We have been customers for around 6 years, through Costco. Was a good service until around April of this year. Started with deliveries being a day late. Progressed into just not showing up with no notice. Then the best of rescheduling delivery day with no notice. Then from bi-weekly to monthly with no communication. We went about a month paying to rent the cooler with no water. All the calls to Georgia call center were useless. We have decided to cancel and go with a local company who will be installing a tankless cooler that uses RO filter system, for considerably less per month. We have been given a date they are supposed to come pick up their equipment/empties.. although Im sure it will be yet another empty promise from Water com. Next step might be contacting the OH Attorney General regarding paying for services not rendered.Update:. After about another 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and more missed dates for equipment. They finally came and picked up their equipment. Now a month later we receive this notice in the mail. Good grief. Please avoid this company at all costs. Hopefully in a year or two they will be out of business.

This crystal spring water company is big joke. Very unprofessional,water not being delivered.Giving me the runaround with excuses.My 3 water bottles being sitting on my porch for 3 days and counting.The wait when I call its over an hour.When I signed up for delivery for 2/ 5 gallons biweekly,was told my fee was around $43.00.Am paying over $63.00 a month.Also their website most of the time its down.Am unable to get access to my account.Not long ago even their phones system was down for awhile and of course their website.What type of business is this.Why getting a business is they dont know how to run it to get the job done.Am cancelling,would never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy.Would highly recommend for people to stay away from this company and find a reputable spring water company somewhere else.

I am a new customer and have never seen such terrible service in my life!! I was setup the first time in July with cooler and 3 waters so they have not return to bring new water after many calls to customer care, which you are on hold for and hour or more. I am on my 6th call to them and my last call was to cancel and they cant even pick up equipment. Customer service says all branches arent like this one and they must be having staffing problems. They always indicate they are escalating to branch Manager but no one calls back and nothing changes. I just wanted water not sure how or why this became so difficult.

Water tastes awesome but delivery is incompetent. I gave them 3 chances to deliver correctly, they fumbled each time. Who would have known delivering water could be so difficult. Customer service doesnt care...no one seemed to care about retaining customers, so im gone! Off to Culligan.

I wish I could say good things about them, but i cant. Our deliverers have never been right as we have 3 water coolers in the building and they continue to not deliver to one of them. Its now been over a MONTH where we have NOT had a delivery??? We are setup on bi-weekly schedule. I even setup a extra delivery once I found out we havent had a delivery and this was magically canceled without any communication. Come the next week when our originally scheduled delivery should take place, I get an email that our water has been delivered!! I run around the building and we got NOTHING. Here I am writing this while im on hold with customer service for over an hour to find out what is going on. This company is a joke and stay away. Well be locating a different provider

I have been a customer for a year. Initially it took several weeks for them to set up delivery. Then no issue until last month......they changed my delivery day without notifying me (I only found out when I called), then they missed the rescheduled date and have been missing ever since. I called today and was told Id get a call back from the Akron branch. Nothing so far. It seems I am too impatient as I expected a call the same day....was told that it takes at least 24 to 48 hours for a call back. Im at the point of cancelling this service.

No communication whatsoever about pricing/delivery fee changes.App shows I am supposed to be getting delivery in 2 days. Put out all empty bottles just to find out that they missed out again.Again no communication.Would be closing the account after 2 years.This is supposed to be a convenience than the frustration.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They simply dont deliver water when promised. Customer service is in Georgia and they could all care less. Week after week they failed to do thier job until I had no choice but to cancel.

I’m very disappointed in this company and their service. I haven’t had a delivery in over a month.They have had 2 payments from me and every time of go on the website it says I have a delivery oncoming up but it hasn’t come.I get the Robo calls and emails, but no delivery. And when I call they say they will schedule it for the next day…. But it never comes.I had such high hopes for this service, but I think I’ll have to return the equipment.I don’t recommend. I’m I’m also disappointed that Costco affiliates themselves with this company.

Worst delivery service.they missed 4 delivery dates and their excuses were short staffed or truck broke downInspite of being assured by the supervisor of a definite delivery date no one showed up nor did they have the courtesy to call

Our area were missed twice and only one mail informed us then didn’t get any follow up info. We had to call back to reschedule our delivery again and again.The unstable delivery quality is very inconvenient for us.We trusted Costco to choose Crystal spring, but it seems not a good experience.

Didnt receive last 3 deliveries. Called several times, emailed, and was promised reschedules that never showed. Called yet again, after spending an hour on hold to get to customer service, I gave up and cancelled service with them and went with another company.

Im canceling my account after 5 years of inconsistent service. I never know when or if Ill get a delivery. Customer service is a joke. Theyve delivered to the wrong address and charged me. So far theyve missed the last 3 delivery dates. Not worth the frustration!!

This is a good idea, but bad customer service.I was lied to by the representative from COSTCO. He stated that I would be able to schedule service at 5 pm because I will not get home from work until 5 pm. That didnt happen. He stated that someone would call me about my service. That didnt happen either. I had to call and inform the customer service representative about what the rep told me that would happen. The customer service representative sent a message to the manager yesterday about what was told to me and so today the delivery driver calls me to let me know that he was outside and my delivery was supposed to come at 5 pm. I am not very happy with this service. I would like to cancel this unorganized service. I just received a call back from customer service who stated that my delivery service will be at my house at 5 p.m. I hope that this is not a lie because I will cancel their services.Costco members buyers beware of when Costcos is trying to sell a service. I just received a email from the company. I will keep you all posted if I actually receive my water service delivery when I schedule it for today on Sunday.

Signed for service thru Costco. Delivered cooler with parts missing making it unusable. Called and emailed customer service to get the issue resolved. After a week of waiting...nothing. called again and told them to get there stuff and I needed a refund for what they had already charged me. Its been nearly a month now, they came got there stuff but still havent seen a refund. Paid for a service was unable to use what was provided, I expect a refund. Will never deal with this company again.

Great service. Having fresh water - hot or cold - within easy reach for family takes away excuse for not staying hydrated. Route driver is always attentive to our needs and follows up as/when needed.

I scheduled a delivery for bottled water for July 31st. I did not receive the water on that date.I called Crystal Springs back and I didnt get any explanation on what had happened, just that the delivery did not happen. They rescheduled for August 13. I did not receive water on August 13th. I called back and was told that it wasnt August 13th, it was August 14th. I pulled up my online account and explained to them that I had a delivery date of August 13th. I was then told that they couldnt guarantee delivery on the projected date.I do not want to work with a delivery company that a) cant guarantee delivery (within reason, of course) b) lie to me c) are rude to me on the phone. Luckily, I hadnt paid anything since the initial delivery failed to show up, so I terminated my account and am going with a different company.Considering this happened on the initial delivery, I shudder to think what would happen if I were a standing customer.
