They get 5 stars for that.Their customer service- 2.5 stars.I had a legitimate problem with one set of dies from the bench mounted brake line flaring tool kit. When contacted about the issue, the tech service rep. from S.U.R. & R was playing the denial and disbelief card pretty heavily. They had a hard time believing that a certain set of dies got through QC being out of tolerance.So I went to NAPA where I bought the tool. I attempted to flare a line with out of spec dies in front of the manager (the line would not flare with this one set of dies. All the other dies in the kit were fine) and she had to convince them I was right. Took her about 2 hrs of conversing with them before they would let her give me another set of dies from another pack and gave her the okay to warranty the old ones. Great products (unless out of spec), but they need a lesson in humility and good customer service.
