Over all not satisfied with the customer service aspect. Allen, the sales manager told me they like having long lasting relationships with customers but told me he hopes to never hear from me like guys say to girls in high school. He didn’t approve I guess of me having his number even though he told me to save it before I handed over the check for my new AIO system. The system was installed by a nice guy named Echo, who stayed late on over time because the first guy that came wrote down the wrong materials needed. Equipment was installed on a Thursday and here it is Monday afternoon and no call from Allen to see how our water is working out. He made sure to repeat that they don’t work on commission where is I think if they did he would have actually cared about this job. Oh and by the way, my basement flooded that night from the discharge hose not being in the drain. So yeah, that was fun to wake up to. 50 gallons of water in my basement before my twins 4th birthday party. Thanks Donamarc!

Ive always had fast, friendly service here when taking my water jugs for a replacement. Theyll bring them out to your car which is nice, and they have better prices than other places too!Will definitely keep coming back here for my water jug replacements.

Donamarc has serviced our home for over 15 years. Recently they added a reverse osmosis water system to our sink for absolutely great tasting water. The company and its employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I feel that I get good value from their service and have them routinely deliver Duracube salt as well. A great company that I highly recommend.

I had no prior experience with Donamarc. I have well and septic. I was experiencing water pressure issues and I knew my water softener installed in 1996 was at the end of its usable life. The Salesman Alan, identified the issues and provided the quote in a prompt and understandable manner. The installing technicians were on-time, polite, efficient and informative. The installation, removal of the old equipment and the clean-up was excellent. The pressure tank and the water softener are performing great. The water pressure issue has been resolved. The pricing is excellent. Donamarc personnel did a great job of observing Covid safety protocols during both the sales and installation process. Eventually my submersible pump installed in 1996 will need replacing; Donamarc will be my vendor of choice. They really do understand the Customer Service process.

I contracted Donamarc Water Systems to install a new water softner and Reverse Osmosis system at my home. They also installed a new submersible pump and did a well sanitation service. It was a lot of work, taking about two days. They worked hard and did a great job. I was present for most of the work and I ask the installers a lot of questions along the way. They were very patient to answer my questions and explain things to me which I really appreciated. My water is much improved and my wife is happy with the water quality too. Also, prior to purchasing the system, I spoke to Josiah in the office at some length on several occasions and he answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. I had called a few companies for quotes for a new well water system for my new house. One company quoted me an astronomical amount and others didn’t even return my call for a quote. Donamarc on the other hand was absolutely spectacular from beginning to end. They set the appointment for a convenient time, Alan the rep was on time, very impressive and explained everything he was doing. Most importantly he did not try to sell me things I didn’t need like other companies. Bryan the installer was phenomenal as well. Very clean and professional install. Even Stephanie in the office was nice and helpful. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company and will highly recommend them to anyone going forward.

Donanamarc has a great staff! Professional, courteous and efficient.Our 20+ year old water conditioner (well water) had a catastrophic failure this week.Yesterday, I spoke with Alan about our system, David stopped by to look at our conditioner. David found the cracked valve in a couple minutes, it was beyond repair. David took several untreated water samples, and sent the results to Alan.Alan contacted me, discussed our needs, and recommended an appropriate replacement. I was emailed a quote and literature within a few minutes. I contacted Alan and told him to schedule the install.Patrick arrived this afternoon, looked over our laundry room, he suggested changing the placement of the conditioner and the brine tank, make it more functional.When Patrick was done, the mechanicals were organized, neatly arranged and completely accessible.I dont know how he did it, but somehow, Patrick replaced/installed a new water conditioner, and created more usable space in our laundry room.Less than 24 hours after authorizing the work, My old softener system was removed, and a new water conditioner was completely installed.Ive lived in the area for 25 years, I understand why Donamarc has always been the GO-TO place for water treatment.Thanks for the prompt and professional service!

I called to ask about a water treatment system and was assured Allen would call. After about a week - no call so I endeavored to contact the owner. I explained that I try to use a small business for my projects when possible. Unfortunately the owner indicated he enbraces a business model in which returning calls is NOT necessary. I am glad I found out BEFORE I bought from them. Who knows when they take care of service calls. Sorry I cannot use small business on this project. Customers and potential customers should always come first.

Staff is very knowledgeable, highly trained and very friendly. Don came out to our home and gave us a free water analysis and checked out our old water system. Our well water was just plain nasty and had an off odor and smell and poor water pressure. Donamarc put in a new water softener and an on-demand well water system. Now the water quality is fantastic! And the water pressure is even better than my neighbors who have city water. Highly recommend!

My neighbors across the way used them and recommended them to me. I had a sulfur smell and hard water that was just getting worse.When the first guy got here he immediately diagnosed my water softener as being 22 years old and not working properly anymore. He also told me that my pressure tank was most likely water logged and not doing its job. He was 100% right on both! He spoke to me on a level that helped me to know what was going on, but not like I was a dummy. It is very hard to get good customer service like that.The owner of the company called me and we scheduled them to come out THE NEXT DAY! He put a couple of jobs on new construction on hold to help get me and my family with clean water!Bryan and Echo were professional, extremely polite, and very friendly. They told me each thing they were doing, they told me how I could help with thing, and the entire time kept us informed of the steps that were happening. They cleaned up after themselves, we talked a bit, and they left with the bad equipment.After I had a problem with my hot water tank. The owner of the company himself came out to assist. When he wasnt able to figure it out himself, he called his brother who owns his own plumbing company to come help!My water is clear, its clean, and it tastes amazing! To have a local company be THIS professional, but still look out for regular people means more to me than anything else. I will be using them exclusively for my water needs.

We have never been so excited to have such delicious water as we do now after Donamarc installed our whole house reverse osmosis system. We are so pleased with Brandon and his team, and highly recommend them as their expertise is outstanding. The quality of our water had gotten so poor that we were told after we had it tested at another company that we needed to dig a new well. So, thankfully, we reached out to Donamarc who originally dug our well when we built our home 18 years ago. Brandon advised us that a whole house reverse osmosis would cure our problem. We have never been so thankful for his professional knowledge and kindness. We love that our water not only tastes delicious, but all of our appliances and faucets work so much better. We can actually water our plants now! We highly recommend Brandon and his team.

Customer service will spend alot of time before the sale but its hard to get a communication after the sale. Salesman promises the unit will handle Iron in my area. Initial installer, and follow up repair tech both stated the unit would not work for the iron level in my area. Sales staff in the store refused to talk to me, as the salesman that handled the account is my only allowed contact. Salesman that handled the account claims he doesnt believe his own install techs iron tests. Comes out and takes one of his own, but leaves and doesnt run the test in front if us. Says everything is fine.Wouldnt reccomend.

If I could give less stars I would. I called to get a quote to get a new well drilled. The rep called back and asked for my availability for him to come out and give me a quote. I told him that another company had called us back and were going to be at the house at XX time. He said, well, if you already have someone else coming over, Im going to pass on this quote. When I said, Wow, Ive never had someone say I dont want your business. He said, Well... and I said, No, youve lost my business. Really? Who only gets one quote on a job like this? I will NEVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE.

We had some serious problems with our well. This isn’t my first home with a well and Over the years I have had many different solutions to the problem wells can face. My current well was the worst one I’ve had and I was afraid that it was beyond help. The Donamarc staff was professionals do friendly and the solution they provided has given us great water again. It has been a year since they fixed my well and I would strongly recommend using them to help with any water issues.
