE confirmations we were doing the work! I was then made to drive my truck in the rain, with no windshield, to a local body shop and ran up another $350.00 in body work. Why did Accurate Auto Glass even take the windshield job? They shouldve simply refused the work and sent me on my way rather than leave me stranded with NO CHOICE NOW but to run the tab up getting body work done. A $200.00 windshield, on a 20 year old work truck, turned into a $550.00 mess after being told 3 times, by 2 different people, were going to do the work but just no guarantees. HERES THE KICKER: They told me they would call me the moment it was done. After waiting in a local coffee shop for hours, I decided to walk to the body shop only to be told, Oh they left hours ago, your truck has long been done. They never even bothered to tell me my truck was done knowing I was waiting on it. HERES THE DOUBLE KICKER: Even after spending $350.00 more on their recommendation, my receipt still clearly says, No Guarantees. That should speak volumes to anyone considering using this business as to their level of integrity.

My last review was great. Not this time though. I cant believe that these people dont know how to install a windshield without damaging the inside top of my dashboard and their inability to line up the windshield correctly.Dont go here for your newer model RAV4. Now im going to have to pay another glass company to fix what they should have warranteed, as well as find somewhere to replace/repair the top of my dash.Last review was based on bogus information given to me by them that my windshield was in and wasnt going anywhere, or at least by Jay (real name is John) the owner.This should be a warning to anyone else attempting to use this company. Using names other than their real names is very suspect.Additionally my sensors for my lane keep assist have been off for nearly a year and now are much closer to normal.And now I also have cowl seals on the left and right that wont stay down and scratches up on the inside of my cowl next to the windshield.

Ask questions because they wont tell you. Went in today for a window replacement on our 2016 Chevy Silverado. They completed the job in 30 minutes and sent me away . When I got in the truck I see two large pieces of tape. Had to call back and ask when the tape can be removed. The answer was about an hour should be fine. I also asked them to put on the new wipers I just purchased at Advanced Auto Parts (called before I came and they confirmed they would put them on, and they said yes), well the guys took the blades out looked at the truck and came back in and said these dont fit. So I went back to Advanced Auto parts and they put them on in 5 mind. So basically no one wanted to take the time to do it or to explain to me the process of letting the tape dry. The guy at Afvanced Auto Parts explained it to me, thankfully before I ripped off the tape. Too bad Advanced Auto Parts doesnt install windshields otherwise id recommend them over these guys. Too concerned with getting you out the door.

Prompt courteous service on site. They came on time as promised and replaced my windshield, installed an OEM one and you cant tell they ever did anything which is the goal. Highly recommended for glass replacement in the Akron area!

Great customer service!! Called in for quote about 9am after having my passenger window broken by a thief. Paid full price 175 after tax which was what I was quoted. They were able to make me an appointment at 12:30pm nearly 3 hours away, fast service. Instalatio was quick and job looks great!! Top of the line company. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Our insurance company tried to have us book with Safelite. They wanted to charge us $995 for our back windshield. We chose to call around and Accurate quoted us with $260+ tax. I couldnt believe the price difference and thought something was wrong, but we booked anyway. 30 minutes later, our van was as good as new and it was indeed $260! Ill never call safelite for anything in my life!!!

DO NOT GO.1. They damage your vehicle2. They dont match tint3. They have a kid working learning how to make repairs at your expense. They damange your vehicle.We made 4 trips. FOUR. First they improperly installed the window. Then They broke our door handle(tried to pass it off as glued back together) and then screwed up the electronics in the door.They were rude and unaccountable the entire time. Go somewhere else. This place will cost you.

The back window of my car shattered due to my defroster shorting out. I was referenced here by Tallmadge Collision Center. The staff was very professional on the phone and in person. My car is older and has corrosion issues. They took my car to the neighboring body shop to losen the screws at no extra charge to me. The work was well done and the staff took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction with very competative pricing. I would have no hesitation taking my car back for future needs.

I brought in an 04 E350 work van not worth my time to do myself vs $208.16 here. Michelle was very nice on the phone last Thursday, she ordered in the windshield and set the appointment for Monday at 8:00. Up until coming in I was rather pleased being a reasonable price and just a few blocks from my shop. By chance I also knew Bill from past experiences so I thought I was in good hands.I was 12 minutes early and a worker grabbed my keys as I hit the door. While waiting an hour and a half for a 20 minute job an employee entered the waiting area and made a huge deal over a small amount of anarobic sealer he kept referring to as undried silicone and a small amount of rust in the window channel . All of which is to be expected in this business on used vehicles needing a windshield.I bought the van used and it happened to be this way, as a temporary work vehicle its a non-issue. This worker insulted me as if I was to blame for using the incorrect sealer he didnt know enough to identify but talked down to me about the windshield falling out and how the van needed to go to a bodyshop etc... All of which is completely false and not worth the investment on such a vehicle.Guess what, I happen to be in the auto restoration business specializing in metal work and have been installing automotive glass for over 30 years. Not being an expensive antique, classic or sports car I figured taking it to a regular glass shop would be a quick solution. I tried to explain this and if necessary would pay extra for the job due to the small amount of additional cleaning and urethane required... The worker appeared again running his mouth noting I would not get a warranty and started talking down to me about adhesion issues. Being such a big production I questioned if this person had the proper tools like a rubber eraser wheel, wire wheel or Roloc Scotchbrite discs specifically made for these type of jobs. This finally shut him up and I was apologized to several times by other staff that witnessed this happen both times.As I explained to Michelle, I always think about if I can send my wife, mother or sister to a shop and have them receive respect and honest service. I now know this is not the case here and can not recommend the poor quality work done or the rude, dishonest and clearly inexperienced worker(s) currently employed there.# A little research has revealed the person I had the problem with is actually John, the owner of Accurate Auto Glass to my amusement. Please review all of the other reports of damage to customer vehicles, improperly installed windshields/windows that leaked/cracked and were met with the same ridiculous behavior and no warranty of the poor quality work before you are the next victim. I should of done the same before making the mistake of trying them.* Update...Windsheild installed on Monday... first rain since and of course it leaks. So I was disrespected by a person not competent enough to clean/squeeze urethane on a channel and plop in a piece of glass. Again please review all other accounts so you are aware this is not a one time occurance. Also any shop that doesnt warranty work done doesnt have faith in its own abilities and should be avoided.

Went here over the weekend to have my windshield replaced. They told me my appointment was at 8:00, so I dropped it off there at 8:00 and was told my appointment was not until 9:00. Then they offer $75 off any deductible, the guy almost billed me for my full deductible. I had to remind him and he seemed surprised and asked if thats what I was told, its actually posted on theyre sign. But the best part is today driving to work I couldnt see anything because my windshield washer refused to spray. Took it to the shop and had them look at it, turns out after replacing my windshield they forgot to reconnect my line. So it actually was spraying all over my engine bay including my trucks PC board.I wasnt thrilled by my experience, the people are nice enough, but when your sole job is to install windshields you should probably make sure you put everything back together.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I paid over 200 dollars to have the windshield replaced on my jeep. One week later there was wind coming through the molding and then the windshield cracked from a stress crack caused by improper installation. I immediately called the office and could not get anyone to return my phone call. I finally took the afternoon off work to personally go to the shop, only to be told I was out of luck. The owner of the company took one look at my vehicle and told me the stress crack was somehow my fault and that I must be a really unlucky person!!?? This company took advantage of me because I am a woman and any self respecting person would wisely chose another company. Trust me you will regret it. Good luck!

I called and tried to get a quote because of a thrown rock in the area. I have a semi and they were unable to help me even giving a Vin #. Not very accommodating in my opinion.

Very bad customer service. They sent out a guy 2 times to fix a windshield that THEY installed, and it still leaked. They chipped the paint. But on top of everything the owner was rude and told us old trucks use to leak from the factory
