WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Poor customer service MikE the manager is very rude!! We had carpet put in our home after having the house completely repainted and went in after the carpet was laid. There was tons of damage to the walls that will require drywall repair and multiple other areas higher up on the doorways. I understand that you will get some scratches on the lower part of the walls and trim but not like this!! When I called to inform the manager he just said that was normal and didnt even act like he cared!!

The man who answered the phone was so friendly he even addressed as young lady! So nice. I would recommend ultimate flooring to all of my friends. So nice to have a family business with such great employees.

I have used Ultimate Flooring multiple times in the past with amazing results and recommended them to all my friends, but I can no longer do that. In the past they have been able to come to my home, take measurements, and await my readiness to pick out flooring. Right now, I am able to have someone come to my home (I work here) but I need to wait a hot minute- maybe up to 2 weeks - to pick out the flooring until I have time to leave the house. I called today to make sure they had our measurements for our hard flooring, taken about two years ago, and if not, ask to have that done. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and turned an easy request into a battle, insisting that I pick out flooring first, despite my work with the company in the past and the amount of money I have already spent with them. I asked to speak with the owner, who was not there at the time. I asked to have him call me back. *He said he would not call me back.* Then, he patronized me by calling me Young Lady. Thats where they lost me. Look - I am not someone who ever asks to speak to a manager, but I also am not usually treated so disrespectfully! It is shocking to me that a company I have habitually worked with would treat me like this and not compromise and work with my schedule, especially given the current pandemic, and then be so incredibly rude about it. I can no longer recommend Ultimate Flooring because of this employees disrespect and inflexibility.

We purchased carpet from them four years ago and it already needs stretched. The salesman/manager told me that is normal. We have gotten new carpet three times in the past 33 years and this is the first time this has happened.

Ultimate Flooring installed laminate flooring 2/27/18 and the installer asked me to look at the transitions before they were glued down. They were not acceptable because they would create a tripping hazard. He told me to call Chuck ( sales person) & talk to him. Chuck said I can find something that will work (at my cost) & he would install. He refused to give me a credit for the unusable transitions ($50). He came back 3/12/18 to install the transitions I bought but said they werent quite right & he would do some trimming and come back in a few days. I finally called & Chuck said he would be at my house 4/23/18 at 11:30AM. He never showed up or called. His office said it was his day off. We rescheduled for 5/2/18 at 11AM and again he didnt show up. We rescheduled for 5/5/18 at 9AM and he called about 11:30 to say the truck was stolen with my transition in it but the company would make good & Id hear from him in a few days. Again I waited over 2 1/2 weeks & I called to see what was going on. He said the truck actually was not stolen and he would install the transaction 5/29/18 at 9AM. He said he would call if he couldnt make it. He did not make it or call. I finally had enough and asked them 5/29/18 to drop off the transition along with what to use to install and i would do it myself. They have not brought me my transition yet so I now have spent $100 on transitions that should have cost $50 but the company has the transitions.

What a great experience! Was very impressed with their selection and customer service. Anybody looking to get carpet installed should call Ultimate Flooring today!
