Absolutely AMAZING quality, service, and price. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Dave beat everyone’s price, and the entire job was done in a few hours. He even wiped the dash clean. The quality of the glass (solar-controlled) is actually better than the OEM glass and is much clearer. Dave and Akron Auto Glass is my go-to from now on. He was actually recommended to me by a 5-star dealer in the area who solely uses his services, and I can see why… And he really is a great guy that takes time to explain everything about the job. I was looking for someone to do my repair work, I called collision companies many of them said that they use this company so I decided to check it out.I couldn’t be happier, reasonable pricing for high quality. The glass that’s not just going to crack because of a pebble.A lot of personality in this place, a company with a soul for sure.

They replaced my windshield for half the price of anyone else and got me in sooner than they could. The worker was very pleasant to deal with and guaranteed his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for glass work.

I have brought my car here twice to have chips in the windshield sealed. Both times, they did a fantastic job. The customer service and quality of work is unmatched. I know very little about cars and the owner described the process in detail and guaranteed his work. I drive further just to take my car here; I drive a lot for work so I anticipate several more chips. I dont stress bc Akron Auto Glass can do the work quickly on my schedule, good pricing and great service

Horrible experience. They installed a new windshield only to have damaged the car or incorrectly installed it. Had to go back 3 times, just to be told it was fixed. It wasn’t still makes noise.

Saved me hundreds instead of pocketing it.Get comfy, its story time:Leaving work, I noticed there is a good 6 crack in my windshield that must have got there on my way in and grew while I was working.Called the insurance company and they said glass stuff is all handled online.Hopped online and saw my policy would cover it if the windshield could be repaired or for a $500 deductible if it needed replaced.So, half-grand to fix something I didnt do.The insurance company recommended the guys at Akron Auto.I made an appointment and talked to Ed.By this time, the 6 crack was halfway across the windshield.Sure enough, it was too big for a repair. Ed did however say that instead of paying the $500, that the cost of the windshield and instillation would probably be around way less.On top of that, he called me back to tell me that the windshield I needed was an older one and that it would be cheaper than the newer ones with all the bells and whistles.Long story short, he could have not told me that and then charged me for more. He chose to save me a couple hundred bucks instead.Fast, friendly service. Good looking out! We need more businesses and more people like you guys!

Ive had them do the rear window seal on my 2000 ford ranger. All has been well, no leaks. Ive Had them put a windshield in my fiance 98 Corolla. All has been well, no leaks. I replaced my windshield with them on my 2008 Altima. Originally, all of the work was going to be covered by my insurance. As he replaced it, he found rust and the seal was almost completely gone along the top of the windshield. He spend an extra 2-3 hours fixing it up for me and said it was a gift. Would 100% reccomend this place.
