Great experience from start to finish! Clupper Brothers was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad they were! No high pressure sales, lots of help and information during my store visit and more great information once Mike Clupper came out to measure. I had a limit on what I wanted to spend to carpet the entire house and they came in under two other carpet stores. Julianna was a big help coordinating the carpet color. I had pictures of different rooms and she showed me the perfect carpet color to bring a lighter tone throughout and also bring out the darker wood accents of the fireplace and wooden baseboards and framing. The installers were top notch! I can’t find a seam or mistake. No call back to fix anything! Just perfect. I definitely recommend using Clupper Brothers Carpet & Floor for a pleasant carpet experience. I also liked that Mike picked up my call every time. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and Julianna at Clupper Brothers. We had an entire house that need flooring and due to several unforeseen circumstances, we were under a serious time crunch to get it finished. We had originally tried to work with another flooring vendor in Cuyahoga Falls, but after three weeks of poor communication and two missed appointments, we decided to go to Clupper. They had previously done work for us at another rental unit and did not disappoint. We should have gone to them first for this project.The house was over 100 years old and had some settling issues, which caused the installation of the hard flooring to be a bit more challenging than other installs. Michael had the installer come over before we had even committed to using Clupper to see what could be done. The installer gave us great suggestions for the type of hard flooring and ways to make the install smoother.Once we had decided upon the carpet and hard flooring, we found out that one of the styles was discontinued and another had a delivery date past our deadline. Julianna was able to find a comparable substitute and Michael was somehow able to find a supply of the other one to get to us in time.The communication and customer service was top notch and I would not hesitate to use Clupper Brothers for any home flooring projects. The cost may seem a bit higher than the big box stores, but it’s worth the little bit extra due to the extra services they provide with the installations.They really do go above and beyond. And they are a local company, which we need to support more than ever these days.

Mike Clupper did everything possible to satisfy my wife and I getting our kitchen floor done.There was a snafu in the date for manufacturing that would have set back the installation by two months, so Mike worked some magic showed my wife a great alternative and got the job done in about one week.Jeff did a fantastic job of installation and was very personable (our dog wouldn’t let him alone ).We’re still blown away by the difference the new flooring makes.Thanks again to Clupper Brothers, we’re thinking of new carpet later and they’ll be the first we call.

I was on a strict budget and Michael Clupper showed me the choices within my range. Because I had a tight time frame, he came out on Sunday to take the measurements. Juliana came out twice to help us with paint colors. The installer Chris did a great job and was professional. The carpet and paint colors go together beautifully and we’re very satisfied.

Very pleased with Cluppers. We used them for carpet and luxury vinyl tile. Mike was very knowledgeable and always got back with us right away. Julianna is awesome to work with and helped us with colors. The installers were very professional and polite. All around they are 5 star! I have used Clupper for two jobs and have been very pleased which included, luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl planks, and carpet . They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, have a good selection, reasonable prices, and did a good job on the installation.I am currently in the process of trying to get a floor that they installed repaired by them and the process has been a bit slow. I havent been in a big hurry, so it has been ok so far. If it goes ok I will up my rating to 5 stars, but so far it hasnt been s 5-star experience.

Their decorator helped us to pick the carpeting that was best for us and also assisted us with the color selection. When our puppy destroyed the edge of our brand-new carpet, I called Clupper and Mike sent out the installer who was able to make the problem disappear. The whole experience with Clupper Bros was professional, customer focused, and truly incredible. We had just bought a new ranch style house and wanted to replace the carpet in every room. Julianna not only came over to the house with a number of large carpet pieces that we took into each room, comparing them to the lighting as well as the paint colors on the walls, but she gave me a number of style suggestions for the paint color in a few others rooms where we were undecided. Mike was highly communicative about the logistics of our carpet being placed as well as considerate of our move in date. Last but not least, the carpet install is fantastic. We have two large open rooms that are connected and unless you were here during the install, you wouldnt be able to tell where the seams are.I could not recommend Clupper Bros enough.

Go to the box store and get a FULL quote... tack strips, every cut they make, etc. You might find out a local dealer is either similar or cheaper.Clupper did an outstanding job in our home. They did stair runners beautifully. The installers were complete pros. After a year it looks just as good as day one.And the quality of the carpet... I cant believe we ever considered the box stores. I go back to them now and just shudder.
